Where do I even start? From the moment we booked the Lisbon Sunset Speedboat Adventure, everything was fantastic. The communication beforehand was excellent, everything was incredibly well organised and we felt completely looked after from start to finish. But what really made this experience so special were the people. Diogo was an absolutely brilliant host – warm, funny, engaging and genuinely lovely. It never felt as though he was simply taking paying customers out on a boat. We honestly felt like we were his guests and that he was genuinely delighted to be showing us his beautiful hometown of Lisbon from the water. And then there was El Capitano! Unfortunately, I didn’t catch our skipper’s name, which I’m gutted about because he absolutely deserves a mention. It was immediately obvious that we were in the hands of an incredibly experienced captain. His skill navigating the RIB was exceptional and made the whole adventure exhilarating while at the same time making us feel completely safe and relaxed. What an absolute pro! One thing that meant a huge amount to me personally was how wonderfully they treated my dad. He’s older, and sometimes when travelling you can be made to feel that an older member of the group is an inconvenience or needs to be “managed”. There was absolutely NONE of that here. Diogo and our skipper treated Dad exactly as they treated the rest of us – with respect, humour, patience and the same wonderfully cheery disposition. He was simply part of the adventure, exactly as he should be. That made the experience even more special for me. My dad, my friend and I absolutely LOVED every minute of it. The boat, the speed, the views of Lisbon, the sunset, the laughs and, most importantly, the people made it unforgettable. We came off the boat absolutely buzzing and saying we would do it all over again – and we genuinely would. Again and again and again! Without question, this was the highlight of our time in Lisbon and one of the best trips I have been on for a very, very long time. I honestly cannot recommend this company, Diogo and the fabulous El Capitano highly enough. If you’re visiting Lisbon, BOOK IT. You will not regret it. Thank you, Diogo and El Capitano, for giving the three of us such a fantastic memory. You are genuinely lovely people and absolutely brilliant at what you do. ❤️🇵🇹🚤 A massive 10/10 from all three of us – five stars simply doesn’t feel enough!

Really enjoyed the speedboat tour, we booked it at short notice and it was an incredible experience. One hour and we toured all the sites of Lisbon and saw them from the water. Beautiful at sunset. The guides were friendly, informative and created a really lovely atmosphere. We were also able to see dolphins which was a huge surprise! Would recommend to anyone and book again without hesitation.

We loved every minute of this trip! A fantastic way to discover Lisbon from a different perspective, with beautiful landscapes and moments of adrenaline! Diogo and Francisco make an absolutely incredible duo! Besides sharing super interesting facts about the monuments and the history of Lisbon, they tell curiosities that make the whole experience even more special. They are extremely friendly, cheerful, and conversational, without ever being intrusive, managing to create a relaxed and very fun atmosphere. Furthermore, they speak both English and Portuguese fluently, facilitating understanding of everything! The balance between the cultural component, the emotion of the boat ride, and the good mood of the two is simply perfect. They can turn a walk that would already be wonderful into a truly special experience. The views of Lisbon from the Tagus, especially at sunset, are stunning, I highly recommend it!

Spectacular!! The tour guide who accompanied us on board (Diogo, if I am not mistaken) was 5 stars! He drove the boat safely and played with the kids! The historical context that was providing was spectacular for those who did not know so well the history of the monuments of the city of Lisbon! I will repeat for sure!

The boat ride at sunset in the Tejo River was simply unforgettable! The view of Lisbon illuminated by the golden light of the sunset would be wonderful by itself — but the experience surpassed all expectations thanks to our guide. Extremely friendly, professional and passionate about the city, explained in detail the history of the main landmarks of Lisbon, always with interesting curiosities and a huge knowledge. From the imposing Tower of Bethlehem to the magnificent Monastery of Jerónimos, through the Pattern of Discoveries and the iconic 25 April Bridge, each explanation made the tour even more special and engaging. It was much more than just a boat ride — it was a true journey through Lisbon’s history, in a relaxed atmosphere with an absolutely stunning landscape. I recommend 100% for those who want to know the city from a different and memorable perspective!
