Pestana Rua Augusta - Lisboa

I loved my stay at Pestana Rua Augusta! I was traveling solo, and the staff made me feel completely at home from the moment I arrived. When I checked in, there was a cake waiting in my room with a bottle of champagne and a sweet handwritten note. Such a thoughtful touch! One night I got back late from a tour, exhausted, and the restaurants were already closed. The front desk went out of their way to get me some snacks. It's a small thing, but it meant so much in that moment and really shows how much they care about their guests. The location is wonderful, right in the heart of everything and perfect for exploring the city on foot. The staff is truly 10/10: friendly, warm, and always helpful. My only complaint is the bed. The mattress was very firm and not very comfortable for me. Apart from that, everything was perfect, and I would happily stay here again. Thank you to the whole team for making my trip so special!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. Its location is perfect, right in the city center and within walking distance of all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay, offering a great selection of fresh and delicious food to start the day. Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The combination of an excellent location, outstanding service, clean and elegant rooms, and a fantastic breakfast makes it a place we would gladly return to. This Pestana hotel was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Portugal. We came to Lisbon to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and we truly enjoyed every day of our stay. The hotel is in an incredible location, close to shops, restaurants, activities, and so much more. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and made us feel very welcome. To make our anniversary even more special, they surprised us with a handwritten note, champagne, and strawberries - a beautiful and thoughtful gesture. Our room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. It overlooked a quiet street, which made our stay even more peaceful and relaxing. I especially want to thank Sofia Vicente at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She was incredibly helpful with suggesting tours, booking transportation, recommending restaurants, and answering all of our questions. Her kindness and attention to detail truly stood out. We absolutely loved our stay and would be happy to return to this hotel in the future. Highly recommended.

We recently stayed at the Pestana Rua Augusta for three nights over the long weekend, and we honestly could not have been happier with our experience. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and every request was met with a smile. Before we arrived, we asked if it would be possible to have our two rooms together. Without any hesitation, the team arranged this for us, which was greatly appreciated and made our stay much easier. It was our first indication of just how customer-focused the staff are. The hotel itself was spotless. Every area was immaculately maintained, and the standard of cleanliness throughout our stay was exceptional. Our rooms were lovely, stylish, comfortable, and beautifully presented. They felt modern, relaxing, and were the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring Lisbon. The housekeeping team also did an excellent job keeping everything pristine. What impressed us most was how committed the staff were to ensuring we had a great time in Lisbon. They happily shared recommendations on places to visit, restaurants to try, and things to see, helping us make the most of our trip. Their local knowledge was invaluable. On our departure day, we asked if it would be possible to extend our checkout by an hour. Once again, there was no fuss and no hesitation, just a genuine willingness to help. We've stayed in many hotels over the years, but it is rare to find a team that consistently delivers such exceptional customer service. Everyone seemed genuinely happy in their work, and that positivity created a wonderfully welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. A huge thank you to everyone at Pestana Rua Augusta. You played a big part in making our Lisbon holiday so memorable. Between the fantastic staff, immaculate cleanliness, beautiful rooms, and outstanding service, this was easily one of the best hotel experiences we've had.
