Turim Av Liberdade Hotel

Very good hotel, friendly staff, nice cocktail at the bar. The elevators are small, AC worked well. Overall a great stay in this hotel, although it's a bit expensive. The location is perfect.

This Turin Liberdade hotel is at best a 3 star. Very tired outdated hotel. Rooms dark & old fashioned. 6 hangers for 2 people. Old bathrooms where the sink spill water over counter top. A coffee machine which is supposed to be for tea also. This does not work for someone who wants a fresh cup of tea. NO teaspoons so no stirring just hope for the best! Old towels very thin & grey. Small tv on the wall. But the “piece de resistance” was the advertised rate with WIFI. None existent! Shocking for myself i’ve Never Ever had a hotel with no wifi before. Impossible to book tours, taxi’s or our flights. Was told by reception they’d had no previous complaints but obviously they were no telling the truth. It’s already on trip advisor how bad their wifi is. I had not checked thoroughly this point. My error. Was told to use reception wifi downstairs. I ended up having to do this but it was like a zoo in the am so overcrowded. Never again will we stay in a Turin hotel. Shameful!

A special thank you to Wilma for her friendliness, her smile, her well-groomed appearance, with her hair always very well cared for, for her willingness to help, and for showing us where our wing was. Her attention and kindness made all the difference. I would also like to thank the bellman Aricelmo for his politeness, courtesy, and excellent service, as well as the entire reception team, who welcomed us with professionalism and great friendliness. Congratulations to the entire team for the excellent service. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel!

I've stayed at Turim Av. Liberdade twice, and I loved both experiences. The hotel is very well located, comfortable, and has an exceptionally attentive team. A special mention goes to the staff's honesty and helpfulness: during one of my stays, I lost an earbud, and they were able to locate it so I could come back and retrieve it. That level of care really makes a difference. I'd also like to highlight João from the bar, who was incredibly friendly and made excellent cocktails. His service added a special touch to my stay. I would definitely stay here again whenever I'm in Lisbon. Highly recommended!
