We had an amazing experience in this hotel. The staff were so kind and even organised a birthday note and cake for my partner's birthday and left it in our room while we were gone for the day! The atmosphere was so cool and unique, and the hotel smelled amazing too which was fitting for the theme. The cleaning staff left the room immaculate after cleaning it each day (you can request for no clean if you want with a light outside your door). There is lots of lighting options in the room which is lovely for the evening time and all can be operated from the bedside! The blinds and curtains are button operated which was cool also. Location was great for getting the metro from just outside the hotel, however I wouldn't be inclined to walk around the area at night. Overall, such a great experience!

This hotel the staff are amazing! So welcoming and friendly I believe the person on front desk for the majority of my trip was called migel or something similar I wish i remembered his name! But I was solo female for 3 nights and I have never felt so comfortable or safe. Thank you for the hospitality and service. My room was beautiful and I had the most insane view! This hotel is around a 20-25 minute into the heart of Lisbon but has plenty of cafes and restaurants near by. Tram 28 is also super close! Highly recommend to anyone especially solo travellers.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall it was an average experience. The room was quite small and, unfortunately, it didn’t feel very clean. One thing I did appreciate was that the air conditioning worked well, which was essential in the hot weather. The TV was frustrating to use because many of the channels didn’t work properly, they would come on briefly and then lose signal. Overall, I don’t think this is a true four-star hotel. In my opinion, it’s closer to a three-star property. It was an okay stay, but the cleanliness and maintenance issues mean I wouldn’t rate it as highly as advertised.

This place is in a dangerous location. Our Uber looked alarmed. Was told that bad things have happened to women in the area. I did not feel safe in the room. The door fell off the hinges for one of my friends....that is the absolute minimum requirement of having an hotel room. The doors for the bathroom had holes where the locks should be. I could not open the patio door. When we called the front desk, the number did not work. This felt like a fake hotel and we left very early. Had a hard time getting an Uber to leave.
