Fabulous experience. Got off a long flight from Boston and our driver was right at the exit from the customs with a sign. He walked out with us and pulled the car around. Friendly and drove us directly to our AirBnB. Would use this company again in a second! Clean car and water bottles were appreciated.

They took all the worry out of transfers and were excellent with mobility-challenged passengers. In addition to transfers, we also booked a 4-hour Lisbon tour to get our bearings and were restricted in what we could do as one of our party was not able to walk easily. The tour was handled beautifully and was a memorable beginning to a wonderful trip.

Fantastic service. Eliano met us right after we picked up luggage. He was waiting with a sign with our name which made it easy to find him. He was delightful. Not only was his car clean and new, but he met us with bottled water and answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable and made our arrival to Lisbon terrific. Eliano was a superb driver and tour guide! He picked us up from Lisbon airport and drove us to Porto , then Porto to Lisbon for the 2 nd part of our trip and because we enjoyed both travel experiences and amazing stops along the way, we added an additional tour. He was very knowledgeable about each of our destinations and was an absolute pleasure to travel with. He selected outstanding restaurants so we felt very much a part of the culture. Antonio Matos was our driver a couple of times. We spent two different days with him. When we saw we got him the second day we were very happy as our first experience with him was so great!He was professional, kind and VERY knowledgeable. He was like a historian in addition to being a great driver. We learned so much while in his care. I’m sure he has to be one of your most valued employees!

Amiroad made our trip incredibly enjoyable and no stress! We were first picked up at the airport by Andre and driven to Fatima and then on to Porto. Andre knew all of the ins and outs of Fatima which made the experience much easier! He also took us to a great restaurant for lunch. Then, a few days later, Antonio (Matos) picked us up from Porto and drove us to Sintra and Cascais for the day before dropping off off in Lisbon. He really made our day SO special! He was an absolute gentleman in addition to knowing so much history and culture about the areas we drove through- including the best place to get pastries! How he navigated the ancient streets of Sintra in the sprinter van still astounds me. A total professional! He even went above and beyond by sending us wonderful restaurant recommendations for Lisbon once our day was over. Having Antonio as our driver/guide was a highlight of our trip! Book Amiroad! We booked Amiroad for transfer for a large company event in Lisbon to both take guests to a venue and offer a shuttle service back to the hotel. First class service all the way!!!! Our travel agent through SpainTop booked Amiroad for us and it was one of the best transportation services we’ve ever experienced. Zilo (our driver to our hotel from the airport) and Goncalo (our driver back to the airport) were absolutely INCREDIBLE!!!!!! Both were waiting patiently for us, took all of our luggage, gave us detailed explanations of Lisbon as if they were tour guides, and treated us with utmost respect and hospitality. Goncalo even escorted us into the airport, got us into the VIP line (which we weren’t booked in) and stayed with us until our last bag was taken and we walked to security. We will undoubtedly be using Amiroad for all of our travel & touring needs in Portugal. If you want first class services look no further!

Brilliant service. We was greeted upon arrival by the driver and shown to our vehicle which was immaculate. The return journey we was delayed and advised the driver, he offered to wait for us and then was at the meeting point at the correct time. Communication was great in the build up, even taking into consideration the festivals and advising us different meeting points to avoid delays. I would 100% recommend

We recently had a 100-person meeting in Lisbon with individual transfers to/from the hotel/airport and Amirod Luxury Transports did a perfect job. We did not encounter one single problem. Our group of four couples spent a wonderful week with Antonio Matos as our guide and also driver. We visited many of the important towns: Douro valley, Obidos, Fatima, Nazare, Evora and others including wonderful stops in between. When we decided on our trip in Portugal, we realized that my group of 9-11 people needing transportation for a couple of our planned holiday. Most transport companies can only accommodate 7-8 people due to van seating. I reached out to Amiroad Luxury Transport after seeing some reviews in Viator, Get Your Guide, TripAdvisor, and Facebook Travel Portugal group. I reached out via DM on Facebook. The response was quick. They inquired what I needed. They gave me a quote which is very fair and reasonable. My contact person was easy to contact and responded to all my question. When we agreed on the trip, they didn’t require any credit card down payment. I actually gave them our payment at the end of our trip. So we used them for 4 consecutive days. We rented their mini bus that can sit upto 19 people. Same price if it’s 9 people or 19 people. Our driver- John is professional. Even though he is only a driver, he was able to tell us significant stories like a typical guide would. He was prompt with the time of pick up. We communicated with Whats up app. He took us on day 1 as transfer from Lisbon to Porto with multiple stops on the way. John took us to a great restaurant in Coimbra. Day 2 was a tour of Douro valley. John was able to arrange a boat ride down the river for us as well. Day 3 is a full day tour of Guimaraes and Braga. Our last day was a long day trip to Compostella de Santiago in Spain. We had an amazing tour. Just want to thank Joia/John a special thanks for being a great driver/guide. Highly recommend this company. The minibus was clean and comfortable. They also provided water.

When taking us to Lisbon. Cais Cais and Sintra had specific recommendations that were right on target! Highly recommend him as your tour guide!

I did a very long drive from Lisbon to Coimbra and then finally to Porto. I didn’t expect my drive to be so fun and educational! Bernardo knows so much about Portugal, and provided so much insight into all the places we drove through. I would have never noticed things like a flock of storks or stork nests along the electrical poles from Coimbra to Porto. And of course, the car was great - new, clean, and a smooth ride in a Mercedes. Highly recommended and I will be using them the next time I’m in Portugal, and definitely requesting Bernardo!

We did an 8 hour Lisbon tour and also had them pick us up and drop off at airport. I absolutely recommend them and will use them again.

Amazing service. Carried all our bags with massive amounts of porcelain. Professional behavior and got us extra close to the airport so we didn't need to carry our luggage very far. Will definitely use them again next time especially since the taxi service at the airport could be better.

Fantastic service – one I'll definitely be using again to organize private transfers moving forward. I had requested a very last-minute airport transfer for relatives who were traveling with a very young infant.
