Airport Private Transfer To/from Lisbon

Excellent service from our driver this week! Always punctual, friendly, professional, and helpful. Safe driving and a great attitude throughout. Highly recommended – thank you for making our journeys so enjoyable!

Had pleasure of being driven from Lisbon airport to Sines by Ines Saraiva very pleasant lady as we chatted most of the way, would certainly ask for again,

Spent an amazing full day touring Obidos, Nazare and Porto thanks to our tour guide Ivan and driver Mario. Ivan is a historian and shared so many interesting facts about these beautiful 3 cities in Portugal. Some in our group opted for the lunch option which included plenty of delicious tapas. The only downside of opting for lunch was we had no free time to explore the shops at Porto on our own. Mario was a great driver who got us there safely and quickly.

The service and car were a perfect match for us. Inês did a fantastic job. She was helpful, kind, and enjoyable to spend time with.

We appreciated the timely and kind pick up and the efficient communication. Thanks also to our kind driver Ines.

The booking company communicated with us that their staff was already waiting in the airport prior to the flight to Lisbon. I was a bit worried about our reservation because the flight was delayed but they assured us that they were keeping track of the flight. Upon landing, we received a message from Mr. Ricardo Cruz (the designated driver) indicating the pick up point. I highly recommend this company’s service.

Very reliable service, door to door. Would definitely use again. Many thanks for reaching out when the trip was booked to check all details.

Easy, efficient service, great communication, very friendly service.

Our driver Salvador Parente was professional and on time. A nice safe ride

Prompt pick up. Reached out to us once we arrived. Great customer service. Driver was professional and helpful. Highly recommend.

We had a brilliant experience with our driver yesterday transferring us from Lisbon Airport straight to our accommodation. He picked us up right outside Arrivals and was incredibly friendly, sharing fantastic local tips on top things to see and visit around Lisbon. To top it off, when we accidentally left our toddler’s water bottle behind in the car, he personally drove back later that same day to return it to us. Truly went above and beyond for our family. Highly recommended!

Great ride! Salvador was really friendly and made sure we got to the right place safely. He was very helpful and attentive throughout the journey. Would definitely recommend him!

Our airport transfer went smoothly. Salvador reached out before we landed and gave us detailed instructions on where he would meet us. He is a safe driver. He was courteous, helpful and efficient. We will definitely use his services again.

Driver was early! And it was 6 am- excellent Nice to have the car waiting versus our group of 8 with luggage calling several Ubers

An altogether excellent service. Couldn’t be better. We arrived ahead of our booked time but our driver, Inês Saraiva, was already at the airport and met us promptly at the clearly signposted meeting point. She was friendly, professional and clearly a very experienced driver. The car was clean and seemed well maintained. Excellent value for money. Would recommend!

Our driver was Ricardo Galente. He picked up us from a late flight. Was really professional. Communication as to pick up was fantastic. Car seats provided for the kids. Could not fault his service.

Ricardo was very welcoming and informative

My driver arrived 30 minutes early which I appreciated since I was ready to leave. This service gave me peace of mind since Uber in Portugal isn’t highly reliable.

Very efficient service and nice clean drivers and cars!

Great communication, nice clean car, knowledgeable driver. Made transportation from hotel to airport very easy.

This service did anything they could to accommodate me. Stuck in immigration and baggage claim at the airport for hours and they patiently waited for me. I truly appreciate all of their efforts

Inês Saraiva was our driver. She did an excellent job, communicating very clearly where and how we would meet. She’s friendly and provided a wonderful experience.

Very good experience. The transfer was easy to book and the driver, João Goncalves, was punctual and professional. I highly recommend this service.

Our ride to our hotel from LIS was a great experience. Inês, our driver, communicated with us before we landed with clear instruction on where to meet inside the lobby, including diagrams. During the ride she gave us great recommendations on where and what to eat. Her friendliness made our Lisbon trip a great start!

Verry nice drive and salvador parente did a great job driving us, friendly and helpful

Once we landed, things got a bit confusing. Rui called and made us feel instantly better. He was able to meet us exactly were we where and took it over from there

Great experience all around! Super friendly and clean vehicle.

Great experience, professional, clean car and a great driver Inês Saraiva - she has excellent driving style and she offered us information about the city

We were very impressed with our driver. He was professional and friendly. Our driver did everything to make sure we arrived at the airport on a timely manner! He was amazing!

Ines was a lovely young woman, very competent and friendly! Drive was excellent. Thank you, Ines :-)

Great experience. On time and was an enjoyable ride. Nelson gave us a fun history of Lisbon neighborhoods and was a great guide

A great limo service to get to and from various destinations in Europe. Friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Our airport pickup was easy to coordinate and we were taken to meet our driver outside. He provided a safe and very friendly welcome to Lisbon.

We needed a 5 am pick up to get to the Lisbon airport. Ricardo Cruz, our driver was very punctual and even early. It cost more than Uber, but I was willing to pay a little more for the comfort of knowing we would have a professional drive who would not cancel or no show.

Very professional and excellent communication. He was on time, gave great directions, we arrived safely to our destination.

I organised an airport transfer with TopTour and would highly recommend their service. I booked online and received email confirmation promptly. On the day, of our transfer our lovely driver Ines Saraiva communicated directly through WhatsApp to confirm she was coming and would meet us at the front of the accommodation. I felt very safe with Ines and enjoyed chatting with her about Portugal on the way to the airport. Ines spoke English well, which made communication easy for me. Thank you Ines and would love to travel with you again

Excellent round-trip airport transfer! Communication was clear, the driver arrived on time, and pickup was easy to find. The ride was pleasant and comfortable. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Terrible experience. Please don’t use this company. Our plane landed and we didn’t even have to wait for bags as we had carry on and the driver left. The customs line was very long. How are we supposed to control that. They said they only wait one hour after landing. Airport was extremely busy.

Ricardo Cruz was the absolute best driver! He welcomed us to Portugal with warmth and impeccable service. He was communicative through WhatsApp. Our initial driver was stuck in traffic and even though Ricardo was technically done with his day, he offered to pick our family up so we didn’t have to wait. He carried our bags, was great with our kids and offered us excellent advice as we started our vacation. 10/10

The drivers are so professional, helpful, and respectful, quiet driving and so polite, clean car. Very recommended.

Excellent and clean ride! Thank you!

Ines is a perfect driver. She drives safe and the service was great.

Driver was early and quickly drove us to our destination earlier than expected. Car was clean and comfortable.

We had a great experience with Salvador Parente. He was incredibly patient, kind, and communicative. He made our trip so easy and efficient!

We had a little trouble finding the driver. But it was in a foreign country and there were so many people. It turned out great.

Scheduling the transfer service was quick and easy. The morning of our pickup, our driver Joao Junior messaged in advance which was reassuring and arrived early to our hotel. It was great because we were ready early too. Joao was a safe driver and was happy to answer questions for my mother about the city. We got a clean and quick transfer to the airport. Great service.

Excellent journey from start to finish. The driver João Junior was very professional, friendly, and punctual. The ride was comfortable, smooth, and pleasant. Highly recommended!

Awesome ride with Salvador Parente in Lisbon! Salvador was incredibly friendly, professional, and made the whole journey smooth and enjoyable. Great service from start to finish — highly recommended!

Very good transfer from Lisbon airport to the hotel in centre of Lisbon. Our drivers Ines and Fabio were very pleasant. Happy with their service. Plus regular updates on my mobile.
