Jose was a great guide and worked with our group so we could adjust the tour according to what we were most interested in seeing and doing. He knows Portugal really well and his recommendations for food, etc. were excellent. We really enjoyed the convenience of having a tour tailor-made for us.

This was amazing trip though it was marred by some rain.Our driver/guide Antonio was fun, very knowledgeable and well versed in English.He gave us enough time everywhere.No rush. Wish we could have stayed there overnight.So much to see . Highly recommend Vino verde🍷

Our driver, Josepi, was absolute best. His knowledge of Porto and Aveiro allowed us to maximize and action packed experience for the entire day. From the canal rides in Aveiro (Venice of Portugal), to the wine tasting on the shores of the Douro river at Porto to close out the day, and all of the sites in between, everything was amazing.

We had an excellent tour guide Jose who knew the area very well, took us to traditional places and explained the history behind. The trip was pleasant and he was very friendly and patience because we were traveling with 2 kids. We totally recommend this trip.

Time to spend in Porto was short as the travel time was quite long. But still worth the visit. Our Driver Wilson provided us with excellent services.

JOSEPI was a fabulous guide. He was very accommodating - giving us a running history of Portugal, and taking his cues from us - taking us to wherever we wanted to go and when we shopped would take a pkgs when we shopped to the car so we could continue unemcombered.. He lives in Porto and is familiar with all its nooks and crannies taking us to places we would never have known to visit. His recommendations were wonderful. He went above and beyond - we couldnt find a bottle of wine we wanted but couldnt find - while we we were eating dinner he found it for us! He made a great day special

This is the best experience we had in Porto, Portugal. Andre was the best tour guide and he was able to teach us a lot of the tour, the history of Portugal and the overall wine and oil we were tasting. Would definitely do this again.

An exquisite time with an awesome guide and wonderful people! From start to finish our guide André made sure everything ran smoothly and put us all at ease. Our fellow travelers also noted that he had such a comfortable personality that put us all at ease. He had nice tidbits on everything from Portuguese snacks to which bathrooms were cleanest. The locations were wonderful, with picturesque views throughout the drive, and the tours were lots of fun! The handoffs between André and the winery guides were particularly smooth. There was never a moment when I wondered who I could ask questions. I especially appreciate how André took the time to speak with each of us and have meaningful conversations with everyone along the way. There were lots of rich chats ranging from wine, to history, to Portuguese culture and identity. He really spent time connecting with each of us. And as a parting gift he also shared a few personal recommendations for our last night in Porto when we parted ways. Would recommend this tour course, and I hope you get André as your guide!

Wonderful day trip to Douro wine country, 2 tasting/winery tours,fabulous lunch and river cruise. Carla was a great guide with terrific English. We met her at 8:30 and she drove us and 4 really nice young people from England in a comfortable Mercedes van. The drive was gorgeous, the tours educational, the ports and wines we tasted delicious. It was a long action packed day but certainly worth every penny. Thank you Carla!

They canceled our trip on us 10 minutes before we were to go not happy with this company I used to use this company all the time will never use again!! I travel a lot all over the world but will never use again. I got reimbursed but my friend did not she lost 149.00

This was a good way to get to know the city. Pickup from hotel lobby was well communicated. Joseph our driver took us to a great lunch spot for bifana. The traffic is really bad in Porto itself so you have to allow plenty of time for activities if going around by car.

Early rise, but well worth it. Thought the drive was scenic, but Douro valley views was even better - breathtaking. Wine was good and our Guide was awesome.

Collected from our hotel on time , very pleasant guide , her fund of local and general knowledge most impressive. We did all the sites that we expected to but what made the day special was the way that our guide - Milena Craveiro , ( of Meridian 4people ) added so much extra interest - pointing out little extra things as we passed them. We really recommend this tour - you get a good orientation of this very interesting city and with a guide of the calibre we had , you get so so much more than you would on a hop on hop off or audio guided self tour.

It was wonderful. My tour guide was Milena. What a treat she was. She did everything expected and more to make the tour enjoyable. Just a wonderful person and so was her father who drove. I would recommend Milena anytime.

We only had one full day in Porto and decided to do this tour only the day before and unfortunately for us the weather was not on our side. Communication was easy and they even picked us up from our AirBnB in the city centre. We had Melina as our guide and she was great, informative, organised and flexible as because of the weather she mixed the order up to keep out of the rain when it was the heaviest. The port tasting stop was also very good, we asked for recommendations on local eating places and Melina had a few options for us. Despite the weather the tour was great and the sights impressive, if the weather was better we would rate this 110%.

