Our tour was great and our guide Joao was awesome, he was very knowledgeable and informative.

Tadeu was an amazing guide for the day! He was extremely knowledgeable and kept our kids engaged the whole day. He gave us a good mix of time on our own to walk around and explore too. Loved this experience.

Our day with João touring Pena Palace, Sintra, Roca Cape & Cascais was wonderful. From the time he picked us up at the desianated area, to the moment he dropped us at the end of the day, João worked to make the day a memorable one for us. Along the way, we appreciated that he shared his knowledge of the architecture, history and politics relevant to the region. We also appreciated him wisking us past the very long queues at some of the venues. The instructions João gave us made it easy to reconnect and stay on schedule after time wandering the sites on our own. Thank you, João, for making the day very memorable!

I booked a November Sintra private tour with onedaytours. The customer service representative is very knowledgeable and provided me with answers on all my questions. They are also very prompt in replying to me. I am impressed and looking forward to the November Sintra trip experience. Will provide updates once I completed the trip.

Our tour guide, Rodrigo, was a great guide. He shared lots of information about the places we visited and was very pleasant. We had some extra time at the end of the trip, so he drove us to see a few other sights before dropping us off. There was a lot of uphill walking at the Pena Palace. I would not recommend this tour for anyone with mobility challenges.

The day trip introduced me to much beauty and history in Sintra and Caiscais and helped round out my understanding of this wonderful country, to which I hope to return some day. The best part of the day was meeting and learning from our tour guide, Miguel Câmara Leme, who struck me as highly intelligent, well-informed and an engaging and witty story teller. I would love to take other tours with him and will definitely recommend him to family and friends.

We had the most wonderful time with Ines on our tour and learned so much about the city of Lisbon and Portuguese history and culture. Ines has such a positive and adventurous energy and is so knowledgeable! Would recommend to anyone who wants to explore Sintra and Cascais as a day trip from Lisbon.

Ricardo was an amazing guide who made sure that we had a fantastic day! We got to see so many incredible sights and he made sure to give lots of history and extra detail on all of them. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend the tour to anyone else!

Miguel was a great historian. There was a bus that got stuck and we couldn’t get through but that didn’t stop us from having fun. We enjoyed the small group tour.. it was a great experience. I will recommend this tour and request for Miguel😊

The tour was well organised with good instructions to pickup timings. Mr Alex was great in making the tour engaging and fun. The van is new with good air-conditioning. We were provided with water bottles which kept us well hydrated through the tour.

Our tour guide Ines was amazing and made the trip even more fantastic with her knowledge of the area, passion for Portuguese history and making sure everyone’s needs were taken care of. Each place we visited was unique and beautiful and so much more than just another photo opportunity. We came away feeling we had learned a lot about the culture and people of Portugal. Brava Inês!

Everything was ok. The guide is the best I ever meet. Wonderful places, good detail about them and nothing exagerate of narration.

I think that this is the first time i write a review, but i had to, as this company just gave me the worst experience ever on a tour. I booked the tour, everything seemed seamless, the confirmation came immediately and I was really excited. Everything else was horrible ! Tried to contact the company to understand where I could be picked up, no one ever answered until the morning of the tour itself. The tour guide, I think his name was Miguel, screaming at me, I couldn't believe this was happening, and somehow still apologized to him, not really knowing what I did wrong. Now I know that he couldn't drive in a historic neighborhood, I had no idea. The tour continued and it was horrible, the guide was rude the whole day, with everyone not only me and my partner, so we only did the pena palace and took a train back, just like a Dutch couple that left before us. I should have known there was something wrong, but the price was too appealing. Stay away

We enjoyed our tour from the Italy minute, very well organized, tour guide well informed, gave us great tips and guided us to most impórtate landmarks There is only one way to rate this tour: Tiago is the best in Portugal !!

I had an awesome trip to Sintra, Pena Palace and Cabo da Roca with guys! The itinerary is incredible, even the road was smooth and easy. I thought we would have a typical plain excursion, but no, it was a really funny and exciting experience:) My best regards to One Day Tours! 10/10:)

Company has no minimum respect for the customer. They canceled my reservation the night before the tour without notice. I got on the hand in the day. They didn't give much explanation. I do not recommend

The tour was very pleasant and not tiring at all, even though we walked a lot. Comfortable van that transported us. The guide (Ricardo) delighted us with some gems, showing us "secret places" of the Sintra park and suggestive views of the Cascais coast.

Wonderful tour, the guide was Ricardo, an excellent professional, attentive, polite, in addition to being very well informed and an excellent driver. The tour went through in great harmony, the company provides mineral water throughout the tour. Finally an experience with a cost benefit q is worth it, small group, only 07 people in the Van, I liked it a lot.

We spent a really pleasant and interesting day together with our guide Diogo. The tour started from Lisbon and we visited fascinating and unique places. We were a small group of 8 people in a minivan. Diogo accompanied us throughout the tour enriching each place with accurate and detailed explanations. Definitely a recommended experience.

We decided to leave for a day outside of Lisbon and Ines managed to make this trip very pleasant: she showed us the places of interest with clear explanations and adding little goodies, she always recommended places to visit (costs not included in the tour) and places to eat. Exceptional Spanish and English. Super recommended!
