He took our luggage and loaded it into his van, provided us with bottled water, and chatted pleasantly with us during the 40-minute drive. He made sure we knew how to pronounce Cascais! He walked us and our luggage into our hotel. We asked for a return pick-up for a week later, and he confirmed by WhatsApp the next morning. His wife returned promptly at an early hour to our hotel for the return trip. She was extremely pleasant and also loaded our luggage. Great experience. My driver was waiting for me just outside customs holding a big sign with my name. He greeted me and took my luggage and then got then car. We chatted on the drive to Cascais and he pointed out some of the sights. Before I knew it we were at my hotel. He brought my bags inside we said goodbye. I wonderful experience.

Perfect way to start our vacation. Mario was waiting for us at airport, spoke English, was friendly, helpful and drove us to Sintra in a fraction of the time it would have taken us to navigate the metro/train connections to Sintra.

Our flight into Lisbon was seriously delayed out of JFK. We had booked a transfer with Ocean Clover to get us from the airport to Sintra. Our driver Mario met us right at the door exiting customs and helped us to get everything organized and loaded into his vehicle (very comfortable, I might add). Mario was extremely pleasant and told us a bit about the city and countryside as we headed out of Lisbon. He delivered us to our hotel in Lisbon, and was very very kind. So nice in fact that we asked him if he could take us to the cruise ship a few days later. Three days later after checking in with him via WhatsApp the night before, he was at the hotel a few minutes early and took us to the cruise ship terminal and even went above and beyond by helping us get our bags into the terminal in the rain! Mario is the Man! Great company and reliable! The Best of Lisbon!

Excellent and extremely friendly and helpful driver! Ana found our hard-to-find inn, was early and got us to our rental car at the Lisbon Airport and walked us to the correct place.

Our driver Mario was fantastic. He had excellent communication. Emailed us a few days before to confirm pick up and drop off location. I called him when we arrived and we’re awaiting for our luggage. He said he’d been monitoring our flight and he was waiting for us with a sign with our name on it. There were probably about 30 different people with signs waiting to pick up passengers. Mario was the only one that looked professional. He was the only one wearing a suit. His sign was easy to spot because he had my first and last name in large font. He was super friendly and made us feel very welcome. After about 18 hrs of traveling he did a great job in starting our much needed vacation. In fact we booked him to take us to a few other places and back to the airport as well.
