Great activity if you want something that doesn't take up your whole itinerary but allows you to see Lisbon from the water. Open bar was great. A little bit of history.

Itinerary
Discover Lisbon from the Tejo River and embark on an adventure that combines landscape, history and nature. The tour begins in the heart of Lisbon, aboard a relaxing cruise that reveals the city from a new perspective. While sailing through the calm waters of the Tagus, enjoy privileged views of iconic monuments, historic architecture and a coastline marked by centuries of history—the ideal setting to enjoy the city away from the bustle and take memorable photographs. As we follow the river down, the horizon opens in the approach to the foz of the Tagus, where the river meets the Atlantic. From May to October, this area is frequently visited by dolphins, and sightings are common during this period. The transition between the Tejo and the ocean offers unique views of the Lisbon coast, impossible to see on land. The vastness of the sea and the encounter of the waters create a special environment, perfect for relaxing or living a different moment. During the journey, the crew shares curiosities about the region lightly. On the return, we sail through Bethlehem and the Commerce Square, concluding a memorable experience that brings together navigation, history and stunning landscapes.

Very unprofessional service. The desk lady didn't care at all about helping to find the place of departure. She then totally denied her mistake when i complained about missing the departure as i was standing right in front of the desk. I dont recommend this company.
Terrible- this was the worst activity we can ever remember doing on holiday and we paid just over £150 for it. Total rip off AVOID. They greedily filled the boat so 20 people were forced to sit downstairs where the view was not so good- no announcements etc. They tried saying all spots are the same- so why the stampede to get to the boat first to try and secure top seats? Our family was divided into two with 2 on top and three people sat below. The people below had the camera sunscreen etc etc. They wouldn't allow us to get our things or sit together so one daughter went down to switch with another. They then wouldn't allow my other daughter to come up- they actually called her a liar when she explained that her other sister has just walked down and spoken to the woman 1 minute before. At this point we were all beginning to think this was more like an endurance test than a holiday moment. Horrible people- BORING trip- no dolphins-yeah they are wild animals no guarantees etc but every review seems to say the same thing- SAVE YOUR MONEY. We loved Lisbon and this was the only bad experience of an otherwise fantastic holiday.
Went on a “dolphin watching” tour mid-afternoon. Started with boat not being ready at the scheduled time. Waited around in the sun for almost an hour. No dolphins (I understand they are wild animals and can’t be controlled), but at least make the boat tour interesting! One staff member going from row to row to point out sights and give a brief description. We found this very boring!!! Should have just taken the yellow boat so we could ride closer to shore and get off to explore.
It was a very nice experience, we didn’t get to see the dolphins but the cruise staff was very friendly and there were complimentary drinks onboard as welll :)
We enjoyed our boat trip Unfortunately we never seen any dolphins But the crew tried her very best to spot them but they remained illusive
There was not much memorable other than meeting people from various counties. We just cruised around looking for dolphins. There also was the Marine Biologist that went missing, tour read "A marine biologist will be on board to give you all the information you need about these incredible creatures."
Unfortunately, no dolphins that day. Nothing you can do about... Very friendly staff and drinks are for free the entire tour.
We had high hopes for this tour but were given no information from our tour guides once on board. The boat was full to the brim to the point one of the guides demanded 10/15 people who had rushed upstairs on a chance dolphin sighting to go downstairs. The ‘open bar’ is one choice of beer and Pepsi max from a 2L bottle. We caught a glimpse of some dolphins spotted by another tourist and not a crew member. No information given about monuments as we passed them and no information given about dolphins. Would not recommend this tour.
Booked a Rib cruise as per picture on Viator advising dolphin watching. Only to be told that is the wrong picture and then hoarded like cattle on a rammed boat which we declined.
No dolphins sighted however the tour was pleasant and the pics of land structures from the water was amazing
Really good trip, weather was lovely . Staff on boat very informative and got to see dolphins . Thought a lot of people on the boat but there was plenty of room for everyone to sit
Saw a big group, the ship made sure to hang around the dolphins for a good time to take in the whole experience.
