Private Sunset Sailing Cruise From Lisbon

We vacationed to Portugal for our 20th wedding anniversary and brought our two teenage kids with us to make it a full family experience. I booked a sunset sailing cruise on the Tagus with Liston Sail to mark the occasion. It was a fantastic and memorable experience. The sailboat was comfortable and cosy, the guide knowledgeable and friendly, and the scenery and timing (for sunset) will leave lasting memories.

Alex and Filipa were great! We had a wonderful time sipping champagne, relaxing, and hearing about Lisbon history and facts about landmarks we passed. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely sunset sailing cruise with drinks and snacks; only 11 of us. The crew, Paulo and Luis, took very good care of us. Lots of information and photo opportunities

Wife and I went on the private cruise, fully worth it. Bottle of champagne, great views, and a great split between tour info / alone time at front of boat. 10/10

The crew were extremely friendly and gave us a great deal of information about what sites we were cruising past and were a lot of fun.

My husband and I took the sunset cruise on our honeymoon and it was such a perfect relaxing night. Issac our guide was the perfect mix of friendly, funny, informative, and professional. He talked about all there was to see of Lisbon from the river and also provided the most amazing recommendations for food! I would absolutely recommend this trip to anyone looking to have a nice night out on the water while learning and relaxing in Lisbon!

What a great excursion! After a day of touring the city from land, this private sunset sailing experience was a great reform the crowded streets of Lisbon. Despite us being 10 minutes late, the captain & mate happily greeted us and escorted us to the boat. The views were amazing and the bottle of green wine was the cherry on top. The mate, Daniela, was super knowledgeable and highlighted many landmarks that we viewed from the water. This excursion was a perfect addition to our anniversary trip. Great captain & mate, nice clean boat…equipped with a bathroom. Good time!

Great sunset sailing cruise. Super friendly skipper and deckhand. Drinking a glass of sparkling wine and watch the other boats and the sunset. When it got colder, we received warm blankets. Couldn’t be better.

It was a great time. The two crew members were delightful. The scenery was spectacular and the sunset was beautiful!

The experience is absolutely stunning. The crew is very friendly and accommodating. Since we didn’t wear enough, the crew took the initiative to offer us a blanket to keep us warm. Also, the boat itself is perfect for a couple, because it not only provides complete privacy, but also well-equipped (eg a very clean toielt). We loved this private cruise a lot and strongly recommend it to all travelers who want an excellent and private experience across the beautiful harbour in Lisbon.

Worth every penny to book a couple only sunset sail. Many sailboats full of people simply motored around. We actually sailed. Alex and Miguel made the trip outstanding. Energetic, knowledgeable and friendly. We had such a wonderful conversation with them it was as nice as the beautiful view. They both have a grasp of history and the world beyond their years. It made them wonderful tour guides with many interesting stories illuminating the history of Lisbon. As my wife and I love history, we had numerous questions all of which they could answer. We also sail, and we were impressed with their handling of the boat and discussion of local conditions. We have taken sail excursions all over the world and this was THE best! Obrigado.

What a fantastic way to see Lisbon. The skipper and mate were brilliant, they pointed out the sites and some history behind them. Nothing was to much trouble. Sadly, we did not get the sunset but maybe on our next visit! Would highly recommend this tour.

This was one of my highlights of the Lisbon trip for my sister and I. Our boat had Miguel and Antonio. Miguel was a great host and is a fantastic story teller letting us know the history of Lisbon as we sailed past. Excellent communication and organisation. The boat was clean and safe. The sunset was stunning and was a smooth sail!

My wife and I both thought this cruise was a highlight of our Lisbon vacation. Not only was the two-member crew skilled and efficient, but informative and funny. They gave us all the space we needed but were ready to answers and give the full tourist attraction tour if desired. I'd heartily recommend this trip as an add-on to any couple looking for a little romantic adventure.

An interesting and enjoyable experience with a very good local guide who told us many interesting information about Lisbon. I would definitely recommend it to all sunset lovers.

Honestly this was a great evening on a lovely boat. Wonderful views of Portugal from the water. Diego and the crew were truly enjoyable. Would recommend this experience if you're looking for a private way to experience Lisbon.

My husband and I were the only people on the sailboat besides Hugo and his co-captain. It was a memorable and beautiful experience. The boat was super clean, the boat crew were friendly, polite & gave us history of the Lisbon region and Portugal. This was by far the best night we had in Lisbon. I highly recommend this sunset sailing tour. You will not be disappointed. The view of Lisbon from the sailboat was beyond beautiful. I will never forget this amazing experience.

We took this cruise upon arriving to Lisbon. It was a great way to plan out the rest of the trip. From afar we were able to see all the major highlights along the coast. The ride was smooth and enjoyable throughout!! Sunset views were beautiful and the sailors were great. Highly recommend!

Right away the captain comes to meet you and he is so pleasant and has the most infectious smile. Right away the energy is amazing and you know the trip is going to be Epic! We sat on the this super comfy cushion at the front of the both that gave us not only gave us a front tow to seat to the most breathtaking views but made us feel as if we were the only ones there in our little romantic bubble! The captain was very knowledgeable, answering questions when we asked, quietly refilling our glasses of champagne right on que! It was a magical trip that marked a milestone in our relationship! Unforgettable experience and one I would do again in a heartbeat!!!

Excellent walk through the Tagus, with sunset at the end. Repeat! Right to one drink per Cover. They were super kind to the kids.

Magic moments. Our guide Paolo is perfect, very kind, attentive and very cultured. A lot of explaining. The wine is excellent. Eric's a good team member. The sunset on the Tagus is an exceptional moment. We recommend 1000%.

I organized a three-hour sunset surprise tour for my wife and her best friends on her 40th birthday and it all went wonderfully. Skipper António Rosa was unbeatable, as well as Mr. Alfredo, who was with him on the tour. All eleven who were on the sailboat (the Molokini) loved it.
