We really enjoyed this bike tour with Antonio. The e-bikes made it easy to go up several of the steep hills giving amazing views of the city. The food and snacks were excellent too. Our guide was very knowledgeable and happy to answer all our questions. He was also charming and made the trip so enjoyable.

Our tour guide was Joao and he was wonderful. He took his time with us and was very cautious. Also very knowledgeable and explained Lisbon to us. We sampled authentic Portuguese food and drinks. Food a person would never know about. All and all a wonderful day with Joao. Highly recommended 🍻🍷
Rafael was not only a great guide but he was informative and flexible about our riding needs. I highly recommend him as a guide.
Our bike food tour with Raffa was wonderful. You get a lot for a great price - they show you every part of the city and hit many many food points. The food we tried was all from local, family owned places and was absolutely delicious. Highlight of our trip and would recommend to anyone visiting the city.
We had a great time with Antonio. He was really knowledgable about the city and took us to a couple of hidden food gems. Would highly recommend.
We are a family of three from the U.S. whose travel tradition is to do a bike tour in each new country we visit. Go Taste Lisboa was the most memorable and fun bike tours we have taken! E-bike + local food + sightseeing = AWESOME! Up and down hills, to the best scenic views of the city, to parts of the city we never would have discovered on our own, sharing history and fun facts, taking us to his favorite places to taste delicious food along the way - Antonio was an amazing guide and just a really great guy as well! If you are in Lisbon and want a unique and truly enjoyable way to tour the city, be sure to book Go Taste Lisboa and ask for Antonio.
The food tour with Antonio was great. We had a rainy day but Antonio’s information, the sites and the places he took us to eat were worthy. Loved the bifanas in Alonso’s place I tried to find them even in Porto but no luck, have to go back to Lisbon again :)
My favorite part was Carolina our guide. She was knowledgeable, spirited, enthusiastic and kept us safe riding around Lisbon. We had a great time, plus my wife is a vegetarian and Carolina was very accommodating.
A bike tour around Lisbon with Antonio is an absolute must! Antonio was the most amazing tour guide - so friendly, fun and incredibly knowledgeable about the history, culture, food and layout of Lisbon. We had so much fun exploring the city and the electric assist bikes were fantastic. If we are ever back in Lisbon (which we hope to be) we plan to book another tour with Antonio! Highly Highly recommend this excursion.
A ton of fun. Antonio was great. He took us to areas we never would have found by ourselves. Definitely recommend.
We had a fabulous tour with Antonio. Just the two of us. And boy did we get to see lots of Lisbon! Places you won't see on a walking tour and the pace of biking is much better than a car tour! Plus you feel like you got a bit of exercise! I'm not super in shape and did fine. Nor am I a great bike expert. Totally manageable with the electric assist. Some of the downhills were a bit hair raising though my spouse thought they were fine. Relax d pace and a couple of stops for food. Definitely a must do
Antonio was an absolute keeper! He took us all over the city and we tasted local food, had delicious beer and wine. The bikes were fantastic! Antonio was very knowledgeable in history, city planning and could answer any questions we had! We didn’t feel rushed, in fact we were the only ones on the tour and he made sure that we felt as though we could take our time and really take in all the sites! I would not only recommend this bike tour but especially Antonio! This is a MUST if you want to cover a lot of ground while having a ball!!!
Our guide was amazing very knowledgeable of the history and the places we went to eat, well let's just say they were visited again. So good, worth it.
This eBike tour is the best way to see Lisbon. Our tour guide was Carolina, and she was fantastic. She took us to some beautiful scenic viewpoints, her knowledge of the city’s history was impressive, and the food we tried was INSANELY GOOD. She was even able to accommodate my friend’s dietary restrictions. The eBikes were very easy to ride, and we felt safe the entire time. This tour will be the highlight of your trip!
A great way to see Lisboa, our guide Antonio was awesome he gave great insight into the local culture and the history. We learnt A lot. The eBike was a lot of fun and easy to manage. Highly recommend this tour. And yes the Portuguese tarts st the end were the best. Thanks Antonio.
A fantastic 4 hours of electric biking, eating and drinking. If you want a team building event that suits all people - this is it.
Family of 3 spent 6 hours with Xavier on amazing tour of Lisboa...as a private tour, we had many stops inclusive of playground playtime for our 3 year old. Great food, great info and an all around amazing day. First and foremost,, Xavier is a true pro and safety mattered more than all...he coached second by second of what lied ahead, how and where to ride and,of course, taking us to all the best places in the city. By the end of the day, Xavier became extended family...great companionship while on a vaca...seemed like we had known each other for years. The electric bikes worked perfect (again, led by the coach himself) and allowed us to deal with the imposing hills that are Lisboa. I could not recommend this company, tour and guide any higher...definitely request Xavier - if you get him, it will be the best day of your visit to Lisboa. Thanks again Margarida (for setting this up) and Xavier for your amazing pateince, warmth and hospitality!
