What and enjoyable evening on with water with our host Alex and Slyvia as our captain expertly moved us up and down the coast. We enjoy spectacular scenery, lively conversation and made new friends with Alex and Slyvia as they shared information and personal stories with us as as the sun slowly defended, providing us a beautiful sunset. We highly recommend this team, and also recommend that you allow them to provide the snacks! Thank you Alex ans Slyvia!

We honestly had the best time! The crew Miguel & Ricardo were amazing and I cannot recommend them enough 🤍 the saxophonist Phillip & the photographer Jesus were incredible and made our evening - thank you, you guys are great ❤️

We went with work team, it was absolutely wonderful! The team (Alex and Ines) were great - we had nice chat and some information on what we are passing by while also having plenty of space to catch up within our group (if you have ever done trips with the guide who thinks he has to be cracking annoying jokes every 20 seconds you will appreciate this for a change). We could play our music, we were 7 and were able to sit on the benches around the table around the front of the boat. This was definitely a highlight of our trip, everybody absolutely loved it. We booked directly (they have some extra food/drinks options as well) and the company had answered all of our questions very thoroughly and quickly which was a great green flag. I am very happy we did it with this company, we had lots of fun.

Also it was cloudy and chilly, we had a relaxing evening and view of the city from the river and the commentary. Appreciated the blankets!

This was a perfect evening activity. Easy, relaxing and good music. The views were beautiful and the crew friendly.

Unfortunately we had a poor experience with Marlin. The young staff (crew) were pleasant and great, but management and administration was very poor. Staff were disorganized and we were ultimately ushered on to the wrong, older, smaller and poorly maintained boat - and at no reduction. When we returned from the two-hour tour, the office staff were gone (9pm). The boat was old, dirty, and poorly maintained. The lavatory was gross. The few, gentle follow-up messages sharing of our dissatisfaction were met with no response. The company seems bent on taking advantage of tourists to Lisbon. This is the first time I’ve ever written a negative review, but I’ll wish to save others similar disappointment. Find an alternative, good experience and enjoy!

We had so much fun on our sailing trip! Sadly it was a bit cloudy and we couldn’t see the sunset BUT we had a wonderful time. The crew was so cool and it was just an awesome experience. The drinks were great and I could even steer the boat for a little while. 10/10 will do it again the next time we come to Lisboa. I think my face in the picture says it all 😂

I would highly recommend the sunset sailing tour. Not only were the views spectacular, the staff were super friendly and courteous! My group and I had the best time and went home with some incredible photos! Would recommend 100% Nico

Jon Peter and his crewmate were so wonderful and hospitable. The cruise was the absolute best way to close out our time in Lisbon and get to see if from the water - a new vantage point! Highly recommend that you get open bar and snacks option - so nice to be able to enjoy some wine and cheese will cruising around.

The best thing we did in Lisbon! I cannot recommend sailing with marlin boat tours enough. The city is so beautiful from the water and marlin tours makes the entire time so much fun and relaxing! So worth doing!!

I cannot speak highly enough of this experience. Being on the water with beautiful weather and watching the wind in the sails was exhilarating. The boat was comfortable, relaxing, and will be a memory we will cherish. Our crew, Claudia and Jato (and Pedro) were AMAZING. I cannot speak highly enough of this group. They gave us space to relax and enjoy the moment while also providing history and facts about Portugal which we quickly shared with family and friends when we got home. This crew was the best and very personable! They even provided blankets! 100% recommend, 100% would (and probably will do again), and 100% recommend THIS company and crew!! Booked very last minute as a birthday celebration and the receptionist and staff were super helpful and managed to schedule us in for a private boat for 7. The boat was spacious; the tour was beautiful and well-appreciated by everyone. Insanely amazing views and the 2 captains were super funny and we loved their high spirits. Would highly recommend it.

Ana and Joao were absolutely incredible. Their knowledge and hospitality really made it special! You get great views of Lisbon and wonderful explanations and the sunset was stunning.

It was a great boat ride. We were able to relax and enjoy the sun set, they took care of everything. I only wish they had gone a little faster, so we could have seen a little bit more of the Lisbon attractions near the east side. Overall a great experience and would recommend it.

I booked a private sunset cruise for 10 people to celebrate my birthday and the trip was perfect from beginning to end. The 2 person crew were friendly and very informative and went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. The drinks and snacks were tasty and plentiful and we really enjoyed hearing about the various sights we saw along the way. I highly recommend a sail with Marlin Boat Tours!

The skipper and his son were perfect hosts. They explained the safety precautions very clearly. We were given a boombox so we could play the music of our choice. We were served drinks generously and with a big smile. I would recommend these guys to anyone. It’s a great experience to take in Lisboa from a different perspective!! Great value too!

