VERY CENTRALLY LOCATED PLACE MAKING LIFE EASY FOR TOURISTS LIKE US....
Our stay at Villa Baixa was truly wonderful, but what made it unforgettable was the people. A very special thank you to Andrea, the Front Desk Manager, Bruna at the front desk, and Ameen, who went above and beyond to help us organize our Lisbon trip.
Their guidance, kindness, warmth, and genuine care made us feel less like guests and more like family. ❤️ We shared not only wonderful conversations, but even hugs — something that says more than words ever can.

We stayed for one night at Villa Baixa and it was amazing only wish we could have stayed longer.
The rooms were spotlessly clean and well furnished with plenty of kitchen equipment if you wanted to cook.
The shower was also very good.
The location was also excellent just a few steps away from Rossio Square.
Jose and Emile were super helpful with recommendations and even talked us through our trip to Sintra.

The place you choose to stay is half of your holiday success! In Villa Baixa case we had 100% of it! An elegant, clean place in the center of Lisbon, everything at walking distance and of course the amazing staff!!!! Lovely and polite ladies and the wonderful Mr. Amin who provided very useful information regarding places to visit and how to get there.

From the moment we arrived at Villa Baixa Lisbon, we were impressed by the exceptional service and attention to detail. The check-in process was seamless, and the team provided thoughtful recommendations that helped us make the most of our stay.
The location is outstanding—right in the heart of Lisbon, with most attractions, restaurants, and shops just a short walk away. Despite being so central, the hotel is surprisingly quiet. There is some nearby construction, so we experienced occasional noise during the day, but it did not take away from our overall experience. The rooms are beautifully designed, functional, spotlessly clean, and exceptionally well maintained.
This was truly one of the best hospitality experiences we’ve had, and we highly recommend Villa Baixa Lisbon to anyone visiting the city.

Truly wonderful hotel and location in the heart of Lisbon, close to many major sights. A big plus is having a tram stop just outside the hotel and the metro less than 500 meters away. This is not a car-friendly area, and it is perfect just like that; the mostly pedestrian streets allow you to walk past numerous restaurants and shops leading to the river and many attractions along the way. The location of this hotel is just perfect.
Staff: The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly helpful and really helped us get to know the surroundings quickly. On our last day, a staff member even helped carry our suitcases to our car, which was parked some distance away. Since finding a parking spot can be a challenge, this was greatly appreciated—absolutely amazing staff!
One little note: there is some construction going on in the nearby buildings which might lead to an early wake-up call, but overall, the rooms are very well soundproofed. I highly recommend this hotel.
