Lisbon Hotel To Airport Private Transfer

N1 Transfers Portugal came highly recommended by the reception team at Hotel Gat Rossio, and what a perfect recommendation it turned out to be! One of the biggest conveniences was that the private transfer could access the area directly outside the hotel, allowing me to be picked up right at the entrance rather than having to navigate the surrounding streets with my luggage. My scheduled pickup was at 7:00 a.m., but Daniel arrived an impressive 30 minutes early! From the moment we met, his professionalism and hospitality were exceptional. He carefully loaded my suitcase and carry-on baggage into his vehicle, opened my door, and ensured I was comfortably settled before we departed. What made the journey even more memorable was the conversation! We chatted the entire way to Lisbon Airport, covering everything from politics and current events to life in Portugal. Daniel was knowledgeable, personable, engaging, and genuinely enjoyable to speak with. I especially appreciated his openness in sharing a little about his own life, which made the journey feel more like a meaningful exchange than simply an airport transfer. And the service didn't end when we reached the airport! Daniel accompanied me inside, personally handling my luggage and ensuring I made it safely to the check-in area. That extra level of care and attention was truly appreciated. The cost was €45, and every euro was worth it! For the convenience, professionalism, peace of mind, and completely stress-free experience, I couldn't have asked for better service. I can’t say enough good things about the Transportation Service from our hotel in Lisbon to the Lisbon Airport. Our driver was very knowledgeable about Lisbon. He pointed out many things we weren’t aware of. He was a good driver, responsible, friendly and very helpful. When we arrived at the airport he loaded our luggage on a cart and helped us navigate to where we were to check in. I highly recommended this company.

My driver arrived early and sent me a WhatsApp message with his name, location, and car info. We didn’t chat but he seemed very nice. He gave me directions on where to go for flight check in.

The car was waiting for us at the hotel reception ahead of the scheduled time. Not only did the driver share with us his in-depth knowledge of the Lisbon Tourist industry (in perfect English) during the drive to the airport but on arrival at the airport he parked his car and accompanied us to the correct airline check-in area and spoke to the airline representative (in portuguese) on our behalf to ensure that we encountered no problems with checking our baggage and obtaining our boarding passes.

Daniel was great! It was wonderful not to have to worry about getting a taxi or uber. Daniel arrived a few minutes early and what’s app’d us to let us know that he was there. Totally worth the peace of mind!

Our hotel-to-airport transfer was a great experience from start to finish. I originally scheduled pickup for 6 AM, then realized our flight was at 6 AM and needed to change it to 3 AM just a few hours beforehand—thankfully, it wasn’t an issue at all. Our driver was pleasant, the car was very comfortable, and the whole experience took the stress out of trying to find a taxi or Uber that early in the morning. He even helped bring our bags inside and pointed us in the right direction for our gate, which he absolutely didn’t have to do but we really appreciated. Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience—I’d definitely recommend it.

Daniel was so helpful and kind! He also chatted with us the whole trip and gave us recommendations for Lisbon and the Algarve. We booked N1Transfer for a round-trip - from the airport to our hotel and then from the hotel to the airport a few days later. Imagine our surprise when we went to check-out 15 minutes ahead of our booked ride and Daniel was already standing there! He was prompt both times - he arrived quickly when our time at Border Control went much faster than normal (I am pregnant and was able to use the priority line), and we didn't have to wait for more than 10 minutes when we landed at Lisbon airport. I would highly recommend this private car service to anyone who wants some calm and peace of mind during the stressful parts of their travels! We also had the pleasure of meeting Daniel's brother - Bruno - who was just as kind and sweet as Daniel. We will book N1Transfer again when we come back to Portugal!

This pick up could not have been better. We were contacted the night before to suggest an altered pick up time due to expected traffic in the morning. Booked a trip from the hotel to Lisbon airport. Lisbon is a wonderful city, but the roads to the airport seem like they were designed by a toddler with a crayon. Our driver took all the stress out of our trip to the airport. He was very friendly and even pointed out some sights to note during our trip. And when we arrived at the airport he carried our bags to the check in counter and gave us tips on which direction to go after dropping off our bags. He turned what was likely going to be a stressful morning into a nice end to a great trip.

Although a lot more than an uber it was a good alternative. The driver was pleasant and knowledgeable. Gave us great tips at airport which saved us a lot of time.

Bruno was absolutely amazing!! He picked us up from the airport and took us back when we flew home. He told us many stories of the history of Lisbon and was very friendly. Bruno Almeida was one of the nicest and chauffeurs I have met In Lisbon. He was a treasure trove of stories and was very informative about places to visit in and around Lisbon. He was super helpful to the point of dropping me off right up to the check in counter, great service provided, and I was very grateful.

Bruno the driver, and the hotel staff at Solar dos Poetas who set up the transportation were more than helpful. Bruno gave us historical information for the entire trip to the airport. When we arrived the typical drop off area was all backed up so he took us the parkade way and then proceeded to take us in and all the way to our check-in area which was beyond helpful! Wow! I took my first solo trip to Lisbon in July. I was fortunate enough to get Bruno as my driver to meet me at the airport and for my return trip. He was WONDERFUL! In both car rides he shared historical information. On my return he parked the car, escorted me inside, and made sure I knew how process my VAT refund, go through security, and passport control. He helped alleviate so much stress thanks to his help and kindness!

N1 Transfer is THE BEST! Our driver was waiting on time for our ride and drove efficiently and safely. He was very nice and, in response to our interest, provided a brief education about Portugal's history. Most importantly, he came into the airport with us and helped us through the very confusing luggage check-in process. He probably saved us at least one hour of time in this process. He communicated with the airline's luggage staff for us and helped us figure out how to redistribute the weight in our bags so that all of the bags complied with the weight limits. We are very glad we chose to use this service instead of taking an Uber.

Bruno made our early morning transfer to the lisbon airport carefree and entertaining! He went above and beyond an airport transfer - gave us a history lesson and pointed out points of interest along the way. Then he accompanied us and our luggage to checkin, printed our boarding passes & tagged our luggage, and escorted us to security. After many stressful & unreliable early taxis and ride shares, this was true luxury, and was not even expensive! Do yourself a favor and use this wonderful service!

We had two separate days with these two wonderful guys- first day was a whole wonderful day trip with Bruno to Fatima, Nazaré and Obridos, He made our trip so much richer with stories at each location of the more interesting history of each rather than just telling us dates and names. Just a fabulous day! And then two days later, Daniel picked us up at our hotel (he was there earlier than we’d arranged, which we really appreciated!) to take us to the airport. He walked us right up to check in to make sure we made it to the right place and handled our baggage the whole way. The best entertaining and personal experience anyone could want. I highly recommend their company!

Trouble free ride to the airport. Parked in the parade and took us to the arrivals and helped us with our baggage drop off. Never had that kind of service before. Very unique and refreshing.

Pick up was on time. The driver, David was so helpful with our luggage. Along the way to the airport, it was like a mini tour of Lisbon, as he explained the various historical sites with facts and humor. ON reaching the airport, we were amazed that we were not just "dropped off", but he parked the car, helped us with our luggage and led us straight to our check in counter. Truly a wonderful experience.
