This tour was so good! We went as a group of 18 girls for a hen do and had the best time! Our tour guide was great , making us laugh and having a good time with us. The drinks were really good , always topping the drinks up when empty, music we could attach your own music. We all had such a laugh and one the best activities we did! Would highly recommend!

The beer bike Lisbon was so much fun in our hen weekend. Would 100% recommend it. Andre and partner were so much fun and we were late but they were so chilled. We laughed from start to finish. We wanted to go again. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. Thank you

Booked this for my sisters hen do as one of our activities and so glad we did! It was good fun and our hosts made sure our drinks were topped up the whole time. Would highly recommend as a fun activity plus you get to see some great views of Lisbon whilst blasting your playlist on the bike.

Bikes beer and stag do riding along a water front what can go wrong - nothing. We had a great time pedalling and drinking and having a laugh. As its on the flat its not too taxing and you dont go far before you stop for a rest and turn round. Luckily it was first drink of the day haha Anyway good value and great laugh with nice friendly guys running the bike and endless beer.

An underwhelming experience with a catalogue of issues that no group wants to have, including: incorrect location and faulty equipment. Neither the operator nor the booking platform would acknowledge this, despite several attempts to clarify.

We booked an appointment a month in advance for 5:00 PM through the app, which allowed us to select that time. However, we were later informed that the time slot was already taken and that the app was overbooking. We received a message instructing us to come at 6:00 PM instead. We arrived at 6:00 PM, but no one was there. We tried calling multiple times with no response. Finally, at 6:20 PM, someone answered and told us the appointment was actually at 5:00 PM. We explained the situation and the agreement, but they completely dismissed it. We are pursuing legal action over this.

Had an amazing time on the bike bar tour! Great vibes, fun crew, and awesome way to enjoy the city. Perfect for group fun, bachelor party's and drinks! Cold draft beer is awesome. Highly recommend!

Burlado. Acordei uma viagem com esta empresa e fiz o pagamento de 50% do valor adiantado, como a empresa exige. No dia, não nos fizeram o serviço. Durante a hora combinada estiveram constantemente a dar-nos indicações erradas pelo telefone de modo a que nunca os encontrássemos. Quando os encontramos, pessoalmente, negaram ser a empresa com quem tínhamos falado e que tínhamos contratado. Ficaram com 105€ do pagamento adiantado e não cumpriram qualquer serviço que fosse. Exigi o reembolso, o qual não foi feito. Além disto, não houve emissão de qualquer recibo do valor pago. Scammed. I agreed a trip with this company and paid 50% of the amount in advance, as the company requires. On the day, they didn't do the job for us. During the agreed time they were constantly giving us wrong directions over the phone so that we never found them. When we met them in person, they denied being the company we had spoken to and hired. They took €105 of the advance payment and failed to perform any service. I demanded a refund, which was not forthcoming. In addition, no receipt was issued for the amount paid.

The meeting location is described as "near Cafe in and Sud Lisboa". We were waiting close to Cafe in and didn't receive any communication from the operator. We called the tour operator at the number provided on the ticket but there was no answer.After a few minutes the bike rode by as we waved to get their attention. The operator didn't stop to inquire. Upon the bike's return, the operator berated us for not chasing them and forcing them to stop. Our refund request was denied and an alternate trip time was not offered Be careful with this one. All of the other viator tour operators reached out to us before the tour and provided the tour operator's phone number. This one did not communicate the operator's phone number. Only the office number was on the ticket.

Personally think this is a huge waste of money. The staff on the bike try their best, but I think they know it’s a tourist trap with no real feeling of ‘experience’ There was some confusion re the booking time (I’ll hold my hands up to being part of this) the organiser messaged “confirmed at 16:00” not “confirmed for 16:00” or “booked for…” when I booked it was 16:00, so I just thought they time stamped the booking confirmation 🤷‍♀️ but the guy was so short with me and really dismissive, it put a massive downer on the whole thing. He shrugged that we wouldn’t start any earlier, and gestured we were on another bike (I think he just wanted to make a point). We started 5 mins late, had a 20min “break” in the middle, where the staff chatted to people they knew, and then arrived back 10mins early. So all in all a complete rip off for around 30mins of drinking/ so-called touring… The only thing they pointed out was the toilets, no sightseeing…at all We arrived at 1pm with hours to then spare - absolutely fine as there’s lots to see and an amazing bar/restaurant nearby. Please go do ANYTHING but this bike in this area…

I booked the beer bike a few weeks before the date & paid a deposit - full communications acknowledging the booking/deposit. Arrived at the correct meeting point and the bike was nowhere to be found - on ringing it was explained that they’d booked me for a week later. Not much of an apology bearing in mind we’d traveled a fair distance out of the city to the meeting point, with plenty of taxi costs. Offered to rebook us the next day but wouldn’t offer a discount for our inconvenience and also the time didn’t really suit. My deposit was fully refunded the same day. I appreciate mistakes happen but I’d expected a bit more of an apology and discount for future bookings, therefore we didn’t actually make it onto the bike!