We loved everything about this tour, from the beautiful boat, to the kind and welcoming guides. We had a lovely time speaking to them about Lisbon, as well as privacy in our group to enjoy the view and eachother. We had a 4-h private evening tour in the 18-person catamaran. We selected the traditional menu with open bar (25 € pp). The menu, combining appetizers, fish and meatloaf, was very nice and very fulfilling and was pleasantly surprisingly served to the table (one large table inside and one outside, protected from wind). The personnel of 3 persons was very polite and welcoming. We had a nice non-rainy but quite cold weather. This catamaran is, however, suitable for many weathers from early Spring to late Autumn.

Me and my wife went to a private sunset tour with dinner onboard for her birthday. And it was so GREAT. Thanks to the crew ( Filipe e Inês) you guys are awesome. We will never forget this

We had a lovely time on this cruise! We BYOB'd it with local wine and played our own music through the boat's speakers via BT. It was perfect for a birthday celebration and offered stunning views of Lisbon and the surrounding area.

I booked a private tour to have a romantic date with my girlfriend during our first visit to Portugal and it did not disappoint. Our guide was amazing and made every effort to ensure that we had the best experience possible. He kept pouring us wine and gave us blankets when it got pretty cold. He also picked an amazing spot for us to enjoy the sunset and gave us a brief history lesson every time we passed a monument. I definitely recommend booking this tour.

We had a great time on this 2 hour sunset cruise with Marlin Tours. After a bit of a struggle finding the place everything onboard was great. It was a cold evening but blankets and drinks were provided by the excellent skipper Bruno.v. Highly recommended.

<p>This was a short, two-hour catamaran cruise that was definitely relaxing and pleasant. We went pretty close to the south shore of the river and that was something we wouldn't have seen on our own. However I wished we had gotten to stay closer to the north shore to get more pictures of downtown Lisbon. Our captain, Ricardo, and first mate, Roy, were very friendly and competent. I admit it was nice to get to sit and relax during this tour after so many days full of walking.</p>

<p>My wife and I scheduled this sunset cruise for our first full day in Lisbon. Unfortunately, it was rainy and cold on this day. We were unsure if the cruise would be cancelled, but the owner of the company came and picked us up at the hotel. He said that since the weather was bad, we would be going out on a catamaran, instead of a traditional sailboat. The boat was beautiful and the captain, Joao, was very nice. We enjoyed having the boat to ourselves and the unique views of Lisbon from the river. Joao was a great guide and we had a nice experience, despite the weather. The owner of the company had offered another sunset cruise, since ours had such bad weather, but we did not feel that this was necessary, as we had a great time on the cruise we went on.</p>

<p>This was one of the highlights of our trip to Lisbon. The boat was clean and safe, the skipper was very pleasant. It was a beautiful night which, of course, helped. We were very comfortable on board. Our only slight problem was that we were unsure if we were waiting at the correct place before the tour began - could do with some signage.</p>

A great sailing yacht, a friendly and attentive Skipper, 2 hours Lisbon from the sea at sunset and a fair price-performance ratio. A great experience in Lisbon, what memories!</p>

<p>Our party of 8 arrived at the dock and were immediately greeted. Our sail boat turned out to be a catamaran and we were the only passengers. The sail was wonderful lasting 2 hours with the most lovely views of Lisbon. What a great way to start off vacation. We used this trip to come down from the trip to Lisbon.. We are from New York and Florida.. You cant get value like this anywhere. 166.00 for 8 people..</p>

<p>The most memorable experience in Lisbon. Sailing at sunset the very first night in country gave this place a magical feel to it. By far the best choice on any travel. The music played on board was soothing, and classy. The set up was very sophisticated, and the crew was phenomenal, where one had the sailboat to ourselves with as much or as little interaction from the crew as needed. A truly memorable, remarkable and unforgettable experience. Made me fall in love with Lisbon, and want to return over and over again.</p>

<p>The family enjoyed the private boat trip down the Tagus River. The weather was good on this day. We took a private taxi for the whole family going together (8). ,The taxi was overrate of 120 EUROs. Rather take normal taxi from hotel to the river was 8 EUROs.</p>

I really liked the tour and the sunset on board. The drinks need to be fresher, but in any case, it's an experience to repeat with more friends/family.

Superb evening for 11 aboard the sailboat with 2 skippers (Alex and David) who are very friendly and really attentive. The boat is very well appointed We spent 2 hours on board They gave us information about the city and enjoyed the walk with a lovely aperitif with music. We will keep excellent memories of it and if I come back to Lisbon I will come back! thanks again
