Extremely disappointed with Olissippo Oriente. Booked directly on their site and contacted them to request a minor modification. Staff verbally agreed over the phone to adjust the dates, only to renege after processing the payment. When calling back to clarify, the interaction was completely unprofessional staff were openly rude and aggressive over the phone. Forcing a fyll penalty after breaking a verbal agreement creates a hostile environment where guests no longer feel welcome or safe bringing their families. Management refused any reasonable resolution. Formal regulatory complaints have been filed with asae and Turismo de Portugal. Avoid booking direct.
Stayed here for one night at the start of a cycling tour of portugal. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. It is not close to central Lisbon, but there is a metro station very close by.
Interesting location in center Lisbon.
Easy to park a car, but no EV chargers.

Female receptionist with glasses not very corteous, when I called to request slippers she said “we run out” without apologies. When asked at The reception about slippers they mentioned they would try to send them the following day but nothing was done and no courtesy follow up was made. Second day I got back to the room around5 pm and the room was not clean or done, bed still undone no fresh towels replaced so I notified the reception but still the room was not cleaned and the bed was not done just fresh towels were placed in. Overall not the service and treatment I was expecting from this hotel. Spider webs in the higer corners of the room and hair in the shower showing slack ok cleaning.
I stayed at Olissipo Oriente Hotel in Lisbon for one night and had a very pleasant experience.
The room was spacious and comfortable, great for a short stay.
I also tried the buffet dinner, which had a good variety of options.
The location is excellent, just a short walk from Oriente Station, making it easy to get around the city. It’s also conveniently close to the airport. For early travelers, the hotel provides a breakfast box, which was very helpful for my early morning flight.
A convenient choice for anyone traveling through Lisbon!
