I loved the ability on the private tour to spend the amount of time that we wanted at each stop. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave more information when we wanted it, and stepped back when we wanted to wander alone.

As it was my last day in Portugal, I requested for half day tour to Fatima then drop off at the airport. Jorge picked me up on time in a beautiful red Tesla. His knowledge of Fatima was amazing, I learned lots about customs and the stories. I felt very comfortable and never had to worry. Upon return to Lisbon, he dropped me off at the right entrance making for a successful trip. I would definitely recommend this company for any travels requirements. Thanks Jorge.

This was probably the best guided tour experience we have had in the last 15 years. Vasco, our guide and driver, was outstanding. His knowledge of the country and key sites was fantastic. More importantly, we all knew he made us his priority. He made great suggestions to enhance the trip and was fun to be around. Viator communication with us was professional from the time we booked our tour the whole way through. The day before our tour Viator reconfirmed our booking and gave us the driver/guide name, time, place and vehicle information for pick up. Rod arrived early and was fantastic and really worked hard to ensure our entire day was memorable and he even added another venue he thought we would enjoy while in Portugal. He knew the area’s history and was a great storyteller. We were very pleased with our tour and would highly recommend Viator for private tours.

Ruey our tour guide was super amazing!! His knowledge of Portugal was unbelievable!! This made our tour without a doubt rememberable! We couldn’t have asked for more!!! Our driver was very efficient. Much of this was on our own as it should be. HOwever, when we were with the driver he was informative and helpful. He even took one of our group to the pharmacy to help him out. Nice pilgrimage to Fatima and a nice suggestion for lunch. The Pena Palace was closed for wildfires and he felt bad about it but they didn't email us either and we had bought tickets directly. All in all a win of a day!

Our guide Vasco was extraordinary, going out of his way to provide us with a customized experience! After spending time listening to us (which is all too rare these days), he used his knowledge to provide us with a "show and tell" that was exciting and informative. He went out of his way to accommodate the two members of our party who had limited ability to walk long distances. This tour was among the best we have experienced in our European travels! After receiving the snarky response from Premier Tours to my initial review, I will add the additional reasons for my rating that I had left out in trying to be nice. The advertised Wi-Fi did not work (guess no one had checked it) and despite asking the guide to speak up as my wife has hearing difficulties, that did not happen. And, no, the description does not indicate the amount of time in the car. It may be fine for others, but we did not find it that enjoyable.

We took this tour because two of us wanted to go to Sintra while the third wanted to go to Fátima. We thought this tour would be a compromise. I would not recommend this tour, however, because most of the day was spent in the car driving to and between destinations. Sintra deserves its own tour.

We had Rod as our tour guide and we enjoyed his banter and knowledge. He had a great sense of humor and was flexible with how we wanted to experience the excursions. Both stops were good and we felt like we had adequate time at both, although Fatima would have taken way longer had we tried to light a candle.

This was one of the best tours me and my wife have ever taken during our travels around the world. Premiere Tours is by far the best guiding agency we ever hired, and Jorge Bras is the most knowledgeable guide, a true gentleman, always looking out for our wellbeing. Fatima and Sintra are truly two of the most wonderful places in the planet. The spirituality of Fatima and the mysticism of Sintra with its magical fairytale palaces, made the top on our favorite places in the world list. Even though we were in Portugal for only three days on a business trip, during the pandemic, we decided to contact Premiere Tours for ideas on a one day tour, and we are so pleased that we were advised to take this one. We recommend this highly professional guiding agency to everyone visit Portugal.
