We had a great day and our guide Andre was absolutely outstanding. He made us feel welcome and had a laugh with us the whole day. We are a bunch of eclectic Scottish people and Albanian/ Italian. I would thoroughly recommend this tour best value for money. 😁😁💃🏻

But what truly made the experience unforgettable was our guide, Diego. Diego is incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and engaging. He shared fascinating historical and cultural insights in a way that was both entertaining and easy to follow. Beyond his expertise, he was super friendly, patient, and attentive to everyone in the group, making sure we all felt comfortable and had a great time. It felt less like a standard tour and more like exploring with a brilliant local friend who genuinely cares about showing you the best of the region. The multi-lingual Sofia Martez, has entertained us with a historical agenda, good humour, an informed local knowledge, and is an all round good egg. A very good day out.

Andre took us to Pena Castle today and was a great guide. He was very knowledgeable and was also lots of fun, he also joined us for lunch and took part in having banter with us. We had a good length of time at all of our stops and we did not feel rushed.

We were able to see many different areas, including a fantastic wine tour, visit to the lighthouse and some time for shopping and lunch. Ending at the castle with incredible views. Admission fees were very reasonable. Our travel guide, Andre was extremely knowledgeable. He took time to give us the history of everything we saw.

Raphael was absolutely incredible. From the moment the tour started, he brought everything to life with so much detail, passion, and knowledge. His personality made the entire experience fun, comfortable, and genuinely memorable, he’s just a good person through and through. Diego gave us special attention on our private tour. We went to a boutique winery, saw beautiful country side, visited the Pena Palace, wandered around Caicais, had a delicious tapas lunch in Sintra and enjoyed the piriquita pastry. The trip couldn’t have been better!

Diogo was our tour guide. He was such a great tour guide because he shared so much history of Portugal with us so we understood what we were seeing. We had a fabulous wine tour. Lunch was delicious. The Pena Palace was very interesting. I would highly recommend this tour.

Great chance to see Sintra and the castle. Our guide Guilherme was incredibly knowledge and willing to answer questions about Portugal beyond what we saw in the tour. We used living tours in Porto as well and we’re very happy overall with both experiences.

The tour to Sintra and Cabo da Roca was very good, but I wouldn’t recommend doing it with the winery visit. I would have preferred to visit Boca do Inferno instead. The stop in Cascais is also very short. The highlight of the tour was our guide, José Melicias, who, with so much love and enthusiasm for the history of his country, takes us on a journey through time and fills us with knowledge.

Jose was a kind and knowledgeable guide. He is a wealth of information and was very attentive to our comfort throughout the day. The walk to Pena Palace was steep and long but Jose was quite patient and encouraged rest stops all along. The small group is perfect for this trip. Highly recommend.
