Hard Rock Cafe Lisbon With Set Lunch Or Dinner

The food was absolutely delicious and there was no wait time to be seated. The staff was on point.

Host Gabriela was very helpful and beautiful girl. She was very communicative and very pretty. We liked dishes also

I love the H.R.C in any city I chose to visit, this one in Lisbon is especially good. Set over two floors, great decor and furnishings, an eye catching serving bar dominates the main room, all the rock'n'roll memorabilia you would expect to find in a good H.R.C and there's plenty of seating options spread throughout, its a great place to unwind in. We were greeted and seated by a very pleasant member of the bar team, we enjoyed a burger meal each here which was totally delicious and a few pints of beer each ,beers were served in excellent condition being iced cold and sparkling, couldn't fault anything about our visit here before we moved on, can't wait to go again next time we're in Lisbon hopefully very soon. H.R.C is easy to locate along Avenida Da Liberdade. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday, 11.30am till midnight. Well worth checking out if you're in the area.

Whilst our experience was wonderful, the venue did not have our booking on their system. I don’t know who was at fault, probably Viator so I do hope they get their payment! Our server, food and experience was fabulous. We had booked a set menu-the desert wasn’t available so an alternative was arranged, which was even better than the original!

This restaurant took a while to get in (20 minutes) because it was packed. Ok service, but most of the food was good. Would recommend for American food in Lisbon.

We have done this meal all over the world & the quality is definitely going down. The service was fast & the food was warm. The portion for the pasta was adequate. We shared 1 dessert & took 1 with us. I was extremely disappointed when I opened the box & there only the brownie no little cup of whipped cream or chocolate syrup.

The service and the food were exceptional! The HRC had everything set for us with no waiting in line!

The service was good but the food was terrible. I ordered the mini Burger and I Asked for well done but they came out almost RAW at my first bite and blood in my plate. I returned them and they offered me free desert but I was not hungry anymore so they broth me the bill with no compensation , The manager told me he took the temperature after we returned the burgers (15 min later) and they were ok according to him . Finally they credited me the replacing Flatbread we ordered but I had to argue with him . This was my 54th HardRock in the word and the worst one I've everbeen. I should had taken a picture of the burgers. He kept my bill of 50$ because he forgot to add my unity card.

Went late afternoon been several times before always good fun. Shout out to Cristiano great friendly service thank you. One night in Bangkok sharing shrimp amazing to start with as was the New York Strip & Bacon Cheese burgers - shared hot fudge brownie dessert Not cheap but good portions & fab cocktails Music and atmosphere wonderful. Give in a try.

Great atmosphere with classic music. Table setup for the kids dinner party. All the staff we interact were always kind and available. Great moment!

I wanted to give a shout out to our server Tessia on November 9, 2022. She was awesome. The staff at Hard Rock Cafe's are always good but she was exceptional. She provided ideas and suggestions for our dinner and they were all good. Great personality and superb service. Thank you Tessia for making our experience fun and thank you Hard Rock for always finding great people to staff your restaurants.

Table was ready as scheduled. The Staff was very nice and went an extra mile to make this a tremendous experience. It was our daughter's birthday and she just loved it! Thanks to all the staff specially to Ricardo at Hard Rock Lisbon!

Wonderful greetings at the door . We were seated and the service was second to none. Our waiter Ginger was so pleasant and helpful. Really a nice person. There was three of us and all our meals were excellent. Then the manager came over and asked if we enjoyed our food. He got into a big conversation with us. Such a really pleasant experience and staff excellent. Of course love all the guitars etc. great classic car hanging from ceiling. Thanks

This was my 8th HRC to visit and this was in my top two. Food was hot and fresh and the cocktails were also good. Would recommend this even though it is slightly overpriced but that is to be expected

The experience exceeded our expectations from hard rock Lisbona. Every thing was perfect but the special treatment we had from the manager of the place was beyond our expectations. The restaurant was very crowded and our order was delayed due to some error. I called one of the hosts and explained to them that our meal did not arrive on time. They reacted very fast to resolve the issue and our meal came immediately. The manager came to our table apologising for the delay and insisted in making all our drinks on the restaurant. That was real generosity and real responsibility from a professional manager. I will always go to Hard Rock Cafe Thanks

Travelling solo always feels a little strange going out for dinner but this was perfect. All the staff were super friendly. Andre very helpful. Food was spot on :-)

The menu, though limited was good. The food was hot and tasty. I would highly suggest making recommendations in advance, although they are not necessary to dine at this location.

