After a long day of travel with flight delays causing missed connections, I was thankful we had scheduled a transfer. Although our flight was 3 hours late, through easy communication John was there to meet us. The ride was very comfortable and we even learned a few things about Lisbon on our ride.

Jon was excellent and very professional. He was early picking us up for a 3am flight. He made sure we knew exactly where to go in the airport. The car was very nice and clean.

0/10 This company is a scam and is misleading. They say your destination must be within 1 hour which mine was. When I landed I was being intimidated and told by the driver that I have to pay and extra €90. They refused to refund my money even though they never took me to my destination. I contacted viator and they said it is up to the company to refund even though they never completed the transfer. I felt very unsafe and I would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy. I would recommend pre-booking with uber or bolt. Much safer and more reliable.

We only used ABC Travel for transportation for the ship to the airport. Gaspar was communicating with me from when I first scheduled (months ago) until the morning of pick up. He was professional and brought us safely to the Lisbon Airport. When we return to Lisbon, I would not hesitate to o use ABC Travel for touring.

Luggage lost Driver refused to stay an extra few minutes while we filled out paperwork. Plus, we were billed as No Show.

It was a trip to the airport so there is not much to tell except that our driver, Gaspar, was early, got us to the airport with great efficiency and he was very friendly and helpful.

My driver never showed up at the airport and when I called him he said he was sorry he got the time wrong. I had to take a taxi. Viator is REFUSING to refund my money!

Our driver Gaspar was great. Upon arrival, I received a text of exact location where he will be to meet us with my name on a sign. The Mercedes Benz made us feel like VIP service all the way and he even helped bring all our luggage into the hotel. Excellent service. Thanks so much!

John was my driver and he was incredible! I was 20 minutes late getting off of the cruise ship and John was kind enough to both call and wait for me. He got me to the airport in record time and knew exactly where to park to get me and my cane the quickest way into the airport. John even went beyond by getting me a cart for my luggage and personally taking me to my gate in the Lisbon Airport as I did not have any idea where to go. John went above and beyond in both providing transportation, communication and was so helpful to an older lady trying to catch a flight back to the states!

Our driver was super helpful and flexible. When we arrived early, he picked us up from a cafe across the street.

They did not pick us up or answer our calls or texts. Would not use again and plan to dispute charge

Be careful when booking with is company. Three solid facts from my experience: 1. Yes they will ask for additional charge less than 24 hr before the departure when it is too late for customer for cancel; 2. Yes they will charge you the additional fee for infant, which is very unusual from my 15+ year of worldwide travel experience; 3. They expect you to have local experitise to tell which areas are Lisbon central vs Greater Lisbon, again, you will be charged for additional if you fail to do so. Avoid, avoid and avoid, especially if you are traveling as a family. Worst customer service ever even after I got Viator involved, they just want quick money. No empathy but only rude and greedy. I feel sorry for them, maybe 20euros is more important than being decent people. I give them zero star if I can. AVOID.

drivers were very courteous and helpful. My only complaint is that we had ordered a ride for 8 adults with luggage, and the day before pickup i received a text saying that we would have to order a second van, because they didn't have van big enough for 8 with luggage.
