Pedro was very nice. He texted with all the information and was very prompt and on time. He gave us information about the city and got us to the hotel without any problems. Would definitely recommend him. We had plane problems and had to reschedule from morning to night. The company was very easy to communicate with and they rescheduled without any problem. Transport was booked week’s ago and communication was great. We had a cancelled flight which delayed our arrival for 24 hours. Tour operator was advised and the accommodated. Last minute i inquired about a couple hours tour around Lisbon as we were heading straight to the cruise port. Our driver Bruno was amazing and took us to see the highlights of the city. Highly recommend!!!!

Driver was not prompt at our airport arrival. He next drove us to the wrong hotel in a so-so location. even though we'd sent the correct information about our downtown upscale hotel. We corrected him. He apologized and took us there promptly.

My flight was delayed plus I had to wait in the passport check lines for 2 hrs. Bruno was so kind and waited for me all that time with regular communication. He handled my bags wi the care and drove me door to door even waiting to make sure I could access my apartment and connected with the landlord. He provided history and recommendations during the ride. Very friendly!

I was lost in the airport and directed to the driver via very prompt messages. Bruno was considerate, offered bathroom and coffee before we got in the car, drove carefully and fed me history on the way into town. Pretty much an ideal experience. Highly recommend.

Kind, patient driver, making the almost overwhelming experience of getting through the airport calm. I arrived in a wheelchair and he was so accommodating, parking so I could use the curb to enter the van. Pointed out interesting fact and sites on the way to the hotel then arranged with the consierge to provide a wheelchair. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend. One note: I requested the ride 30 minutes after my flight was scheduled to land. After passport control, I was an hour late but he graciously combined my trip with another group that was on the same flight but planned better!

Excellent, Efficient & Affordable Daniel communicated with me throughout. He kept me organized and calm. 6 couples, 10 suitcases, and multiple trips from/to airport, to Cascais and back to Lisbon, to the Seaport to catch our cruise, Daniel made it easy. He was always there on time, service with a smile and charming to boot. His Van was very clean and well appointed. He always had a bottle of water for each of us. Every drive turned into a wonderful chance to pepper him with questions. No remained unanswered. I truly could not recommend him enough. We felt safe and trusting with him. I just wish we had a Daniel at every port!

Bruno was such a pleasure to meet. He was in touch ahead of time with our meeting location, and once our flight arrived he was in touch by WhatsApp while we waited at passport control and baggage claim. He warmly greeted us at the meeting point with cold bottles of water which were much appreciated in the warm Lisbon summer afternoon. He provided a clean vehicle a few steps away from the terminal. He gave us a guided tour from the airport to the city and highlighted places of interest as we drove by on the way to our hotel and gave us a brief history of Lisbon. Bruno gave us peace of mind knowing we had a pre-determined fate and made our airport transfer very pleasurable and we would highly recommend his service.

The driver was ready at the airport when we arrived, easy communication using WhatsApp! During the transfer from the airport to the hotel he was telling us about the hotel we were staying at and it’s history, different parts of Lisbon and the history of the town, and even pointing at nice street art on our way! We also experienced a very safe drive, and the driver gave his all to make the transfer a nice and interesting drive!

Arranged pick up from the Lisbon Airport to our hotel in Lisbon. The hotel arranged it for us. We arrived in the airport after our flight was delayed. When we arrived I had trouble with my phone. I was concerned because I only gave out my # not my husband's. Once I finally was able to get my phone to work I saw a message from the driver Bruno with the location we were being picked up from and directions on how to find him. I messaged back and he immediately responded that there would be a different driver and location. I was asked to let the new driver know when we were heading out of the airport. Daniel immediately responded to me. He was easily found once we exited the airport. He was right where he said he would be with a sign with my name. Daniel was great! Friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us so much info on our drive to the hotel. He dropped us right at the door. He helped with our luggage at the airport and getting out of the van at the hotel. I can't say enough about Daniel. I highly recommend their service. I only wish we could've used his services for a private sightseeing tour. Unfortunately, we didn't plan ahead and he was booked.

I arrived in Lisbon airport 2 1/2 hrs late and Bruno was there guiding me through the airport. I was tired and glad to see him. As he drove to my hotel he pointed out the different areas of Lisbon and talked about the history and culture of each area. His enthusiasm was infectious. My excitement grew, (being tired took a back seat), for exploring Lisbon. He was delightful and what my tired self needed. Daniel picked me up 2 days later for my ride to the airport. After walking Lisbon for 2 days I was again tired. I think he sensed it so we chatted some but not a lot. I wanted to look around and say goodbye to a city I really enjoyed and decided I wanted to return to soon. Thank you Bruno and Daniel.

Excellent shuttle service! Driver Bruno communicated with me on WhatsApp where he gave me a clear instructions and all the information I needed. My flight arrived earlier, but the driver was there waiting for me. The car was clean. While driving to the hotel Bruno told me stories about the city and showed me an interesting places as well as gave me good information about things you should have in mind while walking in Lisbon.

Bruno was a great choice for getting us from the airport to our hotel in Lisbon. He was great about communicating where to pick us up in the airport, and was patient when we were a little late to the meeting point. He drove us safely and gave us a “tour” of his knowledge around Lisbon as we drove through the city to our hotel. It was amazing to get some of the best history and see some sights before we even stepped foot onto Lisbon soil. Would highly recommend him and would use him again if I ever travel back to Lisbon!
