We had a wonderful experience with Salvador Parente. He came to pick us up at the airport. He was very nice and gave us advice on some Portuguese dishes to try and showed us some sites on the way to our hotel. He even charged my phone for me. He was really great! Thanks Salvador!
Our driver left. He waited but we were in a long slow line in Customs. It was a waste of money. He did call and explain but it is something to consider. We were able to get a cab

Nelson was great and very communicative. We landed in Lisbon on time but getting through immigration took 2 1/2 hours. It was nice to have someone waiting to take us to the hotel. The meeting point was a bit confusing since we were looking at the numbers on the pillars not the kiosks in the lobby other than that it all went smoothly and we were driven in a nice luxury van.

Arrived in Lisbon after 15 hr travel. Was told driver would be available in 50 minutes. We ended up not wanting to wait as the kids were exhausted and walked outside where there were dozens of taxis waiting. Get got a large taxi van that fit 5 people and 5 pieces of luggage. Was cheaper and honestly very convenient. Would just take a taxi next time, no real benefit of this service.

The Driver was very helpful. We had a 7AM pickup for a 10AM flight. In retrospect, I would leave more time between pickup and flight, as we just barely made our flight. The unexpected was the over 1 hour in line for the "passport security" in Lisbon.
Had an early flight out of Lisbon, an exceptionally busy airport, immediately following disembarkation from a cruise. Didn’t want to depend in Uber or risk having to wait in the taxi line as flight departure was earlier than recommended by the cruise line. Communication with the tour operator ahead of time and with the driver via WhatsApp on day of departure was excellent. Paulo, our driver, communicated in advance the morning of pickup and arrived at the exact designated time, directly in front of the terminal (closer than the Uber and taxi stations) in a comfortable vehicle with plenty of room for us three adults, three large suitcases, and our backpacks. The whole process went smoothly and alleviated any stress we had of missing our flights despite long airport lines. Highly recommended.

We took the private transfer from our hotel to the Lisbon airport arranged by the Tour group. We had previously not used TOPTOUR. We had an excellent experience. Our driver Michel Meyl arrived on time (actually a few minutes early) which with Lisbon traffic was commendable. The van was Ford Transit which was very clean and well maintained and comfortable. Michel was very friendly and on the way to the airport provided an impromptu explanation of the different sites we passed. He expertly maneuvered around the traffic and got us to the airport quickly.
We had an awesome experience. Our driver was very personable and was at our hotel early to get us to the airport in Lisbon. He even gave us tips on where we needed to go to get through customs and security to get to our gate to catch our international flight back to the US. Would definitely use this service again!! 😊

Service and car were very nice. Driver arrived one minute past our pick-up time. Ninety fice percent of other drivers were there 15 minutes early for their pick-ups. Not a big deal, and the rest of the transport was very good.

While searching for transfers from Lisbon Airport to the city and from Cascais back to the airport, I was lucky to come across Top Tour Portugal. Driver was a little bit early, which we appreciated very much. He loaded our bags in the trunk with care, and drove safely to the airport. The car was fairly new, clean, and comfortable. The driver pulled up to the front of terminal one, and pointed out where we needed to go once inside. Highly recommend this service.
