worst hoetl experience ever in my life. First, the location is not very close to downtown, then they're not helpful to the point thjat when opur flight was canceled and postponed they just didn't want to let us have a voucher for the new dates. They just took our moiney, canceled our trip and voila !And they know wre have no choice and they know we. have other dates and it's very easy to just move a booking for a double room. But they'd rather keep their precious "unrefunable" "cancelation policy" money. Everybody hjas to knwo that because it's the opposiyte of their job, which is hospitality.

Great hotel chain and smart choice. Campo Grande well placed for the metro. Breakfast very good. Not a great selection of GF food but plenty of other food

The service was great, and the room had everything you’d need. It was also very clean and well maintained. My 4-star rating is based more on what the hotel itself offers rather than the service or the room. However, if you’re visiting Lisbon, I would 100% recommend staying here. It’s easy to travel to and from the airport, with convenient access to the city centre. There’s also a supermarket right next door, plenty of restaurants in the area, and a coffee shop just outside the hotel. Overall, a very convenient place to stay. Obrigado.

We stayed a night to get to see lisbon and sintra. Honestly were delightfully surprised with the super clean rooms, friendly staff and general service. Very nice breakfast buffet as well. A special shout out to your receptionist Paula Teresa. She gave us a map of Lisbon and showed us where to go and how to get there. All in all, as a former professionally trained hotel staff myself, she did everything really well and I feel I could learn a thing or two from her! She is great! Thanks for everything, Obrigada!!
