This Lisbon hotel-to-port transfer was a great way to get our group to the cruise ship terminal after our stay in Lisbon. The driver arrived on time, loaded our luggage, and unloaded upon arrival. The traffic in Lisbon can be heavy so even such a short trip can take 20 to 30 minutes. Plan to give yourself ample time and enjoy the ride. You could likely walk from the old-town or Baixa hotels, depending upon their location, but it's quite possible that your luggage wheels wouldn't survive the cobblestone-paved walks and streets too well. The transportation was clean and the driver was very polite. This is a very good transfer choice.

The driver was on time and helpful. He loaded and unloaded our luggages. I opted for a comfort car and I got a Tesla. The driver was safe and professional.

We booked this reservation months ago and on the morning of requested service I asked what time is our car arriving? The response was we have no driver available and we have cancelled your trip, find your own way to the port. Absolutely horrible service.

It was a timely pickup and a very friendly driver that made the drive to the airport very enjoyable. Felt very safe.

Contacted provider several times (phone x2, in the Viator app x2 and WhatsApp x1 the day before and on the day itself) to see what time we were being picked up from the hotel to return back to the airport. Phone calls not answered and we received no acknowledgement or reply. Very disappointed at the no-show and fact we had to make alternative arrangements.

Tried to contact provider twice to confirm pickup point and time. Since we had an early flight the next morning I wanted to make sure that we had everything ready to go. I was never contacted by the provider on either attempt. I reached out to Viator and was greeted by a young lady who was clearly engaged with a coworker on something funny because she kept having to mute herself as she kept laughing. Once she was able to speak to me she indicated that she would reach out to the provider and then transfer me over to co firm booking. After a few minutes on hold I was transferred to voice mail that repeated the same phrase in Portuguese twice and hung up. I ended up having to book an Uber ride for my airport transportation at the last minute just to make sure that we did not miss our flight.

Great experience ON TIME. Driver was dressed to impress The Mercedes van was spotless. Smelt amazing too. Beautiful quite back ground music - it was 545am in the morning by the way 😳 He lifted all our 11 suitcases and bags out.

Our driver was on time at the hotel and was very pleasant he got us to the cruise port in time helped in loading and unloading our bags. I would use Vistor again with no problem, also the pick up at the airport to our hotel was also great, we arrived 4 hours late do to missing our connection to Lisbon in Brussels. Made a call explained the problem and when we arrive in Lisbon our driver was there waiting, great service would gladly use Viator transfer service again driver was great. THANKS again Viator great service.

No discussion of where and when pickup was till morning when we had to call. We ordered a 10:00 am pickup and they confirmed 12:30. My hotel got us a taxi and it even cost less.

The tour guide never contacted us when contacted and didn’t show up to take us to the airport. We had to get an Uber ride and nearly missed our flight with the delay from having to make other arrangements. So annoying and frustrating.

Driver was there on time at 3:30 am. But trip was prepaid. Through some mixup, driver wanted $20 euros when we arrived at airport. Had 3 other trips with no issue and three school the future. Hope no others go array.

When I made the reservation I indicated the correct pickup location. But the Viator ticket doesn't show that, it only shows the city. So I made multiple attempts to reach the transportation vendor prior to our departure date to confirm our pickup. With no success. Viator couldn't even reach them. So I was scrambling to find alternative arrangements up to 1/2 hour before departure. But a driver appeared aabout 10 minutes before we were due to leave. The driver was polite and got us to the airport on time. But I would not recommend booking with them because of this discrepancy with the pickup location, and Viators inability to reach them as well.

The driver did not show up at 3am to pick me up from the hotel as promised. I waited until 3:20 am, then I had to take a taxi to the airport and paid for it because I do not want to miss my flight. Your service is extremely bad. No one should use your irresponsible service.

The car was on time to the minute. It was clean and ample size for the two of us with luggage. Car was clean.

We booked and paid our departure transfer through Viator for transfer from Corinthia Hotel to the International airport well in advance with MTS Globe. Once we checked into the hotel we reconfirmed our pick up time twice . However no one turned up. We had to source another driver. Upon return to Australia we contacted Viator for a refund. Resending request 3 times. As yet we have not heard from anyone. We will never book through them again.

The communication is very poor, having to call the day before to find out the pick up time is ridiculous. The office is only open from 0900 and no out of hours number if a pick up is late. No email or text confirmation of location. We did call and were told the pick up time and location would be where we were dropped off. We waited outside the hotel door and eventually a driver arrived, saying that we were in the wrong place, his instruction was different to ours. We didn’t appreciate the driver attitude, who then drove like a crazy man to get us to the airport. Bearing in mind this was an 0735 pick up. An email or text confirmation service would improve this no end. We would not recommend and never use again.

The driver was on time, and very polite. He spoke a little English. There was traffic getting into the airport so he took another route and brought us right to the elevator of the terminal.

Picked up at hotel on time. However, upon reaching the airport, I confirmed with the driver if my Blue Air flight is in this terminal. He said, yes. After entering into the terminal, realized that it's at the other terminal. So we had to come out and take the shuttle bus to the other terminal.

I was instructed by Viator to reconfirm 72 hours prior to the transfer, which I did, and was told by the company Destination Travel to call the day before. When I called the day before as instructed, I received no answer at all and no way to reconfirm. I event contacted Viator for assistance, and continued to incur foreign call charges when attempting to call Destination Travel for about 12 hours.

They didn't show up to bring us to the airport despite me confirming TWICE with them to ensure everything was a go. The driver that picked us up from the airport was fabulous but being late for a flight is not something that ie enjoyable, luckily there is Uber in Lisbon so we were able to call on that to get us there.

I have been working with Viator for 10 years with our travels. I always got a pickup on time. We arrived at the airport early. The driver though a few minutes delayed in traffic called our hotel to say he was delayed. We were ok with it because we left early for our flight. He was very nice- took our luggage in the car. We had some small talk and he pointed out places of interests as we left the city for the airport. Very nice car- clean. Safe way to go to the airport then waiting for an uber.

Our driver arrived on time to the airport and greeted us in a very nice manner, dressed well, carrying my luggage to his nearby van waiting. We always use Viator's transfers to and from our airport/hotel when we travel. I highly recommend this style of transportation-its safe and easy. Our driver pointed out places of interest including restaurants we went to on his advice. Thank You!!!
