Lisbon: Luxury Catamaran Sunset And Wine Cruise

We had such an amazing experience from start to finish! The staff were incredibly friendly and communication was great throughout. We kept getting reminders and updates on WhatsApp, which made it really easy to find the pick-up location. Once we got on the boat, Francisco, our captain, and Tiago, our guide, were honestly the best! Both had such great energy, made the whole trip so much fun, shared lots of interesting facts and we even had some really lovely conversations along the way. I would 100% recommend this to anyone visiting Portugal! And if you’re lucky enough to meet the same people we did, you’re definitely in for a great time. A big thank you to the entire Rent a Boat team for making this experience so memorable for us. We loved every minute of it!

Tom and Fran were excellent hosts! Wonderful experience all around, provided snacks, drinks, and blankets for when it got cooler. We looked like the happiest crew on the water that day!

Fran and Zaira were a very welcoming and proficient crew. This was our last evening in Portugal and it was a great way to celebrate. We were two of about 10-12 and the boat had plenty of room. We were a bit reclusive and enjoyed most of the time by ourselves on comfortable deck cushions enjoying the views, having some vihno and a bit of cheese and cracker. A wonderful evening - Obragado!

This was a fantastic experience a brilliant way to spend the last evening of our trip to Lisbon. John and Tiago were excellent hosts- energetic fun and informative. The views were spectacular from the river and timed just right to catch the sun going down.

What an amazing experience. Watched a brilliant sunset from an amazing boat. Everything was smooth and stress free. Good communications before sailing. Before sailing there was a nice cafe, right next door to office to have a coffee or beer. On board they kept the wine flowing so much i wondered, in jest, how my sea legs would work. The boat was top notch . The host was informative and interesting about the areas we we sailing past. I would 100% recommend this tour.

Awesome experience! This sunset cruise was more than we expected. It was a beautiful boat with a nice bathroom. We took off on time and cruised down the river to watch an absolutely amazing sunset. John and Tiago were a terrific crew providing insights into the city from our vantage point and serving up delicious wine and even a snack. The dolphins showing up was an extra we didn’t plan on but was spectacular. Top notch cruise from start to finish. Don’t hesitate!

First of all let’s talk about the Captain and crew Fran and Thomas. They went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that everyone had a good time. They met everyone’s needs made it a smooth sail and were super knowledgeable about everything. I enjoyed this the most of all the tours I took while in Portugal. Not just because I love sailing. But like I said, Fran and Thomas made it that way. Great conversation, master skills, the wine kept pouring until the end and they made everyone feel special. If you take this cruise ask for them and the Catamaran. I can guarantee you won’t regret it. Muito Obrigado Fran and Thomas for a special day and evening.

We had a fantastic boat trip! Thomas and Frances were wonderful guides who took great care of everyone on board. The weather on the day was perfect, and the boat route offered incredible views of Lisbon's coastal landmarks. Thomas also shared some fascinating history about the sights along the way. Highly recommended!

Very well organized, friendly hosts and the catamaran was comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the vinho verde and the lovely sunset. The snack at the end of the cruise was akin to something out of a vending machine, but was fine. Captain did a great job. Would be helpful for host to have a microphone so that when he speaks we all can hear him at once. Also, a decent sound system for the boat. We could barely hear the music from the small portable speaker they used.

John and Tiago were a great team! We really enjoyed the sights, the stories and the wine!!!

This was a fabulous experience. It was great to see the city from the river, both in sunshine as the lights came on and the sunset was amazing. The boat was lovely and our host was great, really helpful and informative and the wine kept flowing all night. Everything was really well organised. Overall would highly recommend.

What a wonderful experience! Cruising along the Tagus River at sunset was one of the highlights of our time in Lisbon. Seeing the city’s beautiful sights from the water as the sun was setting was absolutely spectacular and gave us a completely different perspective of Lisbon. The catamaran was very comfortable, and we enjoyed sipping local Portuguese wine while taking in the views. My husband even got the chance to steer the catamaran, which he absolutely loved! A special thanks to Captain Jack, Zaira and Tom. They told us all about the sights we were seeing along the way, and we really enjoyed chatting with them. They were friendly, knowledgeable and made the experience even more enjoyable. A relaxing, fun and memorable evening and a perfect way to experience Lisbon. We would highly recommend this sunset cruise!

What an amazing experience. This was the best tour we’ve ever done and we’ve done many all over the world. The sunset was amazing to watch but was better was the amazing hospitality from the crew, from stories about the places we past along the the way to local recommendations it was an amazing experience. I can’t say enough about how amazing this tour was.

A really fantastic cruise! We sailed around the tagus estuary and saw all highlights located around the shore. It just beautiful at sunset. The captain and crew were informative and just great people. Plenty of wine for all - except for the poor crew. :-)

John, Dinis, and Tom were incredible. The boat was beautiful, the company was very easy to communicate with (we were running late due to road closures and they were wonderful), and we even got a complimentary boat upgrade. John, Dinis, and Tom never let our glass go empty, and they gave the perfect amount of history and information while allowing us plenty of time to enjoy the peaceful ride and mingle. I could not recommend this experience more.

Perfect amount of time on the catamaran at the perfect time of day. We started before sunset and finished our cruise right after the sun was fully down. Staff came around about 4 different times to give us interesting tidbits on the history of Lisbon and keep our wine glasses full. We had 12 people on our tour, out of a possible 18 and there was so much space. It was truly wonderful and would do again! Also - unrelated, but I had left my phone on the boat. I was able to reach out right after I realised I had left it and Mariana and the staff were able to get the phone back to me early the next morning. Excellent customer service and a true highlight of my trip!

What an amazing experience! From the moment we stepped aboard, we were welcomed by an exceptional crew who made everyone feel at home. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and entertaining, creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere throughout the cruise. The boat itself was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. Watching the sunset from the water was absolutely breathtaking and made for a perfect evening. The wine selection was excellent, and the delicious cheese, crackers, and chorizo were the perfect accompaniment. It was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully planned to make the experience special. If you're looking for a memorable sunset cruise with outstanding service, a beautiful boat, and wonderful food and wine, this is the one to book. Highly recommended!

This was my second time doing this sunset sail. We loved it so much. Amazing views, great wine. John & Diego were awesome!!! I love that this is a small group of people not an overcrowded party boat. A wonder experience! Book it. You will not be disappointed!!!

Our last night in Lisbon was delightfully relaxing and informative on this sunset cruise. Mother Nature provided the most perfect sunset and the vinho verde kept flowing.

To sum it up…… courteous, constant contact with awesome Mariana via email or text, she was always there for any questions or concerns. We’re on a big beautiful boat, driven by a cool Captain, serenaded with super interesting history from a really smart Henry, surrounded by gorgeous sights, in the company of fun folk from all over the world, with an incredible sunset, and delicious Portuguese WINE!!!!! The tour was beautiful and the crew were informative and friendly (especially Henry!)! There was plenty of wine and snacks provided and the sunset was sensational! Excellent value for money and is a must do on your trip to Lisbon!

We arrived early, checked i and were taken over to our catamaran by Joe and Dinis. Plenty of seating options available indoors and out but we opted for indoors as it was a chilly evening. Both Joe and Dinis were really informative about the POI on the cruise but more importantly they were great fun and very welcoming.. especially with the green wine. Highly recommend the trip

Henri did a great job making sure that all of the guests had a fun time. He was very informative about the history of the area and all of the landmarks that we were observing. I would definitely book him again.
