Half Day Spa Water Therapy Experience At The Spa At Corinthia Lisbon

We celebrated my niece’s 40th birthday with a full-day spa experience at The Spa at Corinthia Lisbon, and from the moment we arrived, the experience was absolutely phenomenal. Our day began with the warmest welcome from the spa team. From that very first interaction, everyone was personable, hospitable, attentive, and genuinely happy to have us there. It immediately set the tone for what would become one of the most memorable experiences of our trip to Lisbon. From the spa, we went upstairs for breakfast, where we met Victor at the omelette station—and Victor was phenomenal! He didn’t just prepare our breakfast; he took the time to connect with us and tell us about Lisbon, Portuguese traditions, local foods, and some of the delicious things we should experience while visiting. We absolutely loved talking with him! His warmth and enthusiasm gave us an even greater appreciation for Lisbon and Portuguese culture. It was such a genuine and memorable interaction. After breakfast, we returned to the spa and enjoyed the water therapies, followed by our treatments, including massages, facials, and body scrubs. My therapist, Alyne, was AMAZING! She did a fabulous job. She was warm, attentive, professional, and incredibly skilled. My treatment was exceptional, and I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated. We then enjoyed lunch, continuing what truly felt like an entire day dedicated to relaxation, luxury, and celebration. And just when we thought the experience couldn’t get any better, the team surprised my niece with a cake for her 40th birthday! 🎂❤️ We were so touched. It was completely unexpected and such a thoughtful, personal gesture. That level of attention to detail is something we will remember long after our trip. What really makes Corinthia Lisbon special is the people. Beautiful facilities and wonderful treatments are important, but exceptional hospitality is what turns an experience into a memory. Every member of the team made us feel welcomed, cared for, and genuinely celebrated. From our initial welcome at the spa, to breakfast and our wonderful conversation with Victor, the water therapies, massages, facials, body scrubs, lunch, and the surprise birthday cake, our full-day experience was superb from beginning to end. We left relaxed, rejuvenated, absolutely glowing, and incredibly grateful. I would recommend this experience without hesitation to anyone visiting Lisbon. We would absolutely do the full-day experience again! I had the full day spa experience with breakfast and lunch as a bday treat to myself and it was amazing! Sanu took care of me from my scrub, massage and facial. This was the best massage I’ve had — I didn’t want it to end. She truly got every part of my body that was aching without me having to point anything out or ask for anything because of how detail oriented she was. The only thing I would change is my time in the water circuit as it wasn’t as long as I thought it would’ve been.

I had a signature massage and facial with Sanu. She did a lovely job, especially on the facial! Very relaxing and restorative.

The spa circuit was super relaxing. Offered many different options ranging from cold plunge to hot hot steam.

Pamela’s skill, attention to detail, and calming presence made the entire experience feel truly special. The body scrub left my skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, the massage was relaxing and perfectly tailored to release tension, and the facial was one of the best I have ever experienced. I left feeling completely renewed, both physically and mentally. The spa facilities themselves are beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed to create a tranquil escape from the city. It was a really relaxing experience, my skin was smooth like never before and I was so relaxed I think I fell asleep for a few minutes. Sanu was super careful and very attentive to details. Really great overall experience and I recommend it!

My spa visit was lovely – all the staff are really friendly to you and make you feel really welcome. My facial is one of the bestfacials I’ve ever had. My therapist was Sophia. She was very welcoming from the start and really skilled. The facilities are great too

Got access to the hydrotherapy section, and it was very pretty, with many options. I will have to say I was bummed the jacuzzi was cold. I was really looking forward to that even when paying a good amount of money just to use it since this hotel doesn’t have a public one. Other than that it was a good experience.

For disabled customers, be aware there are steps in/out of pools and to access the water spa area. Staff exceptionally helpful and moved my walker for me so I was able to use it to get to the rails. For me, with full power but balance and pain issues this was completely manageable and so worth the benefits! First time pain free in over 6 years after this treatment (fibromyalgia/CFS/POTS). I use a visible tracker which showed that I hit a full “rest” cycle while in there so actually conserved “pace points” while in there. This was a lovely relaxing experience, money well spent, great value for money. I will prioritise going back when next in Lisbon.

Not exaggerating this is the best Spa . Amazing hospitality and energy and hygene and have all the facilities. But Most importantly if it wasn’t for My therapist the whole experience wouldnt really feel the same. His name is Simon. I really do every week massages in Dubai and I came for vacation here in Lisbon and for real he is the Best .

I had the facelift treatment along with the water therapy circuit. As soon as I arrived at the spa, everyone greeted me happily and they explained on detail about the water therapy as well as my chosen treatment. Afterwards, I was taken to the changing rooms and later to the water circuit. The hot tubs were amazing, and I also used the sensory showers along with the sauna. I felt very relaxed afterwards as I had lots of bodyaches due to having surfed the days before. Sarmi was in charge of my treatment and she was very welcoming and nice. She explained all the steps of the facelift treatment and ensured I was always comfortable. I can definitely recommend the spa to anyone visiting Lisbon!

