This was a great way to see many things in a short time. You see the main things in Lisbon without wasting time with taxis and trying to follow your phone app. Vini our driver (self owned tuk tuk was great). Our hotel was not exactly downtown but he picked us up there and left us downtown as our wishes. Would reccomend Vini. Thanks from Canada

This viewpoint is essentially one huge balcony above the ancient Alfama neighborhood.
Miradouro da Senhora do Monte, (Our Lady of the Hill), looks out over Lisbon and is the city's highest lookout point or miradouro. With such a position it means it offers uninterrupted 250 degree panoramic views across Lisbon from the stunning old quarters and castle to the downtown district of the city and beyond.
The Church or Monastery of São Vicente de Fora, meaning "Monastery of St. Vincent Outside the Walls", is a 17th-century church and monastery in the city of Lisbon
Is a beautiful and unique church that acts as a national pantheon of Portugal and the final burial location for many important portuguese.

Pastéis de Belém, is one of Lisbon’s most popular tourist attractions. Slightly crispy on the outside with a semi-sweet creamy inside, it’s no wonder pastéis de nata are Lisbon’s favorite pastries.

The São Pedro de Alcântara viewpoint is one of the best with superb views from the Barrio Alto district over to Alfama and Lisbon Castle.
Lisbon's most elegant neighborhood is where everyone meets for coffee, shopping, or before a night out in neighboring Bairro Alto.
The ruined Carmo Convent is one of Lisbon's most hauntingly beautiful sights. It was its greatest medieval building, but stands as a reminder of the devastating earthquake of 1755 that destroyed most of the city. Its roof collapsed on the congregation as it was attending Mass on that All saints’ Day, and was never rebuilt, but the Gothic arches still stand. Most of the architecture dates back to the 1300s, but Manueline (Portuguese Gothic) windows and other details were added later, in the 16th and 18th centuries.

Excellent tour by our guide Vinnie. Showed patience as our customs took longer than we expected and was super patient. Knowledge of Portugal’s history was outstanding
Perfect day with Vini. He gave us some great history, very knowledgeable and we went to wonderful locations. He made our first day in Portugal perfect.
We had an excellent experience touring Lisbon and Sintra with our guide, Vinicius. On the first outing, we explored Lisbon with him in his tuk-tuk, and we enjoyed the experience so much that we decided to hire him again for Sintra. For our Sintra tour, he picked us up directly from our hotel in a comfortable luxury van and showed us around Sintra, taking us to several picturesque and historic places that we had wanted to see. Vinicius was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Having him take care of the transportation and guide us through both Lisbon and Sintra made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. We highly recommend him to anyone visiting Lisbon, Sintra, and the neighboring areas. He truly helped make our Portugal trip memorable!
Vini made our tuk-tuk tour such a positive and memorable experience! He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything with patience and kindness. The tour felt personalized, relaxed, and so much fun—we saw so many wonderful sights and never felt rushed. Booking with Vini was truly the best decision, and we absolutely loved every moment. I would highly recommend him to anyone visiting Lisbon
Ana, our guide, picked up six of us at our hotel on time. She asked us what we had already seen in Lisbon and what we were interested in. She tailored our tour and was very informative and fun to listen to. She made sure we stopped to see important sites, gave us time for photos and bathroom breaks. The only suggestion is that it would have been a little better if Ana had a microphone since it was sometimes hard to hear her speak over the city noise and bumpy roads. All in all, it was a great day filled with lots of information and laughs…and she was a very careful driver!! Highly recommend booking this tour!
We started our days in Lisbon with a tuk tuk tour with Vini. It was such a pleasure hearing about the history of Lisbon from Vini. I definitely walked away knowing a lot about the history of the great city of Lisboa. Vini took us all around Lisboa - Chiado, Alfama, Belem and more! We tasted the wonderful pastel de belem while with Vini and they were delicious! Vini was a joy to spend time with and offered to take our pictures often (and did a great job!) The tuk tuk tour was a lot of fun and saved our legs from many hills!
We had a wonderful time on our tour with Diego! He made it a FUN experience and was very personable and extremely knowledgeable of Lisbon's history.
Diego was great, informative, friendly and accommodating. The Tuk tuk was clean and comfortable. Recommend this tour with Diego.
This is a great company. We did 2 tours with them and they were really helpful at customizing things for us.
Our guide was excellent and showed us all the insider spots that would have been missed without his guidance. Made the experience memorable even with the rainy weather.
