We really enjoyed our tour with John. We especially enjoyed our discussions about the Portuguese culture.

Itinerary
Start the morning at the largest park in central Lisbon. Walk along the central manicured hedge slopes to the top viewpoint to observe the geometric perspective over the city center, the Marquis of Pombal statue, and the Tagus River.
Drive to the historical heart of the city to view the fortress-like Lisbon Cathedral (Sé). Built in the 12th century, this monument combines Romanesque, Gothic, and Baroque architecture, standing as a historical symbol of the city's resilience through regional earthquakes.
Head to the highest natural vantage point in the historical quarters. This panoramic viewpoint offers a wide view of the city’s red-tiled roofs, the São Jorge Castle, the downtown Pombaline grid, and the Tagus estuary.
Head into the monumental district of Belém. Observe the Manueline architecture of the Jerónimos Monastery, built during the 16th century. Step inside the Church of Santa Maria de Belém (free admission area) to see where explorer Vasco da Gama and poet Luís de Camões are buried.
Explore the exterior of the Belém Tower, a UNESCO World Heritage site built to guard the entrance of Lisbon's harbor. Learn about its historical role as a fortress and a symbol of Portugal’s maritime history.
Stop at the Monument to the Discoveries, which honors historical navigators and explorers on the riverfront. Conclude the full-day tour with a stop at the historical local bakery to taste an original Pastel de Belém.

Eros Moro was an excellent tour guide. He is informative, charming and funny. We truly enjoyed our time with him and learned a great deal about the city and its history. FIVE STARS!!!
Our driver/guide, Andre, delivered a “5-star” tour of the city of Lisbon. Not only did he provide a wonderful and informative view of various city sites, but it was at a comfortable, relaxed pace that made our visit memorable. Andre’s historical knowledge was impressive, and the coffee break with famous Lisbon pastries was well placed in the schedule. Andre made it a thumbs up tour of Lisbon!
We had an amazing time and very good experience. Victor was very knowledgeable and spoke English very well. It was very easy to understand. Highly recommended
In a mere 4 hours we were completely absorbed in the city and area. We say everything we wanted to see and loved the city.
This is an excellent way to to see Lisbon for the first time. Our guide, Andres, was easy going and very knowledgeable. He provided excellent descriptions of the history and culture of Lisbon as well as Portugal in general. I especially liked the way that Andres pointed out various little things such as an architectural detail, the derivation of a Portuguese word or phrase, a particular point of interest that wasn't part of the main tour, etc. I highly recommend this tour.
Our guide Andres, was very direct in his demeanor. We visited the obvious points of interest. He did not elaborate or give any additional information. The best part of the tour was the original pastries of Belem.
Igor was the perfect tour guide and he had the best and most interesting stories to tell us about the history of Portugal!
Excellent tour , highly recommended. We had the amazing tour guide , Igor was so knowledgable and went out of his way to make sure we knew everything about Lisbon. Great experience ! Thank You !
The tour company was super flexible! We needed picked up at the airport. No problem! We had great exposure to the city so we could explore our favorites on foot later!
We saw all different areas of the city of Lisbon and learned the history of Portugal. Our guide was great.
Andre was simply amazing! He was thorough, cordial, and exceptionally accommodating. His deep historical knowledge and clear explanations were superbly educational and really contributed to a wonderful experience. Our expectations were exceeded. Thank you Andre! ❤️🇵🇹
Igor was great Exceptional English, very friendly. We had a beautiful car, the tour was very time efficient as we only had a 6 hour stope over and it was also very cost-effective… recommended in the highest terms
We got to see many of the different sections and highlights of Lisbon which gave us an overall view. I would have returned to many of the places but we did not have enough time in Lisbon. Our guide was very knowledgeable and told us a lot of the history of Lisbon and the various places we saw. If you want to get a feel for the whole city, I strongly recommend signing up for this tour.
We have been on almost 30 Viator tours in America and Europe and this was the most incomprobable. Our tour guide Miguel showed us the old and new Lisbon and took such pride in his city. We had no idea how beautiful and extensive the city of Lisbon is, and we enjoyed every moment of the tour. If you take this tour request Miguel for the tour of your life!
This tour gave us a wonderful overview of Lisbon, and we visited several areas. Our guide, Igor, was knowledgeable and helpful in his ideas and hints. He was wonderful.
The guide ,Igor ,was very flexible in skipping sites we did want to see and introducing new ones. He was very knowledgable and gave good suggestions on where to eat

Fantastic tour to Sintra and Cascais, 2 beautiful must see places. We choose the private tour as we had a 18 month old baby. Our guide Igor was amazing, extremely knowledgable, chatty, friendly. Couldnt but recommend Igor to others.
Plane delayed by hurricane Florence and we missed our tour. Guide was willing to wait and use what time we would have left but we missed the entire time slot. I assume it would have been great.

What better way to see exactly what you want to see? Since this was my first time in Lisbon, we just wanted an overview of the city and that is what we did. We were picked up promptly from our hotel and spent four lovely hours being shown around town. I would highly recommend.
