Worst hotel experience. Waitstaff forget your food order, housekeeping forgets to clean the room, replace towels and glasses, refilling water bottles and emptying trash. They remove cups and don't replace. To top it off, they didn't apologize for their errors.
Beautiful hotel on the most beautiful little stretch of Lisbon. Our stay was so special. From the pool to the food, we enjoyed every bit of it. The service was really unique and special. Manuela was especially kind, helpful, and funny - we will definitely remember her and how she made our visit so easy and enjoyable.

Absolutely excellent experience. Very attentive staff that were extremely responsive and allowed us both an extremely early check in after our red eye (12 pm) as well as a late check out (1 pm). The location is very central and steps to everything
