Great experience! Excellent captain and very friendly guide. We saw a group of over a 100 dolphins.

It was amazing! We found dozens of dolphins and it’s not far away from shore. The tour is so professional and I think it’s worth for kid to chase !!

Seeing the dolphins in their native habitat is priceless, the guides were amazing and the ride into the ocean was a ton of fun. Definitely recommend!

The operator will contact you via WhatsApp couple of hours (approx. 5) in advance to tell you where to meet and what to consider. I know other operators, who do this one/two days in advance. I tried to think through what might be important in advance, so what I had to consider was not surprising. However, getting contacted one day in advance would bring your mind more at ease. Plus point, there was a picture of the meeting point in the WhatsApp chat. Negative point, I didnt know, I would be contacted via WhatsApp and first thought it was scam, where I need to download files (pictures). The ride with the boat reminded me of a rollercoaster. You could really experience the rough power of the ocean/wind. Be prepared for some water splashes and the cold wind due to speed. After approx. one hour we managed to find dolphins. I cant tell about your expectations, but there have been many dolphins. Sometimes you only see them under water, some will be diving through the surface and some jump. For visitation you mostly dont drive and can safely take pictures or videos. What I was rather not satisfied with, was that I booked an English tour, but the disproportionally major part was explained in French. This felt wrong to me. I can only talk about my experiences, maybe on other tours it is different.

This birding excursion was fantastic. The biologist had a lot of useful information and guided us very well when we had questions about different species. He identified everything with ease.

Fantastic experience we managed to see a harbour porpoise and a pod of dolphins. Skipper and marine biologist very friendly and informative with a huge respect for the marine life 🐬 and clearly loved there job!

Such a fun time. Beautiful creatures just trying to get a meal. It was nice to see the tour guides follow the regulations and developed their own guidelines to not impose too much stress on the dolphins.

Got to see pods of dolphins up close. The crew was very friendly and knowledgeable. We also did a wine toast near the Age of Discoveries monument, and saw the Belem tower on our way. Would recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon!

We had a lovely time. Out guides were so kind and thoughtful. Our group got lost on the way to the meeting point and they were able to send us directions and waited for us to arrive. It was a quick and easy boat trip, and it was such a special experience to see the dolphins so close. If I had to make one suggestion, maybe the guides should have microphones when speaking to the group. It was difficult to hear what they were saying from the other end of the boat. What I could hear was very informative, but I wish I could have understood everything that was said. Regardless, 10/10, I would recommend this experience to anybody going to Lisbon.

Thank you so much to our guide! It was absolutely worth the trip! Once we got out into the open sea, it felt like we had entered a whole world of dolphins. There were so many of them swimming together — they were absolutely beautiful 😍 And seeing flocks of seabirds flying alongside the dolphins made the whole scene even more spectacular. The tour was absolutely amazing the crew did a great job informing us about the dolphins and sea birds explaining where to keep an eye out. We where very fortunate to see multiple pods of dolphins. The team where even great at keeping in contact with us as our tour had to be rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions.

I want to go back just to go on another boat trip with those two guides. It was so pleasant to be on that boat. We didn’t just take a tour to see dolphins, we took a break from this really difficult world to spend a few hours in the beautifully calming and hopeful energy of the marine biologist and the dolphins. This was so much fun! Highly recommend! A word of warning that, while no one on our particular trip was sick, if you are sensitive to ocean waters, then take some anti sickness before you go and there are many waves and bumps along the ride. It feels more like a fast roller coaster than a yacht ride. Once we got out to the ocean, we saw dozens of dolphins. It was amazing! They swim close to the boat and are easy to see. The skipper and marine biologist were lovely and made a great trip for everyone. Bring a jacket or sweatshirt as the windy ride gets cold, ponytail holder for long hair, minimal belongings. Don’t pack a backpack….its not that kind of boat ride. Don’t be afraid to get a little splash here and here-you are in the ocean.

Although there is never a guarantee of seeing the dolphins the skippers are very good at knowing what they are looking for and the dolphins are very curious about the boat so they get up very close , the sea can be slightly rough so travel tablets were a must. Although it is very cold out at see wear suncream.

Wonderful experience! Seen many dolphins during the 9.30am tour - feeding time! Definitely wear layers and jackets as there's a breeze!

This was an incredible experience. The guide, Jay, was very knowledgeable about marine wildlife and did a great job explaining things and the life of dolphin species. It was fascinating to go from the Tagus river into the Atlantic ocean. The dolphins were adorable and very interesting. I highly recommend this activity if you enjoy watching wildlife! It takes you away from the crowds. You also get a different view of Belem and other city landmarks. I loved that we finished the tour with a glass of Moscatel wine!

It was amazing! We saw a very large pod of dolphins who had created a bait ball, saw about 30 or more all swimming around the boat. We also saw some baby dolphins which as so lovely and special. The team were great and knowledgeable, we felt very safe and comfortable with them. We even saw some sun fish which were lovely, slightly odd looking fish but very charming.

Amazing experience truly breathtaking sights. Me and my boyfriend went together and we both enjoyed ourselves. The meeting point was super easy to find and the staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the dolphins and other animals you might see during the boat trip. The drive on the boat was very enjoyable as well, and I felt very safe while on the boat.

Fantastic opportunity to see wild dolphins with specialist marine biologist. The 2 hour trip in a dingy, gets you close to pods of dolphins without encroaching on their space. An unforgettable experience. Tip - don’t each much before the trip.

It was fantastic! We saw two pods of dolphins, about 10 dolpdins in each, adults and teenagers). They were so curious, coming so close to the boat😍 The other pod was hunting – so jumping and going at times really fast. I’d especially like to mention the team – the captain and the marine biologist in our boat. They were both very friendly, positive, open and easy to talk to. They shared lots of interesting information, answered our questions, joked with us and chatted throughout the trip. Great experience and memories!

Adveturous and beautiful trip on the river and ocean with a lot of dolphins and some sights on the coast. Very infirmation on the sea animals from the staff. There are 12 people on one boat and the legth of the boat ride was about 2 hours and 30 mitutes. Overall great experience!

The experience was incredible, and the location was well indicated. Our guide, Bart, was passionate and you could tell he was happy to share this moment with us! I appreciated that he took the care to give the explanations in French. Don't worry if you get seasick, the boat is very comfortable and fast (but not too fast!). The activity lasts about 2 and a half hours and we wished it could last even longer! If you are visiting Lisbon, you absolutely must do this activity, you won't regret it!

A wonderful boat ride and a magical experience seeing dolphins out in the estuary. The boat ride was really well organised and the hosts were wonderfully helpful and informative. Every member of the family had a lovely time!

Very good. We saw dolphins!!! Only suggestion the boat is noisy so couldn’t hear the guide very well. Perhaps a headset and a microphone would allow the passengers to hear information they share. Also we passed many sites as we went out to sea, it could have been an opportunity for the guide to point out some of the sites we passed

Very nice activity with kind and interesting guides

We went in the morning with a little hase still in the air and sun on the coastline which made for a great view while searching for dolphins, and then found them where we were able to get about two minutes of great video of playing dolphins

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Incredible few hours on a fun speedboat in the ocean and spending time amongst beautiful pods of dolphins. The highlight of our time in Lisbon and really grateful to the exceptional guide and marine biologist. Found out amazing facts about how dolphins sleep, hunt and work together. Could not recommend this more highly