This was by far our best day in Lisbon! Antonio was a wonderful guide! We saw all the beautiful sights around Lisbon and ate beautiful local food and met lovely local people along the way. Even in the pouring rain our tour was great. We thoroughly enjoyed the electric bikes they are the only way to go! We are returning with friends in March and will definitely be rebooking this tour for us - requesting Antonio as our guide. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We booked this while stopping in Lisbon on a cruise. Our guide Tony was incredible. He was very knowledgeable about the history of Portugal and also took us to some amazing spots for drinks and snacks. The bikes were easy to ride and allowed us to cover more of the city than we would ever have been able to do on foot. Highly recommend!
Thanks Antonio, we had a great day and wish we could do it all again mostly to eat more of the beautiful food .Recommend to anyone as the first thing to do in lisbon as it will give you the info you need to explore the rest of your trip.
My friends and I did this our first day in Lisbon. It was a great intro to the sights, sounds and tastes of the city! Tony was an excellent guide: patient, funny and knows so much about his city! He selected the best pastries, wine, beer and local cuisine for us to sample. E-bikes made the daunting Lisbon hills a breeze and were a blast to buzz around the city on! I highly recommend it!
This is the perfect way to whizz around Lisbon including good food and drink. Effortless cycling the steep Lisbon hills thanks to battery power, a well informed and chilled out guide (thanks again António!) and the best way to get your bearings. Don’t hesitate to do this tour, such good fun - it was the highlight of our 3 night trip.
We had an amazing time. Tony was super nice, knowledgable and helpful. It was great fun exploring Lisbon on the e-bikes. And the combination of sightseeing and exploring the local cuisine at insider places is amazing. Tony also gave us lots of great advice for other places to visit during the remainder of our holidays. We highly recommend this tor!
Antonio was the best guide Janet or I have ever had. Personable and very knowledgable. We had so much fun, minus Janet’s mishap ;). Our tour lasted much longer than was scheduled. Antonio was took us to see everything we wanted. He choose the most authentic local restaurants to give us a real feel for Lisbon. We would actually give him a 10 rating if possible. Thank you, Lisa & Janet
Antonio was our brilliant friendly & knowledgeable tour guide. A small group including my two friends & 2 guys from the US, who became our new friends. Antonio took us on a fantastic tour of the city, to the best views, up & down cobbled winding streets, and fed& watered us with local foods& drinks. The bikes were so easy to use. Hardly knew you were peddaling up hills, and definitely good brakes as you have to come back down them. The tour lasted well over the alloted time. Highlight of our trip. Definitely recommend this tour!!
Ahead of a 4 day trip to Lisbon, we wanted to do a bike tour at the start of the trip to give us a good overview of the city and to get our bearings. The amount of things included in the tour for the price are what attracted us to the Go Taste Lisboa tour. First impressions of Nuno the tour guide were excellent - he was friendly and helpful with setting our bikes up. The electric bikes deserve a special mention - Lisbon is a very hilly city, but we didn't break into a sweat during the tour thanks to the powerful electric motors that made cycling uphill almost comical. The tour started with an espresso, in a quiet park in the centre of Lisbon but away from the hustle of city life. We then rode to the next stop to sample the famous Lisbon custard tart, pastel de nata. After, we went for an authentic Portuguese cabbage soup with grilled mackerel, before riding to an amazing vantage point above the city to enjoy a beer and a chicken pie. At the final stop in the town centre we had Bifana, which is a pork steak sandwich and considered to be a classic Portuguese snack. All that food alone would have made the trip good value, however it is worth noting that while all this is going on, Nuno is teaching us about the history of the food, of Lisbon and of Portugal itself. He had an encyclopedic knowledge and easily answered any additional questions we had. We covered 15km on the bikes, and Nuno was great in ensuring we navigated some of the busier roads safely. It was clear that Nuno enjoyed delivering the tour and he definitely went above and beyond for us, pointing out areas that were good for nightlife and recommending restaurants we passed along the way. This sorted us out for the rest of the holiday and we tried all of Nuno's recommendations - needless to say they were spot on. As mentioned above, Nuno went above and beyond, and we could tell he was giving us extra details and experiences, so much so that the tour lasted around 7 hours. So, electric bike hire, helmets, all that food, 15km of Lisbon's culture equating to 7 hours of touring, all for less than £50. My friends and I were all hugely impressed with the tour and agreed that it was the best day of the holiday. We were amazed with the value for money, the variety of the experience and the how thorough Nuno was as a tour guide. We couldn't recommend this trip enough, thanks Nuno!
Our tour guide Nunu (phonetically spelt!) was absolutely excellent, spoke great English and was keen to tell us lots about the history of the city as well as the food we were trying. We must have had 8 or more food stops including custard tarts, traditional coffee, pies and pastries, wine, soup and other various delicacies! There didn’t seem to be a rush to finish the tour and we went to a few viewpoints around the city as well! The bikes were easy to ride and we had a really excellent day. 10/10 would recommend.
Vraiment une belle journée. Notre guide Joao était vraiment super. Nous avons découvert Lisbonne à vélo électrique. Nous avons adoré à un point que nous voulons nous offrir des bicyclettes électrique à notre retour au Canada.
Friendly trip through the city with Antonio as escort. Super experience. With the E-bike very doable on the slopes. Calm down, relax, relax. Stops along the way for coffee, pasty de Belem, lunch, another drink... Duration approximately 6 hours.