Beautiful spa and wonderful employees. The breakfast was delicious. The massages were fantastic. Unfortunately, the hydrotherapy experience left something to be desired. The “hot tub” was lukewarm!!! It was such a let down. Very much looked forward to it after the cold plunge. So disappointed. Pretty unacceptable for a spa of this quality.

The spa and my therapist were absolutely terrific! Everything from start to finish was divine. The attendants are very professional and the water treatment is excellent. Highly recommended. I have been there two times and both times were consistent in quality and value. I did the full day treatment and it was a complete decadent experience. My therapist, Margarida, was one of the best in recent memory - and I spa a lot! You should definitely ask for her and you will not be disappointed. Enjoy!

I celebrated my eighty birthday with a day at the Spa in the Corinthia hotel in Lisboa. The water therapy was extraordinary. My spinal injury was improved . The massage by a lay from Nepal incredible . The facial by a Turkish llady perfection. The manicure by a Brazilian wonderful the diversity of the therapist triple the experience. I even got a birthday cake at the end.. Catia and Maria the the reception were delightful and very kind.

The spa is perfectly appointed and the staff are wonderful. We had the Spa to ourselves and we spent two hours there and another two hours swimming and lounging by the pool. We arrived to Lisbon on a 6am flight and this was the perfect thing to do before our 2am check-in across town. The hotel stored our bags while we visited and they even suggested some breakfast and lunch places for before and after the visit. The whole experience was a perfect thing to do on a Sunday morning.

It's an interesting experience, especially for a first time. The hotel and spa are both amazingly decorated to look very elegant and the staff is great. However, as far as relaxation and health goes, these spas are categorically lying to everyone. As such, even though it is enjoyable, I feel overcharged even with a discount. It was something we wanted to try and see for ourselves what was true and we did. Won't do it again.

Beautiful Spa. I didn't stay at the hotel but the staff were equally as welcoming. Very clean and the staff are super attentive in ensuring you feel comfortable. It's roughly 2 hours but to be honest that was a perfect time. I'll be back again

Definitely go if you are staying, you will be very happy you did! The staff are so lovely and they guide you though the experience. The spa was amazing! Exactly what we needed. A state of the art sauna and steam room. Followed by a plunge in the ice bath and then a hydrotherapy pool with jets to simulate a massage. Finishing with the jacuzzi and jets to cool down.

After a long week of exploring Portugal and walking many miles, spending our last morning soothing ourselves in a spa seemed like a great way to end the trip. The water therapy circuit at The Corinthia Hotel was a relaxing, pampering experience, with several jacuzzi pools to choose from, a steam room, a hot sauna, a cold plunge, and a Japanese walking river. The ambience of the space was soothing and quiet; only a few other people were with us. The amenities of the spa (changing room, bathrobes, slippers, shower) were first-class, and the staff was very friendly. Overall, a lovely experience.

The SPA is beautiful but beware : The title says "half a day", but if you read the little lines it's just for 2h. We were absolutely unaware of that so after 2h15 or so, someone came to us and asked us to leave... So embarassing...

I booked a day for me and my friend at the Spa and it was very good, we enjoy their water circuit is very relaxing, and did a 80min massage with facial that was amazing!! A very welcoming team of therapist, I recommend this spa for everyone looking for a relax day :)

Very nice spa experience! Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything is very clean and well taken care of.

It was the perfect thing to recover after a long overnight plane trip. There was a bit of confusion because while the Viator experience says half day there is no specific start time. The spa does want to know when you will be there, They want to maintain the tranquil experience and so they don’t want to overbook a particular time. I just showed up and they made it work but I would recommend letting them know by email or calling. It took me about an hour and a half to deplane, collect my luggage, and travel there from the airport. The held my baggage and I’d packed my swimsuit and a change of clothes in my carryon. I relaxed, recovered and was ready to checkin to my hotel when I was done. I especially enjoyed the sauna and cold plunge.

We thanked Maria, who immediately upon arrival presented us with her sympathy and kindness when explaining what we were going to do and guided us through the facilities. The thermal circuit was formidable. Suitable water temperature and from the beginning to be beneficial. The massage, without exaggeration, the best to this day. We congratulate Margarida and Sonia for the quality of the work done and the care demonstrated. Definitely an experience to repeat!

I have loved the experience! Everything was excellent, the cleanliness, the facilities, one of the best spas. But I want to highlight the kindness and the exceptional massage and treatment with Urvi; she is incredible. During the facial, I almost fell asleep from how relaxed I felt. Absolutely recommendable!
