My wife and I had an amazing time exploring Pena Palace and other gems near Lisbon with Agenor Junior! He is a highly knowledgeable, professional guide and a great storyteller. The private format was perfect for us—it felt like touring with an old friend who knew everything about Portugal's past and present. Communication before the trip was seamless, and Agenor answered all of our questions. He even volunteered to take photos of us at every stop, leaving us with a beautiful collection of over 50 pictures. This is the absolute BEST tour we have ever taken! Junior was a truly phenomenal guide. He truly made our stay in Lisbon and our visit to the beautiful sights of Boca do Inferno, Sintra, Cascais, Cabo do Roco, Azenhas do Mar and Pena Palace, extra special. There are so.many special little touches that made our tour wonderful. Since it is a private tour, it was just myself and my husband. Junior picked us up right from our hotel and had water available for us. On the drive, we truly appreciated that he shared the fascinating history of Portugal and the history and interesting facts about all of the lovely places he took us to. We made so many beautiful stops. At each place we stopped, Junior took wondeful pictures of us together , which he sent us at the end of the day. It was an incredible tour, and Junior was very knowledgeable and kind!! I strongly recommend this tour! It is such excellent value with a kind, wonderful and very knowledgeable guide!!

Junior was an excellent guide, he texted me when i cancelled the tour (bcoz my child was reflected as an infant so i cancelled and rebooked), and when he realised its a kid not an infant, he even brought along a booster seat, without me even requesting! He even offered to pick us up from the hotel because we were the only ones who signed up for the tour that day, also adjusted the time to better suit my kid. He was our first real guide who told us about the history of the area, which led us to appreciate the tour a lot more! He walked with us the whole way up and down the Palace, drove a little detour to let us see Belem when he heard we wouldnt be seeing it, took us to the best viewpoints, used his camera to take great pictures of us(of which he promptly sent me the next day), even knelt down to take better pictures of us multiple times! I cannot tell u how we appreciate Junior, he was respectful, responsive and polite, yet also professional and did his job well! Im very glad we signed up for the tour and feel very blessed it became a private tour just for us, coz we got him all to ourselves and had a very enjoyable day! Also note that this was the only tour ive seen that also includes Azenhas Sea which is amazing to me, you should also try the cafe Junior recommended for homemade food, their cod fish fried rice was awesome, their staff even more awesome!

Such a fun inclusive day! We were able to do so much in a single day and ride in comfort to all the sights! We got lucky and ended up being the only ones on the tour. Agenor was so friendly and knowledgeable and even picked us up and dropped us off right at our Airbnb. This day trip out of Lisbon took us on a wonderful journey of discovery as far as the westernmost point of the Portuguese coast. We visited Boca do Inferno, the beautiful town centre of Cascais, enjoyed breathtaking views of the sea, the historic town centre of Sintra, Castelo dos Mouros, the park and the National Palace of Pena. Junior was an incredibly courteous and expert guide. With his vast knowledge, which he conveyed with great humour, he made the day trip something very special for us. Thank you very much!

Agenor and his wife are the best! I was the only one on the tour and it was a great time. They explained a lot about Portugal history and the landmarks we passed. We went to all the landmarks and had time to explore alone in the villages as well!

Walking through the mouth of hell, seeing the charming Palacio da Pena and exploring the various beaches of the area was an unforgettable experience. Each place had its own energy, from the stunning force of the sea hitting the rocks to the almost surreal magic of the palace on top of the mountain. But what really made all the difference was having Agenor as a guide. Extremely punctual, organized and, above all, passionate about what he does, he managed to turn every stop into something much more special. It wasn’t just a walk, it was like traveling in time through the stories he told, always with detail, enthusiasm and an impressive knowledge. The way he explained each point aroused even more curiosity, gave the desire to stay there for hours just listening. Without a doubt, it was of those experiences in which the guide not only accompanies, but completely elevates the tour.
