Shared Arrival Transfer: From Lisbon Airport To Hotels

My flight arrived at 9:15 AM, but the driver didn’t show up until 11:30 AM—over two hours later. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional, especially after a long flight. Such a delay is unacceptable for a prearranged airport transfer.

The driver left us. Our plane could not park so We were a few mins late. Never got the driver we had to pay for an uber!!

Someone else booked this for me, so I was not aware that there might be a wait to share the ride. My car companions weren’t either. But I’m not sure how they booked.

The instructions for meeting point was simple and straightforward. Communicated the wait time for driver arrival 10-15 mins. Driver provided friendly and pleasant service, informing you of the city

Was very happy to find my driver waiting for me as I exited arrivals. The whole process was smooth and easy. Quick ride to my hotel.

I missed the tour because I clicked on the gps straight from the app to get to the starting point and took me to a completely different place l, after 15 minutes walking I tried to reach out to their support chat and took them 20 minutes to respond.

We booked this holiday through Love holidays, and paid for transfers Which was MTS, yes our flight was delayed 5pm flight took off at 5.40pm, we landed at 9,15pm instead of 8.55pm so 20 minutes late.we have no control over this., When we landed the queues for Security were long as only three booths open, we had only hand baggage so went straight to the MTS desk to be told our transfer had left as we were an hour late..... No we were not...MTS rep said we would have to wait 1 1/2 hours for the next coach... This is unexceptable for two more mature ladies... We got a taxi. Which cost us 20e, the same price as the transfer..

Not recommended. Only received message through WhatsApp advising where I should meet at the airport. Though I had to wait for the driver for 30 minutes as he was a new driver. No other passenger sharing ride but I wasted my time, no traffic during midnight to city centre so would rather catching a taxi.

This was a terrible experience flight on time when we arrived at meeting place picked up my name gave it to the attendant only to be told out ride would not be available until 3 Pm our flight came on at 1150am They would not bend told to get a taxi or wait until 3Pm Had voucher in hand my credit card was charged expect a full refund Would not recommend this service

Never showed up. Rang them to be told us we didn't have a booking after they had confirmed the trip. Told us take a taxi. If we wanted to line up and do that we wouldn't have pre booked.

I came through customs and found my name on the pick-up point board so felt easy and safe. I then received a message and waited for the other transfers - but i think that was more than fair given the ‘shared’ transfer and ut was only abt 15/20 minutes. Driver very careful and kind. Can recommend.

The driver was excellent, kept me informed about journey times and gave me a few tourist tips too! I’d definitely recommend it for those on short trips or arriving late.

I used this conpany on 21th Aug, 2019, the driver did not take me to the hotel. The driver told your hotel was on this street and dropped me there at 0:30 am. But my hotel was not the place. No one on the street and no metro or bus was avairable because it was too late at night. I was at a loss and very tired because of long flight. Furtunately, I found one policeman at the street and the policeman took me to the hotel by the police car. I never recommend this shared taxi.

Even though I had confirmed my flight information by email, there was no one at the airport to meet us. The company had been looking for us on a much earlier flight, and insinuated that we had missed our appointment with them. I did have a copy of my email, and after a confusing hour in the airport we got a shared ride with 2 other stops. The driver was wonderful. Thumbs down for the rest of the experience.

<p>This was amazing- I had an Early departure and I got a confirmation the day before with the exact time- My Driver- Pedro picked me up right at 5:05 in the morning. He was very nice and helpful and drove me safely and on time to the airport.....I highly recommend this transfer to any traveler!</p>

<p>We have an apartment in central Lisbon. The driver was superb and dropped us right at the door.</p>

<p>My flight was delayed but staff were there with clear signs with everyone's names. Driver was polite and since I was staying in a pedestrian only street he walked with me, carrying my bag, straight to entrance of where I was staying at, which was great as it would've been harder for me to find!!</p>

<p>The instructions said someone would be waiting for me with a sign with my name on it when we entered the airport lobby after leaving customs. No one was there. After about 15 minutes, I called the number on the instructions. The woman on the phone said she would send someone to find us. A guy showed up with a sign with my name on it about 15 minutes later and took us to see a woman who said my name was not on her list. She made a copy of my Viator certificate and called until around she found someone who would come and pick us up about 15 minutes later. So, we ended up leaving the airport about an hour after calling them.</p>

