Let's appreciate the historic and monumental Square of Commerce! One of the most beautiful squares in Europe, with wide view of the river Tagus, the 25th April Bridge, and the Portuguese Arc de Triomphe!
From this iconic square, we will take a walk through Chiado (centre), passing: through the oldest bookstore in the world in operation, by Largo and Church of Carmo, until we arrive in the elevator Santa Justa to enjoy the view of the historic Castle of São Jorge!
Before we make a quick stop for photos of one of the most beautiful palaces that served as home for the Royal family, we have already passed through Monsanto Park which is a beautiful forest reserve of the city! At the exit we will pass in front of the Church of Memory and tell your interesting story!
Pass for photos in front of the magnificent and historic Monastery and also next to the Presidential Palace! We also enjoy lunch in this well served region of restaurants and very close to the famous and delicious Pastel de Belém!

Parade at the Monument to the Discoveries with an explanation of the various sites that Portuguese sailors discovered!
We will pass through the most modern neighborhood of Lisbon with a beautiful view of the river Tejo, the Vasco da Gama bridge, the cable car and also the Gare do Oriente which is one of the most beautiful works of modern architecture!

I was lucky to do the tour with this company. The guide is super attentive and knows the city d everdade. We visit not only the most famous sights, but also, super charming corners and full of history in Lisbon! The tour was customized for us, at our pace and we managed to stop to taste various delicious typical meals. We learned a lot about the history, culture and curiosities of the city. Lisbon is beautiful and when we can get the help of specialized guides in this beautiful city, everything gets easier. The experience with the Galo Tour was great. I was surprised to do a tour in my own country and location (although the aim was to introduce to some foreign friends who traveled to Portugal for the first time). It's amazing for someone like Mr. Junior to have a deep knowledge of Portugal's history. It actually made me wonder if I know my country so much! In relation to the day itself, very well spent and organized which allowed to take advantage of the time.
