Our stay at this hotel was easily one of the highlights of our trip to Portugal. The entire staff, especially João, was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Their local recommendations were fantastic, including restaurants and the perfect shops for last-minute gifts/stationary for a wedding we were attending. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and to our surprise, even thoughtfully placed our wedding flowers in a vase while we were out (we originally put it in a cup w/ water lol). Breakfast was a highlight in the morning, small bites, fresh juice/coffee, and made-to-order eggs. While our room was on the smaller side, it was updated, fully air-conditioned, and had more than enough space for two. The location/proximity was a huge advantage. Within a 2-minute walk to the Metro and buses. To top it off, the staff arranged a seamless, affordable airport taxi for our departure. We loved everything about our experience and will definitely stay here again.

We are a couple from Greece and had an excellent stay at Tesouro da Baixa by Shiadu. The hotel’s location couldn’t have been better for exploring Lisbon — easy to walk to many sights and well connected by public transport when we wanted it. The staff were always smiling, friendly, and ready to help, and their warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome. Our room was comfortable, spotless, and well maintained, and each morning we enjoyed a rich and varied breakfast that set us up perfectly for the day. A special thank-you to the team for their great recommendations and useful tips for sightseeing around the city. We highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to stay here again on our next visit to Lisbon.

We had a wonderful stay in Lisbon. The hotel was perfect — very clean, comfortable, and close to everything. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always helpful. The food was amazing, fresh, and organic. They were also very friendly with kids and made our family feel very comfortable.
