I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, and overall, my stay was okay. The biggest advantage of the hotel is definitely its location. The metro station is just a few minutes away, which makes it very convenient for getting around Lisbon The room was comfortable and the overall hotel experience was satisfactory. However, I was quite disappointed with the breakfast. The breakfast selection was very limited, and the same items were served every day without much variation. Since I specifically booked the room with breakfast expecting to experience some traditional Portuguese dishes, Unfortunately, there were hardly any Portuguese specialties, and the breakfast did not feel like a very authentic local experience.

The receptionist name Anna was very helpful and considerate when we arrived early after an overnight flight. She was very accomodating and friendly. Allowed us early check-in which we are very grateful for. Great customer service. Hotel room we got is very nice and the location is very accessible to metro, bank and even supermarket. Definitely will refer this hotel to friends and family.
We stayed at this hotel for four nights with my wife and our 3-year-old daughter. The receptionist who checked us in seemed rather unfriendly but the rest of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. I would especially like to thank all the employees working in the breakfast area—they were all wonderful people. The breakfast was quite good by European standards. We were not expecting a traditional Turkish breakfast anyway. Our room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Housekeeping was done every day. The hotel’s location was excellent. Right next to it, there is a large supermarket called Pingo Doce. In addition, Olaias metro station, which provides easy access to both the airport and the city center is only about 15–20 steps from the hotel entrance.
This was my first time staying with Ramada and it was a good experience. The check in was super quick. The staff member even helped us get a better room and then the room itself was very clean and spacious with a great view of the Lisbon city. The breakfast time is from 6-10:30 and the area of seating is very pretty big and beautiful. Items available as breakfast menu were also very nice, the yogurt tasted very delicious. All in all this was a great stay and we would come back here again if we visit Lisbon.
We spent 4 nights at the Ramada's. We did really enjoy our stay. Everyone was very nice. The buffet breakfast was delicious, we also had dinner at the restaurant, we took the ribs and carbonara pasta and it was gorgeous. The only negative for us was the food at the bar that we thought a bit expensive regarding the portions, specially the chicken wings and steak sandwich. The beds are confortable, the room cleaned and neat. Although it's not the hotel's fault, we could hear other guests on the corridors and in their own rooms which woke up several times. Some people have no consideration, tho we cannot blame the staff about this. Very close to the metro, 1 min walk + 10/15min from the city center which is perfect !
