Booking with TopTour was one of the best decisions I made when planning. We are a big family with differently-abled persons and it was such a stress reliever to have safe, comfortable, reliable transportation to and from the airport. Our driver, Joao Fartura, was great! Super polite and thoughtful, and an excellent driver. When we come again, we’ll book with Joao and TopTour!
João was on time, communicative, and professional. My trip was perfect.
We hired Joao Fartura from TopTour for an escorted van ride to the beach and a transfer from the airport for our grandkids. I recommend him for any service. Joao presented punctually, was professionally dressed and accompanied us to where we needed to go and waited near by while we were at lunch We were very pleased and will use him again .
Our driver Joao Fartira was on time with a very clean Mercedes. Helped us with our bags and was very good at communicating for pick up. Highly Recommend this companies Service!
João Fartura and Nelson Leong were great. Good communication and directions and timely. Very satisfied.
Joao Fartura was punctual, reliable, knowledgeable, and pleasant to converse with. Professionalism at its finest. We would definitively seek him on any future travels in Portugal.
Perfect service, from Joao Fartura and Nelson Leong.
Communication with our driver Diogo Ferreira was very easy and clear. It was a smooth ride to the airport and we arrived punctually for our return flight. Diogo also provided some interesting conversation during the enjoyable ride. We would certainly use the company again and recommend Diogo as a driver.
We had a fantastic experience with our private airport transfer, thanks to Diogo. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us warmly with a handshake and made us feel completely at ease. He was very informative throughout the journey, sharing useful insights and tips about the area. Diogo was also incredibly friendly and chatty, which made the transfer enjoyable and relaxing after our travels. What really stood out was that he took the time to text me afterwards with a list of great places to visit, including recommendations for food, tours, and local highlights—something we really appreciated. Overall, an excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommended, and a big thank you to Diogo for going above and beyond!
Diogo was a great driver and made our journey easier. The communication was amazing and super easy. We had a problem with collecting our luggage before hand but Diogo waited for us and made sure we got to our location. He helped with all the heavy bags which was lovely. Thanks again Diogo Ferreira!
Ricardo was the best driver! He ended up helping us a ton though out our trip!
It was pretty good. Our driver Diogo was sympathetic and even gave us a list to places we could visit in our stay here in Lisbon. The organization was perfect and pretty easy. Very friendly people too.
Diogo Ferreira was an excellent driver. He was very helpful at the pick up & drop off. I have a disability & he offered help all the way.
Joao Fartura our driver was brilliant. Great communication.
We had an excellent experience with João Fartura from TOPTOUR PORTUGAL for both our airport-to-hotel transfer and our return transfer from the hotel back to the airport. João was very friendly, punctual and professional, and he made both journeys easy and stress-free. We were a group of six, and the clean Mercedes V-Class was perfect for us — spacious, comfortable and immaculate. The service was reliable and high quality throughout, and we would highly recommend João to anyone visiting Lisbon.
We had a great experience with Diogo Ferreira. He was on time and very engaging! Lots of great tips on getting around Lisbon.
Diogo was there to meet us after we cleared immigration and customs. As it was our first time visiting Portugal Diogo made sure we knew all the best places to visit.
Great ride and driver. Recommend them highly.
Ricardo Cruz was an awesome tour guide and driver ! We went to Sintra , Cabo de roca , cascais it was a wonderful trip ! The van was comfortable and it was a private tour so stopped where we wanted and pointed out things a long the way. We would use them again.
Upon arrival immediately received a WhattsApp with info where we could report
Diogo Ferreira was a likeable man who drove us as a family to our destination. He continued to inform us about possibilities (bars, clubs, food and sights). He also helped us take the suitcases to the front of the building. Thank you Diogo. Best regards Thinusha and family from Switzerland
I had a great time .. great service .. punctuality and friendliness.
All great, punctual transport, comfortable, clean and the driver Diogo was very friendly and nice to the whole family. He was interested in explaining things and making the transfer as enjoyable as possible.
We were taken care of by Ricardo Cruz who arrived in front of the hotel 10 minutes in advance. The journey to the airport went perfectly, with a timely arrival. An excellent experience.
