Joao Fartura met my wife Stephanie and I at Lisbon Airport where we had completed an overnight flight from New York and we had lots of baggage. Joao was on time to meet our arrival, loaded the bags very well and drove very well indeed to our home in Carvalhal in very wet and windy conditions and on roads geing resurfaced. He stopped for us briefly in Carvalhal town to allow us to do some errands and delivered us safely wil no damage to the bags. This was super smooth and organized. Our pickup driver, Nelson, sent us a message with pictures of the meeting point and clear directions. When we arrived, he was waiting with a sign for us and walked us straight to the van parked nearby. The organizer also messaged in advance to confirm our pickup time for the return trip, which was just as smooth. If you're looking for a first class experience, I recommend this service.

We were very pleased with our private transfer from the airport to our hotel in Lisbon. The instructions on where to meet the driver were very clear. We had direct contact with the driver when we arrived so we could keep them informed on our progress through customs and baggage claim. We were significantly delayed arriving in Portugal and it took a while to get through Passport control so the free waiting was a big help. Fábio Neves was our driver to the hotel and was helpful. Our driver back to the airport, Michel Meyl was also great. He arrived right on time. Our hotel was technically in a pedestrian only area so Michel walked to our hotel to help us with our bags. He got us to the airport promptly. It was a very easy ride. Thanks to Toptour and our drivers Fábio and Michel. We highly recommend their service!

We arrived at the airport and they weren't there. Mind you the fight was delayed so they should have had plant of time to get there. I called and the driver said he was going to be 45 minutes late. The did allow us to cancel and refunded us but this was the second unpleasant experience with this company. We booked with them back in June and driver literally dropped us off at the airport and didn't help us with us bags and we were traveling with three small children.

Terrible service. The issue was with the airport security which took far too long but they were meant to wait 45 minutes and didn’t. I tried to contact them via the WhatsApp message they sent but they didn’t reply. They have ignored all other messages and just said they couldn’t come back for us so left my daughter and I at the airport to make our own way to our apartment. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

I used this fantastic service for my roundtrip airport transportation in Lisbon. The driver was communicative, and texted me as soon as my flight landed. He provided me with very clear instructions on where to meet him after I received my luggage. We had an early departure flight, and our driver was waiting for us 15 mins before he was supposed to arrive. He communicated via text that he was ready to take us whenever we were ready. I appreciated the promptness and high level of communication (even at 04:00 AM) that we received with this service!

Not only was the driver a No Show, there was no company representative at the designated site and one answered the contact phone number!

This was not advertised correctly as we were not picked up for our departure for an early morning flight. We contacted them 24 hours before to confirm. Our driver from the same company was charging us extra outside of the company to pick us up. Please do not call it round trip and mislead patrons.

Wasley Dantas was our driver for both trips. It was very easy meeting him at the airport, exactly at a set meeting point. On our way from the airport to the hotel, he told us about the city and areas of town we were driving through. It was a great orientation. For the return trip, he showed up at the hotel early and waited for us to be ready without rushing us. I love it when drivers show up a few minutes early. It makes things less stressful! He dropped us off and was on his way. I would request him again my next time in Lisbon.

We were picked up by Rui Pestana at Lisbon Airport and the service we received was excellent and our Driver Rui was exceptional. Our Return Journey was with Marco Aulette and again exceptional service and Excellent experience. The Service we received from our drivers was excellent and we would definitely use them again.

The driver went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and he delivered us right to the hotel doorstep. The place was hard to find and he actually had to get out and ask for the building location, but it worked out great. For the return back to the airport, the driver did a great job getting us there early and dropping us off directly in front of the airline check-in.