We really enjoyed Patricio and hid tour. He was friendly, funny, and patient. We enjoyed the sights we visited.
We did the Private 4-Hour Tuk Tuk Tour: Alfama, Belém & Lisbon’s Hidden Gems and it was the ideal way to experience Lisbon for the first time. The itinerary covered so much — the winding alleys of Alfama, the majestic sights of Belém, river views and charming tucked-away corners — all in one afternoon. It gave us a wonderful mix of history, culture, panoramic views, and local flavor. But the star of our experience was Diego, our guide. He was phenomenal in every way. He knows Lisbon inside and out and has a way of sharing stories that makes history feel alive. He pointed out details we would never have noticed on our own, answered all of our questions (no matter how random!), and was warm, patient, and fun. He also tailored the tour to our interests, so it felt personal rather than generic. If you’re visiting Lisbon for the first time and want to really see the city — not just check off the big landmarks but feel its soul — this tour is perfect. And if Diego is your guide, you’re in the best hands. 5 stars, no hesitation.
Vini picked us up at our hotel and asked us what we're interested in seeing. He knows this city ! We loved the trip - you will too !
This tuk tuk tour is the way to get around Lisbon! We covered so much territory and saw so much. Lisbon is very hilly and using the tuk tuk is a smart idea! Our driver was very friendly and gave us a lot of information through out the tour. I would highly recommend this tour!
“Get Around Portugal” was highly recommended to me by a friend, but I can say that our tour with Carlos was even better than I expected. This tour allowed us to experience so much more of Lisbon than I could have imagined. We were able to view and photograph the city form fantastic locations. Not only did we get the expected drive by and explanation of the landmarks, but we did so much of actually interacting with the city and its people. From getting the Kitchen and production line tour, behind the scenes at Belém pastry shop (and of course sampling the Pastel de Belém product), to walking several tour/landmarks, and of course interacting with the original founder/location of Lisbon’s Gingja liquor. To top it all off was Carlos’s vibrant personality and sense of humor. And by the way, his restaurant recommendations were all perfect. Thank You “Get Around Portugal!
We had a fantastic tuk tuk tour in Lisbon! Our guide, Diego, was knowledgeable about the city’s history, entertaining throughout the ride, and also happened to be a great photographer—he captured some amazing shots of our group along the way. His passion for Lisbon really came through, and he made the experience both fun and informative. I highly recommend this tour—and if you can, ask for Diego specifically. You won’t be disappointed!
Patricio was a wonderful guide and shared so much information and customized for our interests. Saw so much in just a few hours.
Vini was so friendly and accommodating. We learned and saw a lot of Lisbon in such a short period of time! I would highly recommend a tuk tuk tour at the beginning of your trip to get a good sense of all parts of the city.
What a find! I planned a day in Sintra for our family of 3, and Carlos Patricio took us on a fun adventure that was full of surprises and delights at every turn. He was full of knowledge about the country that he grew up in and clearly loves so much. He filled our day with surprises, was a great photographer, and took care of all language barrier challenges so that we could truly soak it all in without the stress of navigating and communicating and trying to make it on our own. Highly recommend!
Nice highlight tour. Get to see different areas. Guide was professional and accommodating. Explained everything well. Fast track to pastries in Belém which was great!
Very nice ride! Very nice guide! A very nice tour around the area of Alfama. Good for families and children! It was an afetrnoon very well spent!
Patricio and Vini were very helpful. We had a great time with them. I’d highly recommend their services in Portugal. They are warm lovely people.
Had a great time with Ana that took me and my family for a tuktuk ride in Belem. Very mindful of my group needs and limitations, polite and available to provide information and a bit of history of the city. She was very flexible with our pickup and wrap up points which was really helpful since we had some folks with a bit of mobility issues. Recommend! 5 Stars!
We went on Vini’s 4 hour Best of Lisbon Tuk Tuk tour as well as his full day Sintra and Cascáis trip and had the most wonderful time on both! He is both super knowledgeable and super fun to be with. My teenagers loved him. The Tuk Tuk tour was a great way to see the city without having to do a ton of walking, which was perfect for us on our arrival day. The full day trip to Sintra and Cascáis was amazing. He let me know which tickets to buy and had us to Pena Palace for the first entrance of the day. He knew lots of great spots to eat in town as well. After exploring Sintra, he too us to Cabo de Roca and Cascáis which were so beautiful. As a bonus, he took a ton of great photos of us which was great since we rarely get many whole family photos on our trips. I highly recommend Vini and Get Around Portugal!
