We were met by a very friendly and personable photographer named Reuben. He met us near our hotel so it was quite easy to find. He took us to several iconic locations and took our photos. The photos we received were beautiful and very professionally done. We could not be more pleased with these photos which will memorialize our memories and this special trip!

We had a great experience with our photographer. Every spot we went to he gave a mini history lesson about the buildings or the area. The areas we went to were also gorgeous and he got some good action shots during the shoot. I am ever excited to see how they come out!

Ruben was very kind and patient during our photoshoot. He took the time to shoot us in various locations that were deemed tourist attractions. He was patient, allowing us to change from sneakers to heels as running around Lisbon in heels is no fun 😂 Ruben was also knowledgeable about the cities history and served as a mini tour guide during our shoot.

TLDR: you could take better pictures with your phone and you do not get the option to select your edited photos. We booked a few days before our trip. We took pictures around 5pm. The photographer chose good spots to take pictures, but he's not paying attention to if your eyes are open or if there are shadows on your face. Once he sent over the edits a few days later, I asked if there was some misunderstanding because I thought I could select my own photos. He simply argued with me about his the pictures were fine. I simply wanted to access more photos so if there were better ones I could gotten a better photographer to edit/ make them nice. So it's not worth it unless you just need an additional person available to take okay pictures or you look at every single picture taken to make sure they're good and you have a chance for a decent selection.

Ruben was great. Met us in the morning and we walked around Lisbon to some excellent spots for photos. He also gave us some great background and historical information, almost like a tour guide. Was a pleasure to talk to. Ruben even waited for 5-10 minutes to get the shot of the cable car for us when we missed it the first time around. Would highly recommend based on our experience.

Excellent photographer, friendly and excellent communication, turned around photos quickly, shared some extra photos and went over on time without charging us and took some lovely photos of our family (which I would say include a cranky bunch of teenagers that do not like to pose for photos). We have done professional photos of our past 10 trips to have a nice momento as our kids grow and some nice photos for Holiday cards and the photos turned out to be very high quality/great experience with this photographer. We took our engagement photos and couldn’t be happier! Ruben responded to my messages really quickly ahead of meeting - answering questions. We booked last minute and he was helpful in clarifying what to expect from the session. He has a great set of locations that are easily walkable and provide a diverse set of beautiful backdrops (including some really special lisbon specific spots- like with a tram). He quickly edited (within 48 hours of our meeting) and sent our pictures - providing a great choice of poses/backgrounds. We can’t wait to use our pictures to announce our engagement! I highly recommend an early morning slot. This is what we did and we had no trouble with the spots being crowded. We also had good lighting. We were often the only ones in the locations making shooting easy and comfortable! Overall we had a great experience and are so happy we booked this experience!

Met Ruben, seemed like a nice guy. Spent time to take my photos. Then…. About 3 weeks after my photoshoot he stopped responding to text or email from me and viator. Keep in mind that I was suppose to receive the photos within 7 days of the shoot. Over 2 months later, no response from him and no photos. Stay away from this guy, the reviews posted are real! He either has time management issues or completely lacks respect for his clients.

We booked this photoshoot and we took them over 1 month ago, we have contacted Viator, Tour operator to request our pictures and no-one has respond . This are special memories that we trust this people to do and no pictures are giving to us .Horrible experience not only we don't have our special memories, we woke up early ,got ready took 1 1/2 hours of walking and pictures and now NO PICTURES

Ruben took our engagement photos, from what he showed us on his camera the pictures were beautiful. Ruben told us it would take 4 to 5 business days to receive the photos back. We have reached out multiple times to him and he has NOT responded back with an update on our photos. Even if the pictures were not ready yet, he could COMMUNICATE that with us. I feel like WE got SCAMMED and Robbed of a great moment. I wanted to announce my engagement using those photos but we never received them. I feel like if you struggle with communication or you really don’t feel like doing this then STOP taking peoples money and WASTING THEIR TIME! I WOULD NOT BOOK with HIM!!!!!!!!!!!! PICK SOMEONE ELSE TO CAPTURE YOUR MOMENTS!

I highly recommend getting professional photos done on your trip to Lisbon. The photos came out great, plus, I practically got a free tour!

I made a reservation for today and the photographer ghosted me. I reached out via cell phone, found their Instagram, and emailed them, whats App. I did everything I could think of and I even waited there. Trip Advisor needs to monitor this account because it's not a good look. You also don't know who you're dealing with, so this isn't good press for your business. The customer service could use a HUGE upgrade. I requested my refund naturally so I am waiting to receive that. It sucks when you're traveling and want to do something cool and then THIS happens. My reservation was at 7 am too and I woke up so early to get ready for this only to be met with crickets. It's 8 pm in Lisbon and I still haven't heard back from them.