Waited on door was lovely (Irish guy who grew up in Kerry). He did his best to get us seated earlier than what we had booked. Once we got our seat the service was terrible. Ignorant waiter. Some food options were unavailable. We ended up ordering the pepperoni flatbread and chicken wings. Uneatable. Disgusting smell off both. €6 for a side of chips. Left with two full plates of food and the waiter didn’t even ask was everything ok, just handed us the bill. We go to hard rock cafes everywhere we travel. This was by far the worst. Drinks were okay, again cocktails not as good as previous hard rock cafes.

We went to Hard Rock to celebrate a family birthday and we’re disappointed as no one mentioned it, despite booking ahead and notifying Hard Rock in the booking. The food we had was really good but there were a number of items that were unavailable so I would give the food we had a 4/5 but given there was no steak on the menu and we’d gone for the steak which is always so good, I’ve marked it down one point. Our waiter was great and goodness only knows how they remember such complex orders!!

The environment and the food were very nice. The service was very slow. However, I rate it as a very good experience.

Lovely place but the gap between table and bench is far too small, your tummy is touching the table and you feel crammed in. Good and drinks are fine our waiter was very attentive he told my friend to sit at end of table and brought a chair for him, then another came and said you cannot sit there you are blocking a passage…. Increase the gap 4-5 cans it would make one heck of a difference

We went in to have lunch mainly due to the heavy rain that had rendered the out door cafes unusable. Service was very good but the food is standard quality stuff you would get at any hard rock and not much to talk about. If you are looking for ordinary burgers then this is good

Bought a diamond meal package for me and my daughter via TripAdvisor. Staff friendly. My daughter wanted rib and pull pork. The staff said they were unable to do ribs so she went for burger as did i. Food was ok. Especially fries. We noticed people around had ordered full rack of ribs so didn't understand why they couldn't do half a rack? Dessert was a chocolate brownie which was really nice. We went to the shop after and bought a couple of t-shirts.overall experience was good.

Only memories I have are ones I prefer not to share. From beginning to end just not a great experience.

Enjoyed a great dinner for our 12 year old daughter's birthday, our waiter got the whole restaurant singing Happy Birthday. Food great, Nachos, Chicken wings, Racks of Ribs and we all left full and had a really enjoyable time!. Good atmosphere in restaurant, service good and souvenir shop really helpful so got some great memories!. Will definitely be back the next time we're in Lisbon!.

This was actually our first time having something to eat at a Hard Rock Café; usually I just buy the obligatory t-shirt. The Classic Wings were quite good, the side of fries mediocre, however it was freezing cold due to the excessive air conditioning. The service was also pretty slow on that lunchtime even though there were not that many guests. One order of wings, one side of fries, and two colas came to €26.25, which is enough to pay.

During a pandemic I felt so safe from the moment we step in. They have an electronic machine that checks your temperature. (coming from the UK they don't have this in place). The tables in the restaurant are spaced out. There was also a note on the table saying the table had been sanitized. They also provide clear plastic bags to keep your mask in. Which is a fantastic idea. The food was very good and so was happy hour cocktails. When we were in the shop the floor was labelled which direction to walk. You weren't allowed to try on clothes. Yes I would recommend going to this Hard Rock Cafe.

A very busy place but a fun place as well. The burgers are quite good for a restaurant outside of the U. S. Bartenders are hardworking and full of local knowledge.

Friendly staff and service. Ordered the bbq pulled pork sandwich which was cooked well, also table ordered the local legendary burger which was cooked well but the bread fell apart as it was being eaten. Restaurant was clean, free wifi and can pay with credit card.

The food was very good and delicious, the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed eating here. Great experience.

We were impressed with how quickly we had been seated and also the arrival of my sons meal. However our own drinks never arrived and we had to reorder through another server who was very accommodating. A very rude server brought us food which belonged to the table behind us and even with us stating it wasn’t ours and the other table claiming the food there was no apology. We got our food thanks to the server who had stepped in to get our drinks. Yet another server tried to give us two burgers not ours but belonging to the table in front of us ! Clearly we had our food we after all had it on our table and where eating. Our own server only appeared at the end. If it wasn’t for the kind gentleman who sorted our drink and food this would be a one star review.

Had 1 day in Lisbon and it had to be the HRC Lisbon for our food. The staff and food are super amazing at this restaurant. It’s one of the best HRC I have been too and I must add I have been to many. Well done HRC Lisbon and I give them top marks all round.

Before even being in Lisbon, I had a wish to get T shirt in the cafe. I bought one for my son. Also got magnet and key chain. Nice staff member in the shop, thank you for a help finding shirt for my son. Hope to have some food too.

<p>It was quite large and so we were upstairs. The music was a bit too loud. I enjoyed the London one better, smaller, more quaint, music not as loud. The service here in Lisbon was great.</p>
