Lisbon: Sanctuary Fátima & Little Shepperd Town Guide Tour

Originally booked for the Wednesday but there was a problem with the bus. Offered us a different trip still taking in Fatima but as we were able to go a different day, we just asked couls we switch. Communication was excellent. Our guide Pedro was amazing. Nothing was to much trouble. He even found us a priest to get our items blessed. He was fun and energetic and definitely added to our trip. I highly recommend this tour.

I was thoroughly happy with the service provided by this company. The tour guide pick up location was centrally located and conductors were professional with ensuring everyone was on the right bus. Information about Lisbon (while leaving the city), and Fatima (once we arrived) were appreciated. The pick up location from Fatima was also easy to find and the ride home smooth. I really appreciate this service for a spiritual trip to Fatima especially for someone that had not done prior research.

The meeting place was In front of a hotel with alot of buses and other tours going on the same time very unorganized.

The guide was very good and knowledgeable . It started a bit chaotic on the meeting place but once we got into the bus everything went well

A pretty trip and just the right length, left at 8:00 a.m. and back at the hotel by 4:00 p.m.! If you want to see Fátima it is perfect!

This specific tour that I scheduled was cancelled. The morning of the tour I received a text indicating that and was offered an alternative tour at no additional charge which I accepted. It still included Fatima but went to several other places as well. We enjoyed the alternate tour.

Ruben, our guide, was excellent. He made our travel from Lisbon very smooth and conversational. It was like driving with a friend. It was a great experience and would highly recommend it.

It was an amazing visit historically and a Spiritual journey. Our guide was knowledgeable attentive and watched out for us.

This was a beautiful trip! I wish we would’ve known to take anything we needed with us, like sweaters. For June, it was cold. We had to buy sweaters at the market they take you to, and it’s pricey! Nonetheless, it was everything we wanted.

The tour to Fátima was very informative and well put together. Emilio was very well versed in 4 languages and gave us all the history of the 3 little shepherds and virgin Fátima. We had enough time to see all and time to buy items we wanted. I would recommend this tour to anyone. Especially those that want to feel a spiritual peace. Un tour espectacular. Lo recomiendo.

How informative it was. Our guide Louise was a world of information and a very down to earth person. I would 100% recommend him and his tour.

It was very well done from start to finish! We had Victor as our tour guide, he was very kind, & knowledgeable! We got to see lots, take our time & enjoy the journey. Wonderful experience.

We arrived 30 minutes prior to pickup time at the designated location. NOBODY showed up to pick us up. NO signage, NO calling out of tour, NO contact person at pickup. At pickup location was a large group goint on a diferent trip. We 4 on to the side about 4 metres from the roadway. 45 minutes after pickup time we contacted the provider who claimed to have phoned us. NO record on mobile phone of such contact. You pay your money and you take your chances. We scrambled to make other arrangements and with the help of hotel concierge had a better deal with a private driver.

Pedro, Pedro, Pedro, what a lovely guy with full of enthusiasm and knowledge. Kept all us fully aware what to expect at the shrine of Our Lady Of Fátima and the visit to the place of three Shepherds. 11.06.2026 I will always remember him for letting us known which place reserved at the main alter for St. Jacinta and St. Francisco and waiting for Papal approval🙌🏽 Also the disciplines he maintained to rein in the late returnees to the bus after visits to the areas on time without loosing his cool and everyone respected it! Obrigado Pedro!

Mr. Hugo was an amazing guide during our visit to Fátima. We were very impressed by how easily he switched between languages so everyone could understand and feel included throughout the tour. He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and made the experience very enjoyable for the whole group. The only suggestion I would make is to add names or clearer signs to the buses during check-in. When we arrived, we were only told we were with Hugo, so we waited near him until he finished assigning people and then took us to the bus. It was a little confusing at first, especially with so many groups arriving at the same time. Other than that, it was a great tour and Mr. Hugo truly made it a memorable experience. Highly recommended!

Check the weather before you go. You will be outside for several hours. It can be windy, cold and it rains sometimes!!! Do some research before you go to learn about Fatima and the apparition. There is a free movie called “The day of of the miracle sun” on Tubi you can watch to learn about it. Most of the written information is NOT in English.

We went to Fatima with Pedro. It was fantastic from pick up to drop off. Pedro is a fountain of knowledge and so helpful, he couldn't do enough for us. Would highly recommend.

Lovely day out. Great service. Collected in Lisbon. Great tour guide. 3 stops. Lovely amount of time in each section. Perhaps would have preferred longer than 20 mins in the main shop.. but maybe it is good as I might have spent more money. The little houses and village where the children were born was so peaceful and felt like going back in time. The main baslica and church breath taking. Mass was at 12.30 on the Sunday. Time for a quick sandwich in the coffee shop next to the main entrance

My husband and I were the only ones to book this small group tour so we were offered a private tour (paid extra). Communication was good, and our allocated driver/guide, Pedro was an excellent guide. He was so full of interesting information and was very courteous throughout the day. He allowed us to decide how long we spent at each location, and since we had visited Fatima before, this was great for us. Our first visit was to the small village of Aljustrel which was the birthplace of the three little shepherds and the house of the brothers Francisco and Jacinta. Next stop was Fatima. We wanted to buy some flowers to take to the Chapel of the Apparitions so Pedro drove around looking for a florist. When we eventually found one, he waited for us in the car while we purchased a bouquet. He also kindly pre-booked tickets for us to visit the Museum of the Shrine of Fátima, which was full of interesting pieces and a vast array of jewellery. Our last stop was the Church of the Holy Miracle" or Church of the Most Holy Miracle (Santíssimo Milagre) in Santarém. Pedro arranged for us to view the Eucharistic miracle of Santarém (the Most Holy Miracle), which was interesting. All in all a good day trip with a wonderful guide, Pedro.

Hugo was excellent, very engaging! Our half.day became a full day, he asked if we had anything else planned and when we said no, he asked if we wanted to do more!

The tour guide was fabulous. He spent hours with us pointing out interesting facts. He explained each building and provided insight that was amazing. He really knew his stuff! I took a similar tour two years ago with another carrier and it was a total disappointment. The previous tour guide left us off and went and had lunch. In the past two weeks we have taken 8 tours. This was absolutely the best. Outstanding tour guide.

This tour was great! Very convenient way to get from Lisbon to Fatima. Hugo filled the drive with history and facts and gave us ample time to explore the shrine when we got there! We were back in Lisbon by 2pm!

We traveled in a personal car because there were only 4 of us. Our guide Diego was great and very flexible time wise. We stayed at Fatima 2 hours longer as we all agreed. Wonderful experience!!

He provided a thorough and thoughtful history of Portugal and the main reason of our tour, The Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fatima. He provided us enough time to wander around the sanctuary and so much details. He’s a PRO and very nice person. Highly recommendable.

Good afternoon, on Sunday the 12th I received a WhatsApp from Hugo Macedo from the company VISION TOURS PORTUGAL, informing me that unfortunately they did not have enough participants to do the excursion. In this case, they would give me a full refund. I am sorry I cannot provide comments because the excursion was canceled on me. I am waiting for the full refund

Everything was very good, except that on the way back from Fatima to Lisbon the weather was super hot and the guide never turned on the van's air conditioning and the return trip was very uncomfortable, even so I left him a 20 Euro tip.

Pedro was a wonderful guide. He made the experience of visiting Fátima unforgettable. We definitely recommend this tour, and that your guide be Pedro, who also speaks 5 languages perfectly!! 🫶🏻
