Had a wonderful experience with this company. The photoshoot was fantastic but their customer service is even better. I accidentally lost my photos on my PC and they helped me get them back. Absolutely brilliant team and highly recommended

The company was very professional and experienced. Mira captured the best moments and was very knowledgeable on taking photos and the angles to pose at. Picster made sure I recieved the photos and followed up to see if I had any concerns. For how much I paid, it is definitely work it!

We loved this experience! Our photographer was changed last minute, but we still had a fantastic experience! The pictures turned out amazing and we had such a great time shoot them in the main square. As a recently engaged couple, we will absolutely be using some of these photos in wedding decor and cards!

Do not recommend at all! Our photo session was scheduled for 10am. My entire family including my 11 month old baby was there on time and the photographer didn’t show up without any communication. We couldn’t get a hold of the company and by the time they reached us it was 10:45am. My baby was fussy and needed to go to sleep after waiting so long in the heat walking around trying to find our photographer. No remorse no communication nothing. Would not recommend to anyone.

Great experience! Our photographer was excellent! A little miss communication with the photography agency and viator, but we (not viator) figured it out. All and all i would recommend.

We were looking for professional shots of our family and this was a definite bargain! Arthur was our photographer and he was able to take shots for my family of 8 within 30 minutes. We had multiple combinations and backgrounds in the main square in Lisbon and the edits came out exceptional!

Booked a 1 hour session for our proposal pictures and was delighted with the experience. Andrei was our photographer and he took some fantastic photos.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. I was a tourist looking to book a photoshoot. The tour guide asked where I wanted to take pictures, and after I showed them the location, they sent me a link. I believed it was the original GetYourGuide booking link, so I went ahead. When I arrived, the photographer told me the location had changed, forcing me to rush to a new meeting point and making me 10 minutes late. Even though the session was booked for 30 minutes, I was then sent a new payment link that was not from GetYourGuide and was asked to pay an extra €5l. After paying, the experience was terrible. The photographer was unprofessional, showed no enthusiasm, and the photoshoot felt rushed and disappointing. I requested a refund for the extra payment, but the company refused. If you're visiting and want a stress-free experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

We loved the Lisbon photo shoot experience. The photographer had great communication throughout and made us feel comfortable while capturing photos at key landmarks. The final results were beautiful, with stunning pictures delivered by email within 24 hours. It was a fantastic way to capture our time in Lisbon.

Really great experience! I was sceptic because the price was a steal compared to other providers, but the results were beyond all expectations. I was lucky enough to have my photos taken by Inês Góis and she is a true professional. I highly recommend this gig and specifically asking for her if possible! Additionally, try to get the time slots around 7-8 am, it's not so fun to wake up during your vacation, but the sun is in the best position for photos.

Andrei was amazing. We were really impressed with his ability to frame shots as well as his suggestions for posing. It made the experience really easy. My niece loved it. And of course, the photos are fantastic! Can’t say enough about how pleased we were. If you’re on the fence, book it! You won’t be disappointed.

A seamless experience and a highlight of my trip! The photographer was professional, punctual, and great at giving direction. As someone who is camera-shy, I really appreciated how easy he made it feel. We hit all the iconic spots around the square in just 30 minutes. I highly recommend booking a session during the morning or golden hour. The delivery via email was quick and professional. Whether you're solo, a couple, or a group, this is the best way to capture lifelong memories in Lisbon.

Arthur was very friendly and professional, and communication was easy ahead of the shoot. We booked an early morning (0730) shoot and one hour was enough time to get shots a lot of various locations. This is the fifth time my husband and I have gotten photos taken like this around the world and it's become one of our favorite things. You get to see the sights before they're crowded, you get to know the photographer, and then you have these amazing photos when you get home. It's worth every penny. In this situation (like many), there's a group of photographers and you'll have one assigned to you. The organizer is also very friendly and helpful, and communication was easy. I always say, If we end up with one photo we love, plus the experience, it's worth the money. Arthur far surpassed that - we're having trouble choosing our favorites because he got so many good ones!