It was clear from the beginning of the tour that our guide, Milena, loves to share all the sights, sounds and tastes of her beloved Porto with visitors. Her natural warmth was immediately apparent as she treated us like guests in her home town and let us in on the hidden gems that many tourists miss. Milena gave us the lowdown on which sights were worth the price of admission and where to find some very special places that don't charge at all. As an added bonus, we had the pleasure of having Milena's mom as our driver (a fun-loving woman who drives like a real pro). My wife and I found it easy to embrace our guide and the city - even the cats, dogs and seagulls of Porto seem to know and admire Milena:)

A tour with a personal touch. Were picked up exactly on time by an extra friendly guide, Tania. She took us through the best parts of the city, explaining in perfect English as we went through the tour. Port tasting and river tour really amazing. Definitely a must, cannot praise enough

We had a fantastic tour with Milena and her father! Since we were the only ones that booked that day, our tour was customized to our preferences. Milena is very friendly and knowledgeable concerning the sites and history of Porto and its surroundings. She also knows the restaurants very well and gave us some great recommendations. The winery tour and port tasting was excellent, as was the Douro river cruise. We definitely recommend this tour.

Tania, our tour guide, was an absolute pleasure. We enjoyed the time that we spent with her and she was able to provide us with good insight in respect of the historical aspects of Porto. Importantly in the course of the day we were able to develop a comfortable and relaxed relationship with her which made the experience more enjoyable. We intend to return to Porto in the future and will certainly engage with Tania when we do. On a more general note we were also impressed with the ease with which we were able to book the tour on line and the support provided my the company which in addition to confirmation also provided regular reminders.

First of all, you can reach the company 24hrs a day, I had to change my pick- up hotel the night before the trip and they answered quickly to my call and change the arrangement. They also told us that we might me the only one. The next day Milena showed up on time with her dad as the chauffeur for the Private day Tour. Me and my husband were the only one. Milena knows amazaling well the city and surroundings, you can see that she is passionate about it. She showed us the gems of the city and provided excellent detailed information. She brought us to one of her preferred restaurant for authentic food and we had a great lunch with her and her dad, the food was excellent and the atmosphere great exactly what we wanted. The cruise gave us a different perpective of all (bridges, buildings, view in general) and luckely for us Milena had previously explained all. She also went out of her way, I have expressed that I would love to taste some Rosé Porto and when arrived from the cruise she had planned all for us to taste it. We never felt rushed by her or the driver and we were treated so well. We felt fortunate to have the chance to have this team to visit and learned about Porto and to have booked with that company . Thank to you Milena and your dad for taking such good care of us. Definitely recommend this tour!

My adult daughter and I were pleasantly surprised to have a private tour led by Tania given no one else signed up for the date we selected. It was a full day of fun and learning from the passion Tania has for the area. She showed us all the listed sites plus a few more. She is not only a great tour guide, but also a great person based on all the time we spent with her. She is committed to ensuring her guests have a great experience, and that drives everything she does on the tour!

Milena was our guide and really gave a great tour of the city. You can tell that she loves the city and is very knowledgeable - you really get to know the history of all the important landmarks, and also all the "cool" places and areas to check out. Livraria Lello is a must-see. Not only did we go around Porto, but also across the river to Villa Nova de Gaia and sampled wonderful port wine from there (in case you wonder why we had port wine outside of Porto, there is a very good historical reason for it but trust me, it's a must-do). We also drove around the outside of Porto to see some other interesting places before ending the day with the boat cruise, which gives you a different perspective of the city. All in all, Milena was so friendly and gave us really good advice on what to do and where to go for the rest of our stay - she is definitely a great ambassador to the city. <p>What a fantastic experience, started with a 9am private bus pickup. Tour guide milena was very professional, knowledgeable about her city and fun. we toured the livraria lello which inspired Harry Potter writer. Followed by a cup of coffee and some fantastic dessert. The tour was well paced as we hopped from amazing churches and castles throughout the city. Milena sprinkled in contemporary importance as well as classical ones. We had a typical Porto cosine for lunch and headed down to the amazing river area where we launched in an hour long tour of the Douro 6 bridges. We ended our full day with a Porto wine tasting at a very seek rooftop bar.</p>

Excellent guide and minivan in excellent condition with the comfort you need. The visits and tastings were a success not to mention that the meal provided was excellent. The Douro itself is incredibly beautiful. Our guide and driver George was perfect and unparalleled professionalism.

Porto is a city to be tasted slowly, until pq is full of high and low, being tired to the feet. But, if you track a walk starting from the square of the republic, climbing the street to the clergy tower (very interesting, but if you don't want to go, don't go. I was pq love challenges, but my husband almost infartoukkkk) On the back, to recover, eat a bite of cod with star serra cheese inside!!!! A meal!!!! Keep flanking, go to the Chamber of Commerce. Walking through the bridge to Vila Nova de Gaia, descending as soon as the bridge ends to take a small glass of wine from Porto (in Qq of the excellent caves Q has there) and board one of the boats to see the sunset in the River Douro. A dream!!! I loved it!!!
