Well organised and enjoyable trip to see Nazare and Obidos. The tour guide was very friendly and provided a great experience. I’d highly recommend this trip if you’re visiting Lisbon.
Nunu (spelling?) was our guide extordinaire! He picked us up at the apartment on time & was the "encyclopedia"of Portugal! The Potueguese influence is Worldwide! We learned so much from him. He drove us to Nasare' for the beaches & big waves. Then to the quaint "walled" village of Óbidos. Loved every moment!
The guide was professional. He told a lot about Portugal, Nazaré & Obidos during the drive. He also answered our questions, I appreciatie that very much. I also was suprised that he told everything in 3 languages (Spanish, French, English). The other people from the tour were also nice. Our guide was fabulous. Very knowledgeable, friendly and fun to be around. He took us to an amazing seafood place for lunch and entertained on the ride between destination. He also gave us free time to explore and was never in a hurry or rushing us. He did a great job attending to all our needs and made the entire experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour. The tour went without us. Communication was bad. Once booked I got a ticket confirming hotel pickup but after a half hour waiting and no correspondence I contacted the tour operator and they advised tour had left because I didn’t supply hotel details which I did on the initial booking. They told me they had tried to contact me? I am now furious as a refund has not been offered
It was nice to be in a small group. Our driver was good. I think it could’ve been a bit more structured as far as all of us eating together.
Great tour with a bit of driving to get to and from the areas of interest. Nazare and the Surfing beach were truly breathtaking and Obidos was very historic and interesting. Guide was very knowledgeable and accommodated us for time and things we wanted to look at. Small group (7 people) worked very well and allowed for flexibility.

The GO2LISBON company cancelled less than 18 hours before scheduled trip and asked us to rebook another time which was impossible given our travel plans. It felt like very little effort was made to somehow make it work for us.
Our guide was Nuno was excellent. He had a lot of interesting information for us and was helpful and friendly. He felt like a family member by the end of the tour. He took extra time with us and pointed us to the perfect places to see nazare and obidos.

Great tour of Nazare and Obridos - most of walking and exploring was done on our own, with our guide Eros providing interesting history and facts about each area on the way. Eros is amazing - friendly, funny, interesting, compelling story teller, strong and clear speaker (English) - would highly recommend, and if you can, suggest asking for him as your guide.
This is such a fun day trip! Check out Nazare and the surf museum that features some of the surfers who have conquered the biggest waves in the world. No big waves this time of year but still so fun to see it! The next stop, Obidos, is such a gem! Climb the walls (carefully - no railings!) and walk around a beautifully preserved walled city. We were collected right on time and heard so much information about both destinations. A very fun adventure and no stress because our driver and guide Roderick took great care of us!
Navarre was really cool- walking to the lighthouse seeing Norte beach. We also went to walled city of Obidos. Fun shops and eateries. Our guide Anabella was excellent.
It was an excellent tour. Nano was very good and friendly with everyone and told us a lot of stories and history of the places we visited.

Jose was the perfect guide to take us on this trip. The passion he demonstrates, the knowledge and the patience for guests that perhaps forgot to meet up on time was excellent. Also, we had a bonus as new guide Joao was also part of our tour and was able to add great content to compliment Jose’s. 10 stars, if you can get Jose as your guide, count yourself lucky!
Great day trip from Lisbon to check out a super cool medieval castle + town and the home of the 100 foot wave! Bruno was an excellent guide and I appreciated his sense of humor and passion for the history and culture of Portugal. The drone videos are a nice touch too! I liked that we had free time at each location to do as we wished, and also had a delicious lunch of fresh fish in Nazaré as a group.

It was a quick but fantastic trip, I and my family can meet Nazareth and Obidos in good time. The guide Pedro was very kind with us, and shared his knowledge in Portuguese and English, since there were English speaking people.
