Residentas Aurea

We absolutely loved our stay at Residentas Aurea. The apartment was beautiful, spotless, spacious and extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Lisbon. What impressed us most, however, was the kindness and hospitality of the team. There is no on-site reception, yet whenever we needed them, they were incredibly responsive and accommodating. During our stay, my sister’s hotel unexpectedly cancelled her reservation at the very last minute, leaving her without accommodation. We contacted the Residentas Aurea team and they were so understanding and kind, helping us accommodate her with us on extremely short notice and providing the additional bedding and towels we needed. Their response turned what could have been a very stressful situation into something we could manage with ease. That level of care meant a great deal to us. We genuinely felt looked after throughout our stay and would return without hesitation. Thank you 🙏❤️ and highly recommended!

If you are planning to visit Lisbon, please stay with Residentas. I cannot recommend them highly enough. About the apartment: The Residentas housekeeping team did a really fantastic job during our 5 nights stay. We were really impressed from the moment we step into the apartment. It was spotless and smelled clean. Very thoughtful of them to get the aircon running and a jug of cold water ready in the fridge. The king size is so comfortable to sleep on, firm yet soft. I want to know what type of mattress they use 😜. The sofa beds are just as good too. There’s a washer/dryer with detergent provided. Very handy if you have a longer stay. The housekeeping team came to clean the apartment and change our towels on the 3rd day during our stay. Location: Very conveniently located for everything. Less than 10 minutes walk to Rossio train station where you can catch a train to Sintra. 3 minutes to the Baixa-Chiado metro and 7 minutes to Rossio metro. Flat walk, no hills to climb. The area is mostly flat. You can walk up to the Alfama area or take the tram. The apartment building is right next to the tram stop. Timeout Market is around 12-15 minutes walk. Again it’s flat walk if you walk along the promenade. The same route take you to Cais Sodre for the train the Belem and Cascais. Communications: From the time of booking to the time of checking out, I received regular updates about the stay. They responded to my request/queries very promptly. I heard back within an hour.

We had a perfect stay here at Residentas Aurea. The staff were always on top of any questions or help we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything you could need in an apartment. The location was right in the heart of the city, making it so easy to get around and enjoy everything—from delicious food and shopping to all the main tourist attractions. It truly exceeded my expectations, and we really enjoyed our stay here. We’ll definitely be coming back next time! Thank you so much 🙏❤️

Residências Áurea was an excellent choice for our stay in Lisbon. The location is outstanding—right in the heart of the city and within easy walking distance of many of Lisbon’s main attractions, restaurants, cafés, and shops. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient while still providing a comfortable place to return to at the end of the day. The accommodations were clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Everything felt well organized and cared for. What stood out most was the service. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, creating a warm atmosphere from arrival through departure. Their hospitality added a personal touch that made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, Residências Áurea offers an excellent combination of location, comfort, amenities, and genuine hospitality. A great option for anyone looking to stay in central Lisbon, and a place we would gladly recommend.
