We went on a 2 hour tour with Luis Miguel and had the best time. Lisbon is stunning and Miguel was a great guide. Super relaxed and friendly, very knowledgeable and happy to be flexible with our requests. We highly recommend doing this tour and if you’re lucky enough to get Miguel as your guide, even better. Evelyn was FANTASTIC!!! She was lovely, super knowledgeable. Took us all over the city - we could not have asked for a better guide. HOWEVER…. we gave the tour 2 stars because this tuk tuk buggy should NOT be in service. It was the most uncomfortable 2 hours… the buggy needs wider, higher tires (which we saw on other tuk tuks). I don’t think this is safe even for Evelyn, giving multiple tours a week. I am still rattling from the trip & it has now been a few hours! So yes- Evelyn was GREAT!!!!! But she needs to be given a new buggy!!!!!!

Rita Ana Marques, (The Portuguese Buddy), with her two Tuk-Tuk was our group of 8 guide whilst in Lisboa for 3day. Absolutely superb service from airport pick-up to hour Tuk-Tuk next day to the full day limo touring the next day. Rita was our tour guide and we just found her as we were walking towards Lisbon centre off a cruise ship. I had my parents with me who are both in wheelchairs and we were struggling with the cobbled streets and crowds. Rita was very clear in explaining the different tours she could do and what we would see, and made sure we were dropped off where we wanted so we could best continue our day. She was very patient and helpful with my parents and got the wheelchairs on the tuk tuk. She was very informative, stopped at lots of places to give us information and let us take pictures. She was friendly and approachable. I would try to personally seek her out again next time I visit Lisbon if possible.

We had a wonderful experience on our tuk tuk tour around Lisbon. Our guide, Rita, was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the start. One thing that really stood out was that she took the time to learn all of our names, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch. Throughout the tour, Rita showed us many of Lisbon’s historic areas and shared interesting stories about the city’s history, explaining how different landmarks and neighbourhoods came to be. Her knowledge and enthusiasm made the experience both enjoyable and informative. Our tour guide, Diogo, gave our family of 5 (kids: 20, 19 & 15) an amazing two-hour tuk tuk tour around Lisbon. He was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so many interesting facts and stories about the city & each neighborhood that we never would have discovered on our own. We enjoyed the experience so much that we booked a second tour with him the next day to Belém, and it was just as fantastic. André was such a kind and fun tour guide. He has a passion for doing these tours, and provides entertaining and historical commentary throughout the tour. As this was our last day in Lisbon, we had already explored a lot of the city. André tailored our tour to what we wanted to see, and that personalized touch made this an exceptional tour. We learned so much about the history of Lisbon from André, and we also learned he is a big Pittsburgh Steelers fan! Our favorite part of Lisbon is the oldest part of the city, Alfama, with its colorfully-tiled homes and narrow and hilly streets. We studied the Tuk Tuk drivers in the square for a while. We intuitively felt that Susana was the right choice for us and that she certainly spoke excellent English. And we were right, Susana is a wonder woman. Interesting, cheerful, full of knowledge about the beautiful city, she is simply made for this job. With so much passion and energy she explains everything to us tourists. She drives that tuk tuk great, speaks perfect English. We are in positive shock and we can't stop talking about her at home. Our first encounter with a beautiful city with a beautiful woman. Susana for the president of the tourist board. I could talk about her for hours, how delighted we are. Had a fabulous tour this morning with the very knowledgable Ricardo. We booked at our hotels recommendation and we were not disappointed. Ricardo was early to collect us and very professional throughout. He ensured the tour was how we wanted it and was happy to personalise anything if we so wished. We went with his suggestions of stops and were very happy. Would definitely reccommend this Tuk Tuk tour as a great way to see the town and to enable you to stop at various locations. We had already done the hop on hop off bus but learnt a lot more and were able to visit more places on the Tuk Tuk.

We found Miguel in Alfama, and decided to go for a tuk tuk tour instead of walking up and down the hills of the area, especially with our family members who weren't as physically able to walk a lot. It wasn't cheap (190 euros for 2.5 hours), but it was a good tour. He tailored the tour to our taste (more street art, less churches), and was informative about the sites we visited, and about Portugal and Lisbon. He was able to communicate clearly in English, and was considerate and clear when providing instruction and information. He was a good tour guide, and I would go again with him.

It was a beautiful mix of history, breathtaking views and pina coladas! With 3 children aged 9.10 and 12 Susana kept us all engaged and entertained with a tour that will be one of our highlights of our trip.