Vini is the best! After discussing what I do and don’t like about sightseeing, he created an amazing itinerary. Saw all the the highlights all over town. The Tuk Tuk was comfortable and speakers were clear to hear him. Vini is smart, funny, respectful, caring and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
We had seen good reviews of Vini's Tuk Tuk company online so we decided to give him a shot. He exceeded all expectations, and ours were high. He combined every highlight in the major areas of Lisbon with thoughtful and informative information. He let us set the pace and schedule to the point that we went a little over time without saying a word about it. He is funny, charming, fun and easy going. He was a highlight of our trip and I would recommend he and his team to anyone seeking a great tour of Lisbon or any area of Portugal, since they go everywhere.
This was a great way to get an overview of Lisbon and cover a lot of ground in a short period of time. We got to see so much and learned so much about Lisbon. Worth every penny!
Seeing the two churches and the monument by the river. Getting pastry in Belem. Driving to the top of the hill and seeing Lisbon in panorama view. Alessandro was caring and helpful and explained every stop.
The best Tuk Tuk Tour! Vini and Gabriel were the best! We could not have had more fun! Fabulous personalities, super informative, and all around great guys! If you do a Tuk Tuk book them!!!!
We were referred to this tour provider and were extremely disappointed. The guide was knowledgeable but we couldn’t hear him at all while the tuktuk, which was too small for us, was in motion. We could only hear him when the vehicle was stopped. Then, the tuktuk broke down in Alfama. I tried to end the tour then, but he begged us to stay on. We agreed to continue on to Belém. We waited over 30 minutes for a new tuktuk to arrive. And then the guide tried to get us to stop somewhere else on the way, when I was clear we only wanted Belém. Then at Belém he tried to get us to continue the tour. It was so bad. Our five hour tour was now three hours. I understand the company was counting on that revenue, so they wouldn’t let us pay less than the $250. But to not even give us a discount for the 30 minutes we were waiting around is outrageous. So $250 for technically 2.5 hours on a tour we couldn’t hear anything on. This company and their tours are complete scams. Stay away.
Emanuel was our guide for the day & kept us laughing the entire day. He was knowledgeable & friendly & I didn't want the tour to end!
Emanuel was the best person that I could have had as a tourist advisor. He was so knowledgeable about every site he took us to and a very good teacher as well. He had a great personality and we enjoyed the whole time we spent with him. I am going to tell everyone that I come in contact with to let him show you around Lisbon! I am a very satisfied Tuk Tuk Customer!
We used this company, tour guide Vinnie, to see the sites of Lisbon. We would highly recommend this tour - it’s hard to navigate Lisbon so a tuk tuk is not only fun, but it’s a great way to get into see some highly interesting sites and discover Lisbon with a local. We found Vinnie though Travel Portugal Facebook site and he was so accommodating and pleasant to deal with. He has a very good command of English and really knows his city.
We had a great time and I definitely recommend for those traveling to Portugal. The tour was optimal for site seeing. Vinny’s English was outstanding and he was very hospitable.
We visited Sintra for half a day with Omer. Omer was well in time at the pickup point. From the beginning when we started driving to Sintra, he told a lot about the history of Portugal. Omer has a lot of knowledge and he tells it in a nice way. Also in the village of Sintra, he gives a lot of explanation, delicious liqueur and a tasty delicacy tasted. Visited Pena Palace and there was also good explanation and tips on where to take the best photos. He also arranged the shuttle bus upstairs. Besides, he is also interested in our group of 6. Also give tips on how to go to lunch. You can't have a better guide! 👏🙏
We loved the experience, Diego is excellent, the trip was very entertaining. We chose the full 4-hour experience because we were traveling with girls of different ages. Highly recommended, it gave us a very good tour of the city. We would definitely repeat with him, thank you so much.
Excellent tour, passing through the main points of Lisbon. I highly recommend for the first days in Lisbon to get to know the city well. Beautiful views. Our guide, Patrício, was wonderful too!
Vini is a very good guide, his knowledge of Lisbon, his language skills (English, Spanish, French) and his patience made our visit unique and extraordinary! I recommend 100%!
Excellent walk through Lisbon, we could tour different areas where he told us his story. Very good explanations, the laughter did not lack, very attentive. I recommend it 100%
Beautiful viewpoints and an extraordinary guide A visit where time stands still for a moment The guide speaks French