A great workout with unlimited beer! Such a funny tour. Thank to our Beer Bike crew, the driver and lovely lady who kept our drinks topped up. Amazing views of the river and bridge. We would very much recommend this tour with a group of friends. Kaz & Nige

Fantastic experience! We had two bikes booked for 20 of us for a stag do and it was one the highlights of the trip. Flowing beer, massive tunes & sing alongs provided throughout. We even stopped a few times to do some fun drinking games & photos. The staff had great energy and really got us in a celebratory mood for the rest of the trip. 10/10 would recommend again!

Unfortunately, our experience with this activity was quite disappointing. Firstly, there was a lack of a concise briefing at the beginning to explain the rules. The person in charge, Diogo, displayed an aggressive attitude towards us, warning that we would be removed if we continued to race, even though we were simply trying to motivate ourselves and have some fun. It would have been helpful if we were informed from the start to drive at a moderate pace and maintain a friendly atmosphere, as it would have greatly enhanced the overall experience. During our ride, we encountered some issues with the equipment. One of the chains and one of the seats were broken, resulting in a 20-minute stop in the middle of our ride for repairs. This unexpected delay disrupted our enjoyment and the flow of the activity. We arrived with high spirits, eager to have a memorable time for our bachelor party, but unfortunately, Diogo's aggressive behavior managed to dampen our mood and turned the experience into one we regretted. We sincerely suggest that Diogo adopts a less aggressive approach, as this would undoubtedly make the activity more enjoyable for everyone involved.

Good fun. The host were great and up for a laugh with all guests. We were allowed to play our own music which helps with the atmosphere.

Loads of fun! Beer and food was great. 19 of us on one bike and the views are great as you go up and down the walkway. Would recommend

We were going there for the bachelorette party of a friend! Everything was booked! We entered the address of the meeting that is on the booking ticket. We couldn’t find the place. We called them and it appeared that the address is wrongly written on the ticket. The couldn’t keep out booking because we were over 15 minutes late… we would be greatful if we could have our money back!!!!

Great lads joined in with all the fun and banter, lots of beer and worth every bit of the money! Would definitely do it again!!

We did this for my friends hen party and had a great time. They were super friendly - even throughout the booking process. They keep your drinks topped up throughout and it was really fun!

We had a great time, with unlimited Sagres beer and getting to play our own music. Diogo was a top host and organised a drinking game with the other stag parties! Note that the meeting point is by the restaurant ‘SUD Lisboa’ about 5km from the centre, but very easy to access by bus/train/tram. Would recommend!

Really great time for large group between 8-12 people. Beer and sangria are good, but it is a bit physical if you are not used to bike a lot.

Johnny and Diego are Legends! We're a group of 10 lads on our friend's stagdo and this guys made our trip, drinking games, teaching us some portuguese spicy words, we loved it!

Booked this for my friends Hen Party. Although it was 11.30am i did worry it would be to early. After the first 10 mins and hysterical laughing we had the best time. Wine Lager and Sangria to choose from and our glasses were never left empty 🤪 We were able to play our own music and the 2 young guy's were great!!! Thanks for a fab hour of fun and drinking in the sun and setting us up for the second day of the Hen

Advertised for open bar but tapped beer so slow we didnt get even get 0,5 l beer each. Just went up and down next to the river

It a trap !! I booked at 6 PM And go to the place And didnt find anyone! They dont want to refund!! Pay attention please it was the worst experience at Lisbonne they wast our Time And money. I will comment on Google also!!

Booked this when in Lisbon on the day we wanted. They were really accommodating but I would recommend booking in advance. They are easy to contact through Facebook and WhatsApp and reply straight away. You get a choice of what alcohol you would like on the bike. Beer rose or sangria. Experience is one hour long and it’s so worth it and funny. You get to add your own music too. The team are really accommodating and would 100% recommend

Had a great time on the beer bike. Easy enough to locate and good for groups/stags/hen party etc. The two guys running it where happy to get involved too.

We had an awesome time with Diego on the Beer Bike Lisbon experience. We were in Lisbon on a hen party and the day we went out on the bike was truly horrendous weather with torrential rain but once we started singing and peddling and the drinks were flowing, we had the best time! The sangria and wine were top notch and Diego was filling us up as soon as we were empty! This tour was great fun and I would recommend it to anyone who wanted to try something different!

We were a hen group of 17 from Ireland and everyone loved it. Diogo kept our drinks full and let us play our own music while we enjoyed the sights and sun. Perfect experience for a big group activity. Diogo was very professional to deal with and extremely responsive. I would highly recommend this tour.

We hired this bike for 9 of us for a friend’s 50th Birthday. It was an absolute blast. We had a great time and the two guys who hosted us were brilliant. Special thanks to Diogo who really ensured we had a great time. Highly recommended.

Booked this activity to my best friend's stag party and it was the best thing we have done on Lisbon. This is the real beer bike experience. Great staff, fresh tap beer flowing and some sangria too. Diego and Diago are great hosts.

Had a very entertaining beer bike ride organised from my friends as part of my bachelor party. Guaranteed fun, where we drank a lot, played games, sang football fan songs and of course pedalled along the the beautiful Lisbon seaside

After a late cancel of our tour with another company this guys made our day! This is the real beer bike! Beer always coming, lots of fun and some challenges for us. The views are incredible and the double Diego team make it worth it. Highly recommend it!
