Friendly and engaging drive - who very patience after delay passport control

Traveling with my husband and two small children. I've never booked a service of this kind and after trying it. can't but book it again. Nelson Leong had a greeter at the meeting point to bring us to the van. Super friendly, the van was super clean... And even though I had booked this less than a day before, he had 2 children seats for the appropriate ages set up which is something I cannot get from other services. Thank you!

Upon arrival we had a problem with our stroller from the bagage claim, but eventhough we spent some extra time, our driver Rui Pestana was waiting for us, very patient and calm. He was friendly and very helpfull with our luggage and the carseat we requested for our 1 year old. The black Mercedes mini-van had very comfortable seats and it was a smooth ride to Setubal. We recommend his service to everyone.

Aman was a reliable polite driver. We arrived in the midnight to the airport after a delayed flight. Had a pleasant quick journey from airport to our hotel in Sintra.

We used this company to transport our family of five (5 people) from our house to the airport and back. From start to finish, the service we received was highly professional. We really enjoy nice conversation, knowledge sharing, welcoming, safe driving, and communication. Our driver for the second round was Tom du, and we had a really enjoyable conversation while traveling. He is courteous, kind, and well-versed in his business. We didn't even notice the busy roads.

3 journeys to and from our holiday destination with Nyu, Aman and Denys. All we’re immaculately dressed with clean modern vehicles and the requested car seats. Communication was great by text or what’s app and they even waited longer when requested with the delay through customs at the airport with three young children. Would thoroughly recommend. Good value for money too.

We are Dirac and Valerie, both 30 years old and we wish to take this opportunity to give well deserved praise to our driver, the young Guilherme SANTOS. Yesterday the departure of our flight was delayed with almost a full hour so we weren’t sure if our driver would still be there to take us to our hotel, as they normally indicate that after a maximum of 45 minutes of waiting, they can leave if by then the passengers aren’t there yet. After claiming our luggage, I sent a message to the driver through a link to let him or her know that we finally made it. Not even 5 seconds after I had sent a message, I get a whatsapp call from Guilherme. He told me our driver had left 10 minutes ago because her waiting period was over but as he was not far away he would come down to pick us up, to our great relief. With a detailed explanation in perfect English (not that we care for perfect pronounciations but that makes things easier of course when you don’t speak the native language) of where he wanted us to wait, he arrived about 10 minutes later at the exact spot he described to us and greeted us with a big smile and positive energy. Guilherme helped us carrying our luggage into the van and joked to us that I definitely looked stronger than him, as we both heisted the bags in the trunk. This wasn’t per se true, but it broke the ice and made for a fun conversation in the cab. Whilst driving he shared a lot of interesting historical facts about Cascais and we also bonded over a shared passion for football as we drove past the stadiums of Sporting Lisbon and Benfica. The ride in itself was smooth and we shared many laughs during what a believe to be a 15-20min drive. Thanks to Guilherme we arrived stress free and in good spirits at our hotel and we want therefor want to thank him with this review for this kindness, his flexibility, positivity and good humor that gets our trip to Lisbon off to a very great start. Our flight was delayed so we were concerned that our driver may not have waited. But he had been checking the flight status and he was the first person we saw as we exited the terminal. He helped with luggage, led us to the tourist desk so we could purchase the Lisboa card, as we requested, and was extremely informative with local history and information on our way to the hotel. Their price was more than reasonable and the whole experience was seemless!!