<p>Right after get out arrival gate of airport, driver was already waited for me with my named sign was posted. Not like the other transfer company, I did not wait LONGER for the other passengers to be arrived and filled out the van.<br/> Ended up, I was the ONLY One to be picked up. Driver was VERY Friendly and gave me few tips and information about Lisbon.<br/> This Arrival transfer was VERY PLEASANT.</p>

<p>This is the second time I have arranged this service and I was pleased to see that someone was right there to greet me as I exited the international arrivals area. I was asked to wait with some others while the company employee determined when my van would depart. I didn't have to walk far for the van, and delivery to my hotel was relatively quick and easy. I appreciated the service after spending 24 hours traveling. The price is about the same as a taxi, but there is no likelihood of any extra charges in case you get stuck in traffic, so worth the inconvenience of a shared ride.</p>

<p>Not Happy ,we did not use this service <br/> Before my trip i emailed them to confirm my transfer from airport to hotel ,they did not email me back,,<br/> i called several times to confirm over the phone,not able to reach them,my flight was delay for 6 hours from lax to London,from there i tried to reach them to let them know the situation ,they did not pick up , at Lisbon the lady said sorry we can not give you a ride to the hotel because you did not confirm with us!!!!!</p>

<p>Extremely organised, professional and helpful. I've booked many arrival transfers in Europe and for the first time the driver was waiting for me upon arrival and not me having to call the company to find out where my driver is after 15 mins of waiting!!. Highly recommended!</p>

<p>I was in Lisbon Aug 2016 and used the shared airport transfer service. I booked it when I found out there was going to be a taxi strike the day I arrived. In the waiting area I could not locate my name so I called the service and was advised where to meet the contact. After all the travelers had arrived our driver took us to his van to head out to our hotels. I don't remember the driver's name but he was very good on knowing which streets to go down and to avoid. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable. I would use this service again.</p>

<p>HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - WAITED ALMOST 3 HOURS at the airport. </p> <p>After purchasing the airport transfer, I received email instructions stating that someone would be waiting for me at the arrivals holding a sign with my name. I got to the area and no one was there holding a sign with my name. I stood there for 30 minutes scanning each and every name, nothing! There was no cell phone signal at the airport so I couldn't even call the company, total hopelessness. After over an hour, I somehow managed to contact my family back home via Whatsapp and asked them to call the company. After 20 minutes, this blond ukranian girl shows up, unapologetic and rude. I complained that I have been waiting for over an hour and no one was holding any sign with my name. Her answer: well, you will wait more because we are waiting for more people. The entire ordeal lasted almost 3 hours. I was already sick from my flight and this situation was the low point of my trip. I had planned on booking them for the transfer back to the airport, but I definitely did not. </p> <p>DO NOT bother with this company.</p>

<p>It was good to see a piece of paper with my name on it when I arrived at the airport. The driver conveyed information about how long the trip would take, gave me a potted history of Lisbon and offered some tourist information. Excellent.</p>

<p>Highly recommend. Our driver was waiting for us in arrivals and was really easy to find. He was so friendly and spoke fluent English and gave us loads of tips about Lisbon as we drove through. Would definitely book again if needed.</p>

<p>Very professional service. Driver had my name on a sign right by the international arrivals exit and escorted me and my luggage to his van. He knew to expect a wait once my flight arrived and while I waited for my luggage to arrive. It is a long walk from the gateway to border control and customs. There was no wait to find him and when we arrived at my hotel he helped me with my luggage there as well. I was pleased enough with the service to decide to book my return trip to the airport instead of relying on a taxi. I felt the fare was very reasonable and it was nice not having to watch a meter running in a cab especially when we had to make some detours because of construction.</p>

<p>I didn't read my document that I needed to confirm before arrival. I was a bit panicked but when I finished with my luggage, an English speaking and very helpful guy safely drove me to my hotel. GREAT!!</p>

<p>We changed our date weeks in advance and got an updated transfer voucher with the new date, but there was no one there..... When we called the comment was that we changed our arrival ergo they had that information..... Luckily we had a phone and got it dealt with but the whole ease of pickup .. Not so much.</p>

<p>I had a early moring 6 AMflight and was so happy that I made a return transfer reservation. It took the stress out of getting to the airport. The driver was timely and although, I'm sure he was just a trired as I was he was pleasant that hour of the morning.</p>
