We had a great experience, and I was able to put together the itinerary I wanted to follow. Our driver, Dayane, made contact easily, and was happy to come earlier than originally scheduled when our timing changed. She took us to points of interest in Lisbon, and explained some history to us. As well as showing us where to get the best pasteries we have ever had! After Lisbon, we had a lovely drive up the coast to Cascais, where she took us to see the sights, and recommended several great restaurants. If you like traditional fish, try grilled sardines in Dom Manolo in Cascais, or their famous peri peri grilled chicken. Wonderful! After a full afternoon, we went to Sintra, and Dayane gave us good advice as to ticket purchases, and what to expect. She was able to negotiate the town's confusing twists and turns, and get us to our hotel door through closed roads and barriers requiring codes. All in all, a spectacular day. Thank you, Dayane, for making it great!

We booked a 4 hour tour and Victor was our driver. He was very nice and kind. He was quiet and not as fluent in English as we were expecting. We were not offered water but we did end the tour early. I am having hip surgery soon and the cobblestone roads and tracks were causing me a lot of pain. He was very understanding about this and he brought us directly back to the port. I think he can work on his English more for the tours but he was a very nice and kind gentleman.

Our group of 3 couples from Granbury, TX did a private tour of Lisbon on October 25, 2026. The tour was excellent but our driver/Guide, Wilson, was exceptional and took us to several places most tourists do not see. Most notable was a visit to the Lisbon Aquarium which was fantastic!
Our tour guide was Alex Phillip. He is fabulous. He is very pleasant to talk to and his knowledge of local places and history is amazing. If you get an opportunity to have him, you will enjoy it. We had the 8 hour tour with him and enjoyed every minute.
Filipa was excellent! I had put together an outline of what we wanted to see, but she asked some questions about our interests and ended up making the day so much better than I could have planned on my own. We saw and experienced things we never would have known about without a local guide. She was also really helpful with my elderly parents, especially my mother, who has some mobility issues. Filipa is friendly, energetic, easy to talk to, and speaks excellent English. I was actually a little worried about this part of our trip because I hadn't had time to do as much research as I normally do. Turns out I didn't need to worry. She knew exactly what she was doing, and we had a wonderful day. I would absolutely recommend her!

We had such a great time on our day trip to Sintra and Cascais from Lisbon! Our guide, Fabio, was spectacular. To start with, I realized at the last minute that I’d booked our tickets to the palace on the wrong day, and Fabio was so understanding and helpful in getting us rebooked for the correct day. What’s more, I have an ankle injury that limits me to 3-4 miles of walking a day and avoiding steep hills and stairs where possible, and I was worried that visiting Quinta da Regaleira via public transit would be inaccessible since it would require additional walking between sites. I let Fabio know in advance, and he was able to drop us off right at the door, so I could save my steps for the ones that really mattered at the palace and not just the steep road up to the palace. We had an incredible time at Quinta da Regaleira, then got lunch in Sintra village, with advice from Fabio on the best pastries in town. He then took us to a viewpoint to see Pena Palace and on to scenic views of the ocean, the westernmost point of continental Europe, and the dramatic sea cliffs at Cascais. Fabio was also a great conversationalist, with lots of knowledge about Portuguese history. He made a day that I’d been feeling anxious about into the highlight of our vacation! Obrigada, Fabio!
The driver was on time. He took us to some good places. What was advertised as included was not made available such as water and WiFi. The vehicle was comfortable.

The 4 hour private tour exceeded expectations. The van was large and clean and Rafael was a fantastic host. He took us to Sintra and made suggestions as to what to see and do. He then suggested a tour of Lisbon and he took us to all of the different areas of the city so that we could see how different they were from one another. We stopped for pictures at different times whenever we desired. Rafael was wonderful providing insight and history into whatever we visited. He was friendly and warm and his English was excellent. He ended the day by taking us to a wonderful park high in the hills overlooking Lisbon that allowed us to view the entire city from afar and showing all of the areas throughout that we visited. Our driver was very sweet & accommodating. However, he was 15 minutes late because he didn’t trust that we were staying at the hotel I had indicated, so when he inquired early at the front desk & our reservation was under my husband’s name, not mine, he left. His English was just adequate, & he hardly spoke to us. I may have misunderstood thinking that he was a guide for our 6 hrs sharing insights about Lisbon, Sintra or Portugal. He texted while driving on the highway (which scared us) and never offered us waters. But he was very kind, earnest, & accommodating.
We paid for a group of 10 but had a couple back out last minute and only had 8 that made the excursion. They provided 2 drivers: one drove a van that should only hold 5 guests. That driver was very knowledgeable but she was extremely soft spoken and hard to hear even with repeated requests to please speak louder and close the windows. The other driver spoke very little English and drove a 4 door sedan that could only hold 2-3 guests. Seating was really for a group of 7, not 10. Our day went fine but would have been very uncomfortable had we had the 10 we paid for. We also thought we were guaranteed to have English speaking drivers.
We had an excellent experience with Caroline and team for our party of 9. We had a complete plan for the day that they perfectly helped us execute. They were prompt and available when we needed them and spent the entire day with us. Highly recommend!

We traveled to Lisbon, Portugal, for the first time to celebrate our goddaughter’s wedding. We knew there were a few places we wanted to see, but beyond that, we really didn’t know how to put the day together or make the most of our limited time. Fortunately, we found Swingo, and they paired us with Fabio as our private driver and guide. What a difference that made. Fabio was courteous, professional, and an excellent, safe driver. But what really made the experience special was how much he knew and how naturally he shared it. He didn’t simply drive us from one tourist attraction to another. He gave us the history, context, stories, and little details that helped us understand what we were actually seeing and why it mattered. From Pena Palace and Quinta da Regaleira in Sintra, through Cabo da Roca and Guincho, and finally into Cascais, Fabio helped turn what could have been a long day of sightseeing into one of the highlights of our first trip to Portugal. We especially appreciated that the day never felt rushed or scripted. Fabio knew when to explain, when to make a recommendation, and when to give us the space to explore and enjoy the moment. That balance is harder to find than people realize. If this is your first visit to Lisbon and you’re trying to figure out how to experience Sintra, the Portuguese coast, and Cascais in one day, this is the way I would do it. And if you can request your driver, ask for Fabio. He didn’t simply show us Portugal. He helped us understand and appreciate it. That’s what we’ll remember.

Great day in Sintra! We were limited in time due to our cruise schedule but we saw the Pena Palace, Quinta Da Regaieira, The End of the World and time to walk on our own. Our tour guide (Filipe) was wonderful with getting us through the sites and explaining what we were seeing as well as the history behind it. He kept us entertained and showed us so much that we would have never been able without him. At the end of the day we had a great local sandwich with him. Highly recommend Filipe for this tour! He engaged us with his love for his country and such wonderful storytelling!! We will definitely make our way back to see more of Lisbon and hopefully book him again❤️

We had a tour at Ramilo Wines about 45 min out of Lisbon. We needed a ride there and also wanted to see the Atlantic coast though didn’t really have a plan after the vineyard. Dayane Torres was the perfect driver for us. She was a great driver, very kind and funny, and had great suggestions for us on the more open-ended part if the day. I would absolutely request her again.