We were lucky enough to find dolphins and follow them for a long time. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We found there wasn't a lot of info so hoping this helps. Because we were a smaller group we went out on the 12-meter speed boat. The staff explained this when we turned up, and checked we were ok with this but a no would just have meant we weren't going. The small boat means you sit one behind another with a seat between your legs, although when the boat stops to look at the dolphins you can stand a little please be aware if you are not agile enough to get your leg over the small gap between backs of seats or if you have back problems, sitting like this may be difficult. This is not a tour, as in there is no announcing of sites along the river or telling you about the dolphins once you are on the boat, it is a look-and-see adventure. You get a life jacket, climb onto a boat with the one leg either side of your seat and go down the river to the sea, they do their very best to spot Dolphins, you enjoy the dolphins and they try and keep with them/ find more, you travel back on the boat down the river. It's very worth it, absolutely stunning. The boat ride was great, and safe and cut through wakes where a bigger boat would have bobbed back and forth. I really really recommend it.
Amazing experience but go prepared as we went in march and it was very cold out to sea even though weather was mild on land. We saw lots of dolphins and the tour staff were very good. Also the boat experience itself is good and you see landmarks on the journey. Took one star of only due to the fact the chairs on the boat were very uncomfortable and we were in pain towards the end of the session.
I do not recommend, it was very boring and wasting our time and money Well, we didn't see any dolphins at all I will never ever try anything like this in the future
The staffs are friendly and professional. At the first beginning, we did not meet dolphins, staffs kept searching. 工作人员友好且专业。在没有找到海豚的时候,一直寻找,转了很多地方,直到海豚出现。期间还提供了小吃和饮料。非常愉快的旅行体验。
An absolutely amazing experience. Our tour guide Ana was amazing. She was so friendly and kind and Ana’s enthusiasm and presence made the experience even more special and joyful. The whole crew were great, making sure it was a trip to remember for all. I would definitely recommend this trip. It was the highlight of our holiday! ❤️🐬
boring. And then for three hours. No dolphin sightings, can happen. Boat had exhaust somehow very near the aft deck, resulting in diesel fumes. Is a boat trip rather than a tour, I heard the lady 3 say something, but was certainly not a sparkling story with all that was to see, and that was quite a lot of monuments.
Today we went on the speedboat to spot dolphins. What a gift we got to see! Breathtaking and lots of dolphins can spot. Guide was very friendly and explained a lot! Really a huge recommendation
Magnificent cruise on the Tagus, comfortable boat, unfortunately without having been able to observe a dolphin! Thanks to the crew for the many explanations along the way 👍
Total scam, we were well over 100 crammed on a boat, full to bursting, the boat moves very slowly so we stay close to the sides which decreases the chance of seeing dolphins that we will never see, 3 hours of deep boredom
We haven't seen dolphins. There was a biologist on the boat, but she didn't share any information about dolphins. There was no experience or entertainment on the boat.
Nice views but unfortunately no dolphins were there. The team is very nice though and makes the ride enjoyable.
Nice boat trip, nice view of the city, unfortunately no dolphins as it is not a zoo after all. We received a lot of explanation about the living environment.
We had to go to counter 1 to collect the passes, the guide Anna gave us some explanations on how the tour would work then we took a small motor boat to go looking for dolphins. It is very windy and especially at this time it is rather cold. The ride is quite long, we didn't see any dolphins and in return they offered us to come to a party on a boat for free. Without having seen the dolphins, which is not guaranteed, the walk is still pleasant.
Very good. We liked a lot. I recommend other people to try it. Excellent tour. Good good good .
Although we know they are wild animals and nothing is guaranteed, we are so happy to see dolphins. The walk begins along the coast. While the guides (we had a guide who made the effort to explain us a little in French) gave the information, the boat staff looked at the water to try to see our friends the dolphins. Once the meeting is done and some detours to follow them a little, we will resume and finish the walk on the opposite coast. 35€/pers to see the dolphins but also the whole coast, the buildings by the river, the bridge of April 25. A little more: some drinks in Self Service during the walk. Really a nice ride. Unforgettable.
