Lisbon Airport Private Transfer To Cascais, Sintra Or Estoril

Prompt service got us to the airport early. We appreciated the help loading and unloading of the luggage.

There was no driver waiting for us. It’s very disorganized there. No one knows anything about the drivers. No one answers the phone and finally I get in touch with driver and he says he took another group and I have to wait 90-120 minutes. We had to sit in the airport for another 2 hours. This is terrible

We were kept waiting for our private car with no explanation until finally someone came and said our driver had been detained by the police because he was an immigrant and not allowed to drive clients. Then we were told they would find another driver and walked us out quite some distance to where tour buses were parked and told to wait for another driver. Then we were told there would be more delay as THAT driver was also detained by the police for speeding. We were finally taken by van to Cascais by a very nice young man. But this entire arrangement was botched by the transportation company. Never again.

Driver was on time and took us quickly to our next stop on vacation. We just went from one hotel to another to meet our group. Great service!

Elon was our driver both ways and he made it so easy and pleasant. He sent info and pics on where to meet at the airport, helped us carry all our things into the van, had a booster seat for my big toddler, gave us some info while he drove, and got us to our house safely. We were happy he also gave us our ride back and we had the same great experience. Thanks again!!!

SCAM DON'T LET THEM STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! I paid for this 3 weeks in advance along with another tour. I scheduled it for Friday morning pickup. No one even showed up, I called and they asked to pay cash and that I would be refunded for the payment I already made. Unfortunately they are now not responding to my emails, texts or calls. I will have to fight this with my credit card company.

Nelson was a very good and patient driver , especially since our family members had some delays and information snags on our end- not his. He arrived early , communicated clearly where to find him and the hostess in arrivals and got us safely to our hotel. All in all a good experience.

João Costa picked me up from Lisbon Airport on my business trip to Sintra. I had communication with João providing instructions on where to meet and get collected, as soon as I landed which took the pressure off my trip as this was my first time flying to Lisbon. João’s kindly rearranged my return trip as I incorrectly made it for the same day. He also gave me some good information on where I’m staying and where I can go for entertainment. Great service highly recommend.

We had requested the airport transfer for 5.20am and the driver showed up at the hotel lobby a few minutes early and we were very pleased. The vehicle was new and spotlessly clean and also, he was very courteous both to help my wife get out of the vehicle and to help us load and unload the suitcases.