I booked a photography session through Tripadvisor expecting a professional and enjoyable experience, but unfortunately it was very disappointing. Arthur did not show me any of the photos during the session, so I had no idea how the pictures were turning out — whether I was smiling properly or if my expressions looked good. This made a big difference, because out of the 20 photos promised, I can barely use even one. All photos were taken in the same location under harsh lighting with no variation. There was no effort to explore different spots, lighting, or creative perspectives, which made the entire set feel repetitive and poorly planned. Although I arrived slightly late, the session still ended sharply at the scheduled time (8:30), leaving even less opportunity to capture quality shots. The photos were delivered after 78+ hours despite follow-ups, and no proper editing was done as promised. I was also pushed to purchase 120 burst short photos taken within 1 5 mins despite the poor quality, which felt unprofessional. Overall, the service did not match what was described. Not recommended.

Andrei was our photographer, super friendly and very professional. We felt completely at ease. Of course, taking pictures with a baby isn’t easy, but he handled it perfectly with lots of patience. We’re still waiting for the photos, but we’ve already seen some and are absolutely thrilled! Thank you, Andrei 💞.

Not super happy with the photos and wouldn’t recommend…they don’t let you choose which photos you get and the editing wasn’t something we noticed for example, we had to keep our bags close to us in the downtown but they are visible in the photo

This photoshoot was scheduled for 10:00 AM, but no photographer showed up at the scheduled time. They eventually found a replacement around 10:30 AM, which caused the session to run into my other 11:00 AM appointment and disrupted the rest of my plans. The photos themselves turned out great, which helped make up for the delay. However, communication was very fragmented. I was contacted from multiple phone numbers, and it seemed like conversations depended on which representative was working that day. During the shoot I couldn’t reach the person who confirmed my booking, and afterward I couldn’t reach the representative who promised additional photos due to the delay, which I never received. Overall the experience felt disorganized. I’ve generally had good experiences with Viator, but this one makes me consider other options for booking tours.

Arthur was such a dope photographer! He was attentive, kind and friendly. He also had a wide depth of knowledge of the city and the ins and outs.

The photographer was nice but we weren’t satisfied with the photos taken. Half the time we were looking for a good location for a shot and were told the light wasn’t the best ( we wish the time booked wasn’t an option if that’s the case…5:00 pm btw) when we got our photos back we had to request because it wasn’t delivered within stated time. We didn’t like most of the shots and requested to look at others ( most places let you choose what you want)…we were told we would have to pay the additional cost to see any other photos. Why would we pay extra when we already weren’t satisfied with the photos already viewed? We had a group of 3 and wanted a few single photos. I got only 2 in photos and one had my arms folded…was not flattering hence why I asked to see some others…as far as editing goes, we had our coats nearby bc we were trying not to be robbed in downtown Lisbon. Of course the editors left those in the photo…what exactly was the editing process? Would not recommend no matter how nice the photographer was.

Bringing a camera with two kids is a handful for parents like us hiring a local photographer is much convenient for us. Our photographer is charming and kind though there was miscommunication at first but it was resolve instantly and we are very happy. Thank you

We traveled to Portugal with our 3 small kids (5, 3, 1). It’s basically impossible to get a quality selfie picture where everyone is looking / nicely posed / capturing the essence of wherever you are. Could not be more thrilled with our photographer (Arthur is awesome! So polite, so nice, so communicative) and how the pictures turned out. We have some absolutely stunning pictures where all 5 of us are looking at the camera (lol) and with amazing perspective / background / framing. Could not be happier. Definitely a must do activity to capture your trip!! Thank you so much for a the timeless treasure we will always appreciate/ look back on!!!

It was supposed to be just my boyfriend session,since I don’t really like to take pictures. but she was so nice and supportive that I tried and felt in love with her work.
