Great location - close enough to the main attractions, but a little further out so less hectic and not noisy. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and had really nice additional touches like the G&T cart! Breakfast was wonderful and varied. I didn't get a chance to try out the spa but it looked lovely. Overall the hotel was great value.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Vintage for our honeymoon. The service and staff are impeccable and impressive, everyone we encountered was so helpful. You have access to the spa included in your stay, with a steam room, pool and sauna. When we checked in, they left us a sweet note and bottle of wine and fruit in our room as well as gin and tonics. The ambiance and design of the hotel is also beautiful, and it’s extremely clean. It was a wonderful stay and it’s a great option for a special, boutique hotel in Lisbon!
Unfortunately everything will reach its end, and so does our six-day holiday. The hotel was just perfect for us. If you are not afraid for climbing up some hills (and if you came to Lisbon in the first place, why would you), this is the best location. Parque Eduardo VII, Estufa Fria, Gulbenkian, El Corte Ingles (for the shopaholics), Aqueduto somewhat uphill, and pretty much everything else downhill, in a walking distance. Of course it depends on your capability and willingness to walk. We did around 50 kilometers (35 miles) in six days, which is beararable if the temp is around 25 Celsius (less than 80 F). If one would advertise alcohol, my proposal would be to promote the happy-hour during 5 to 7 PM for all signature cocktails in the hotel lobby bar. I cannot remember if I ever had better drinks. Or, actually, I can. Never. But I don't advertise, so I keep silent. The comprehensive breakfast, the small gym and spa, and the rooftop bar with a view upto the Castelo de S. Jorge, gives the final touch, if you do not count the overflowing friendiness of all the staff.
Great location, can walk anywhere. Quick Ubers to anywhere. Spa has a great steam room and sauna. They offer different pillow options which is pretty nice. Breakfast was really good, plenty of options. Staff and service were all great. Highly recommend staying here.
The Vintage Hotel is an exceptional place to stay. From the moment of arrival, it is clear that every detail is intentional. The atmosphere is elevated yet inviting, making guests feel instantly comfortable. That thoughtfulness extends to the room amenities. Having access to a curated pillow menu, including a lavender memory foam option, alongside a premium selection of in-room coffee and tea, adds a genuinely comforting touch to the stay. The customer service is equally outstanding. Staff members like Paulo at the front desk and Carolina at the spa are warm, genuine, and highly attentive. The overall service is seamless. For instance, requesting room service before heading out resulted in a perfectly turned-over room by the time of return, executed flawlessly by the team. The property features excellent spaces to unwind. The pool and spa offer a quiet, relaxing sanctuary, while the rooftop bar provides a beautiful outdoor setting that feels exclusive without being loud or overcrowded. Additionally, the location is ideal. It is tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood that remains entirely walkable to great local spots, offering gorgeous morning views from the balcony completely free of city noise. The Vintage Hotel creates a true sense of comfort rather than just providing a place to sleep. It was the perfect start to a Portugal trip, and a return visit is certainly in order.
