Itinerary
Starting at Praça dos Restauradores, by the Blue Liberdade Hotel, you'll open the Explorial app, enter the 6-digit game code that you received by text and Viator chat message, and follow the mosaic pavements south. The tour is fully self-guided — no guide, no fixed start time, just your group and the city. The obelisk of the Restauradores opens the story — independence regained from Spain in 1640, celebrated in stone. Riddles brush up your Portuguese history fast. The Elevador de Santa Justa rises ahead, a cathedral of rivets by a disciple of Eiffel, still lifting passengers between Baixa and Chiado. Trivia queues jump for free. Then the Arco da Rua Augusta crowns the grid, opening onto Praça do Comércio and the wide Tagus beyond. Around two hours through the earthquake-born grid of 1755. The leaderboard posts results — celebrate with a ginjinha, as tradition demands.

Had a little amble around Lisbon with my daughter courtesy of this slick scavenger hunt app. Just the two of us, cruisin' the city at our own speed. No rush, no fuss. This thing's all about discovery, taking you to places I didn't know exist, tossing in fun tidbits and trivia as you tick off those hot spots. The puzzles? Engaging without being mind-boggling. Had us laughing and high-fiving all day. A great father-daughter day out! Cheers to the developers, you've knocked it out of the park with this one.

What a great tour it was! We had so much fun completing the challenges and posing for the photo tasks! The tour is great! We got to see all of the most famous landmarks on a budget!

We did the Explorial with our two teenagers and it was really fun as a family. They usually want to stay home and do tiktoks but with the app and the gaming part we could convince them to come with us. And we played with 4 cell phones and it got really entertaining and we got even to see the highlights!! Highly recommended!

A minha família e eu acabámos de regressar de uma viagem incrível a Lisboa, graças em grande parte a esta aplicação! Levou-nos a todos os pontos turísticos obrigatórios e jóias escondidas que não teríamos encontrado por nós próprios. Os mapas interactivos foram especialmente úteis.
