We booked a private transfer from Lisbon to our hotel expecting a smooth, convenient experience after arriving. Unfortunately, the service was underwhelming. Rather than being greeted by our driver, we had to locate the transportation company ourselves. Once we found them, there was additional waiting while they got organized and figured out our transportation. We eventually ended up in what appeared to be an older van. While I have no issue with a company coordinating private transfers, the entire process felt disjointed, slow, and poorly organized. The main reason for booking a private transfer is to avoid the hassle of arranging transportation upon arrival, and that convenience was largely missing. We did eventually reach our hotel, but the experience wasn't nearly as seamless or professional as we expected. Three stars because the transportation was provided, but there's definitely room for improvement in communication, organization, and the overall customer experience.

The driver did not wait for us. When we received our luggage from the carousel, the driver was nowhere to be seen or found. we had to pay a taxi to get to our destination. The service is non-existant.

We had a wonderful experience with our Viator transfer! Everything was seamless from start to finish. Our driver was friendly, professional, and punctual, making us feel comfortable throughout the entire journey. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the whole process was easy and stress-free. The instructions were clear and concise....I went to the station and found my name where I was greeted by someone who called the driver for pickup... The driver arrived within a few minutes and we were on our way.. it was a great experience.

Plane arrival is at 8:05 , and requested a 9:30 pick up to make sure, baggage, customs and walk and bus ride would take so much! But this company send his driver at 8:30 which we are not even out, and blaming me for being late!! Why request a time if it’s not even followed!!

Filipe was our driver and he was great! Got our voucher, then received a text as we landed. Got a map with location to meet. Great price, nice large van, told us some local spots to eat, and took us straight to our hotel. Definitely recommend using this service.

The driver didn’t show up and when we called to ask for an update, they suggested I didn’t have a booking. They told me to take an uber (which wasn’t possible because we were travelling with a baby). So, I was forced to take the metro with a small baby at 1am. I requested a refund, which should g have been an issue considering they didn’t show up and also told me I didn’t have a Booking - they have refused the refund! It’s a complete scam. They had zero compassion for a parent who travelled internationally with a small baby. Viator was no help and continues to send updates with zero helpful information. Bottom line, they didn’t show up for the scheduled pickup, forced our family to split up and find our way through Lisbon at an unsafe hour. I’m beyond disappointed and discouraged by their lack of humility.

Absolutely no communication about where to meet. Multiple attempts to call (number not in service) and communication via Viator unsuccessful. After almost two hours of waiting we just got an Uber. I need a refund.

It was an overall very good experience. The driver was friendly and attentive. There are just two things worth noting: Don’t expect the exact car shown in the picture, and although the driver messages shortly before the scheduled time with instructions for the meeting point, he is not actually there yet and needs to be called to arrive. This resulted in an additional waiting time of about 10–15 minutes.

Driver Was Very professional and courteous. We were also a bit late due to long immigration line and baggage pickup, but the young lady at the pickup point assured us that they will wait for us.

Paid for the service plane was a little delayed because of take-off . The gentleman was there I explaned that we were running late had to go thru customs, when we got to the point we were suppose to be he wasn't there. Someone yhere called hin and I called him got 2 different reasons on why he wasn't there had to take 2 cabs to get to hotel

Mario our driver was great. The airport was a little crazy. We had only carry on bags so the location outside the baggage area was not ideal, but it all worked out.

Our flight was a little late, we notified the driver. We went to the meeting point, but the driver was not there, he directed us to an address that information desk did not recognize, we messaged him back but did not meet us at the meeting point mentioned in the app. We ended up calling Uber to take us to the hotel. We would like a refund of the cost

Driver arrived early. As promised, there was a sign with our name on it in the arrival section Hopefully you get Bruno!! He is a pprofessional and safe driver. He also acted as our tour guide, pointing out interesting sites and provided fascinating history on the area.

Our transport from Lisbon Airport to our hotel was excellent, and Pedro truly made the experience stress-free. He was waiting for us inside the airport right when we arrived, which gave me so much peace of mind—especially since it was my first time in Europe and in Lisbon with my children. We landed very early at 5:50am after a long flight from Miami, and having someone ready to استقبال us and take us مباشرة to the hotel made all the difference. Pedro was polite, kind, and very welcoming, which set a great tone for the start of our trip. I’m so grateful that I pre-booked this service—it made our arrival smooth and comfortable. He even waited for us a long time as we were delayed due to long lines in passport control. He was very helpful and polite with great tips for seeing Lisbon! Very difficult to find provider of service and when we did the name was mis-identified. We also had to wait longer than expected for the service.

Excellent service. Pedro contacted me early to let me know where to meet. Our flight was delayed and it was simple to let him know. On arrival, greetings and pick up very smooth. He passed good information about Lisbon and things to do. Travel to our hotel was smooth. Had we landed on time, we would have been able to see the sights he pointed out. However, our three hour late arrival meant it was quite dark.

If you want to see the highlights of Lisbon, take this tour. If you are only there for a day you will get a great overview of the city. If you have more time you will find out what you want to spend your time following up on in more depth.
